I placed an order for nicocigs on 19th of February and it was not not delivered and not returned after various phone calls I was virtually told tuff it is not our problem and I am down £ .46 .90 and the customer service stinks they will never get another order from me or anybody i know

I have waited since March for my delivery still not received it I had an email stating it’s been despatched on the 15th April still not received and hard to contact I’ve emailed today but on ready these reviews I don’t expect to hear anytime soon

Ordered some insoles on the 3 Apr 20. Told they were dispatched on 15 Apr 20 which is already a ridiculous timeline even given the current situation. Item has not arrived over a week later. I won’t accept the excuse that Covid has caused a delay from the courier because the courier is Royal Mail whom I have had numerous deliveries from throughout this period, all of which are items I ordered weeks after this one. No responses to my emails and can’t get through on phone. Now unable to go running without the insoles and down £40 as I’ve had to buy from another company. They also do not tell you on the website that the item isn’t tracked. You only need to look at the other reviews on here to see how terrible this company is. AVOID this robbing cowboy company and don’t waste your money! Health and Care, I suggest you start refunding people and sending out items tracked, in a time like this you do not want or need the bad press.

I returned a pair of defective headphones on January 17th because they had stopped working.

Since receiving the returns label and their courier collecting them I have heard nothing since.

I have emailed them three or four times to find out what's going on but have had no response whatsoever. However, the last email I sent was responded to by yet another email saying they will get back within two working days but nothing again. A week on, and no response to date a month on from sending them.

I see from other reviews they get a decent score, I wish I could have gave them one.

18 days after ordering I have still not received my goods, which were listed as in stock. There is no tracking system and I cannot get responses to my emails or my phone calls. I accept that the virus is affecting deliveries, but I have made many on line orders since this order was placed and they have all arrived in good time. I have cancelled the order, but will now have to wait and see if they refund my credit card.

I ordered a training aid choke vest for teaching with, delivery arrived on time no issues, we started using it in our first aid lessons, everybody enjoyed using it to train with and no doubt will be beneficial and save someone's s life.

give you 5stars for action after the problems with the colour of the walking stick my only issue was that you excepted my online order and payment for my order as in stock then took a number of weeks to tell me the reason was due to a manufactures trouble with black paint, I cant understand why the manufactures would suddenly have a black only paint problem after many years of production. Any way my 5 star rating remains after i said I would accept a blue walking stick instead of a black one as according to you is was a manufactures issue, I was a little upset to be told that you were sorry but the price had gone up (not my problem) ok you then decided I could have it for first price as a concession.

Ordered an item that arrived quickly - but broken, hence useless - in Feb. Picture proof taken day of arrival and emailed to them same day, I phoned following weekday as well. I initially got someone else's return slip, name, address and all. Expect to wait weeks for answers if you email them, and I wanted things in writing after the first 4 phone calls I made. Expect up to 9 weeks before they answer an email, remind them after 3. Make sure you hold on to proof of postage at least 3 months, even if you've checked it's received, while working during Covid, helping vulnerable people, leaving home to care for sick family member.
AVOID

Following your reply; I still don't find it acceptable to send an email 24/2, a reminder 13/3 and not get a reply until 29/4. After my initial 4 phone calls I'm glad I have it all in writing. Lovely people to speak to at costumer service, just not acceptable service. And working at a hospital, I doubt the demand for PPE when I initially got in touch with you was that high.
Again, my advice is to AVOID this company.
