I buy the pre-filled christmas stockings every year. They're excellent value and my priority is saving the hunt for small gifts at christmas. Would highly recomend.

I recently purchased the large bumble bee rug for my childrens playroom. This was a fantastic buy,good quality, bright and colourful,good edition to the playroom. Happy customer!

Prices can be a bit much but I ordered 2 pops online to be delivered to Chelmsford store and they arrived with perfect packaging in perfect condition. Bravo!

20-30 years ago, l used to buy all the bits and pieces to fill my children's stockings from Hawkin's Bazaar. So, l was delighted to find the same sort of products, prices and service still there for the grandchildren.

I love the products at Hawkin’s Bazaar. I ordered lots of stocking fillers for my soon to be three year old. The variety available is great and so are the prices. I just wish I had a shop near me that I could go in to!! I’ll be shopping here again.

I order these stockings every year and my children love them. Always a great fun selection of items.

Recently ordered online a gift for Christmas. Unfortunately the wrong item was sent (same box for potentially 4 trucks). Liaised with customer services and our item was now out of stock. Managed to track down one at our local store where we was able to swap under the circumstances. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I have purchased the Christmas stockings a few years now and they always surprise and keep the now big kids amused. Well worth it to give something different and a surprise for all.

I bought this puzzle for our Autistic grandson who is ten years old. He lives in the USA and the the puzzle is on the way to him, in time for Christmas. We hope very much that this ingenious idea will be fun for him while helping at the same time.

Extremely poor service especially by Sabrina Dee who needs customer service training and listening skills when the customer is speaking to her rather than talk over them. Faulty item that has been returned to the store twice for same reason broken wheel off remote control car but will not give refund or exchange on the item. Even after mentioned the consumers Rights Act 2015, she still doesn’t feel that I deserve a refund. Very upset grandson who has a car that he can not play with. They even have ‘This guarantee does not affect any rights you have under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.’ Mentioned on their website about hassle free returns in Uk. We would be grateful for someone to contact us to discuss this further to resolve the issue.

Really disappointed with the stockings this year paid 75 quid for 3 of them and some of things in there are crushed and to say it should have £50 worth of items isn’t true, I’ve got to out to buy more things to fill them up ... was so much better last year

I've bought 6 filled stockings and they are amazing, my only upset is that everyone had socks in theirs except mine lol x

Great Price, but delivery could be much faster - when I upgraded to 2-3 day premium delivery I assumed that I would that the delivery would be on the second and 3rd was just in case and technically the delivery took longer as it was over 72 hours from order to delivery - what is more annoying is that the dpd label says next day - so it could easily have been much faster, basically what your paying for is speed of dispatch (with delivery your where only just cheaper than amazon - but they do fast delivery much more effectively)

I was a bit disappointed as I bought to Harry Potter Diaries and one of the pens didn't work. I think it was the design of the pack that allowed the pen to be easily pressed on and the battery wore out. To be fair, the service and delivery was great up to that point and I haven't emailed to get this rectified, so can't review the customer service.
