Had to suspend my policy temporarily (due to covid-19) the team were very responsive via email with turnaround in 24 hours. I will certainly resume service with them once things go back to normal!

This was my first experience with Private health insurance. I have been with them a year and had a claim for a shoulder injury. I wouldn't say the claims process was very easy but that may have been down to my inexperience with the health insurance system. Overall I am satisfied with service provided and have decided to continue my policy for another year. They were pretty quick at authorising any treatments too and all staff I spoke to over the phone or online were very helpful.

I would like to say that the service, care and consideration I have received on two occasions from your representative Alison Harvey was exceptional, I cannot remember when I last received such professionalism and empathy during a telephone call.
Well I can actually it was when you could phone directory enquiries and ask a very pleasant lady someone’s phone number and she would do all she could to help.
All at a time when pressure with the Covid-19 crisis and working from home must add to everyone’s work load.
I cannot say enough to express my thanks and appreciation for the care and attention I received.
The lady is a legend!
I would also like to express my thanks to Lee, a senior agent in the claims team, who went out of his way to help.

I was changing from a Vitality contract and as the Axa layout is very similar it was quite easy to compare propositions. What Stephen did was not try to confuse matters but did exactly what I asked him to do and I was quickly able to make my decision.

Carl took time to explain everything, he answered all my questions, and I felt very confident when I made the decision to buy this health insurance that I had done the right thing, because of the service I had received. Nowadays one worries about the state of the NHS and how that will affect our care. I am very happy that I have taken this policy

I have spoken to both Emma and Matthew, and can say how happy I am to have had the pleasure. They have been do helpful and lovely to go through the details of health insurance with me. I feel health insurance is very important and until talking with them did not think it was available to me in the UK.

I had arthroscopic knee surgery earlier this week.

I really can't say enough in praise of my Health-on-Line policy and the excellent communication/administration with AXA.

This policy paid the medical bills in full and ultimately did everything it said it would.

What a pleasant suprise!

I purchased medical insurance (BUPA) from different options and what we agreed is not what I have received from BUPA. I have mailed the person who sold the policy but get no response.

I thought my life insurance plan was sufficient but I received a call from insure-me online who for a few extra pounds a month could get my current policy extended for a further 10 years without the hassle I thought it may have caused. If you have not got insurance or want to review your olive, I would highly recommend this company to find you a great deal.
