I was due to go out of the country with 4 days to spare. Needed High Potency Vitamin C so ordered as usual, thinking it would arrive either the following day or day after still with 2 days up my sleeve. The Courier service let them down & for some reason still had the parcel at depot. Health Post chased it up but unfortunately my parcel didn't arrive in time.
Health Post reimbursed my order total. I was really impressed with this. I have shopped with them for years, & always get my Health supplies etc through them. Keep up the great service.

It's nice to have such a company in NZ, that covers such an extensive range of health products, looking on the shelves of virtually all pharmacy/chemist shops in NZ it's frightening to see so many products that are ""Agenda 21"" orientated, it seems ethics, and moral decency is no longer a concern just the love of money.
In question just a few products I would like to bring to your attention are the number of cough and cold medicines many of them contain aspartame, saccharin, and sugar, and sitting close by on the shelves fluoride pills, there are many other bad chemicals being peddled out onto the unsuspecting and unaware so far your company seems to be free of this insidious practice.
I recently purchased a meter that measures fluoride and have found it present in our root crops, greens, milk, rain water, municiple water supplies vary some at 1 part per million while others are over 3.6 parts per million.
The rain water and crop counts without absolute proof could be due to the chem trailing of a number of heavy metals now with nanotechnology reduced to a size where thousands of particles can be drawn up through the average plants 2.5 micron diameter feeder root system and hence into the food chain, I haven't tested the wheat grass powder as yet but hope for a zero reading

I've bought from Health Post 3 times now. The website is excellent, very easy to use and lots of reviews to make choosing products easy. Delivery has also been very prompt and efficient. Highly recommend Health Post.

I find it incredible how quickly your product arrives on my doorstep, sometimes overnight even when I only put the order in the previous afternoon.

I order a lot through Healthpost, and about 98 percent of the time, everything is great, just occasionally, my order doesn't process, so I call up. Very very friendly & helpful people!! I love shopping here, you get brilliant deals

I have been shopping online with you for a good few years now, and am very happy with the range of products, and prices are excellent (with lots of specials an added bonus). Reading available reviews also helps when trying a new product.
Some of your competitors are not as efficient, or cost effective!
Your service is great, and I like the donation for a good cause too.

I have shopped with HealthPost now for a few years now and they are definitely one of the best online sellers I have dealt with, they offer a wide and varied range of products all with information and reviews so I can see what others think. The speed with which the order is processed and shipped is great and pricing is very affordable. I have recommended HealthPost to several friends and will continue to do so. Love that with every order I place I can pick a charity to donate to, I think that is a nice wee touch.

I have been using Healthpost for a few years and I find their staff helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The product range is wide and varied and prices are usually cheaper than other retailers. I like how Healthpost are now only selling truly natural products. Awesome

I go online to HealthPost web page, Log-in Enter what I want to buy, complete my order, go to the check-out, arrange payment, Check that all the details are correct and confirm my order, which arrives the next day.

I ordered pot of gold for mum's xmas gift a few days before xmas. I got my order in time and was surprised! I also loved the new courier bags, better then plastic for sure. thank you very much, made me feel so good to order this product which i could not purchase from a shop, then i got it a few days later it was so brilliant.

I bought a 250g container of Glucosamine for our older dog as she was starting to suffer with joint pain. I have been using the powder now for nearly a year and have noticed a big improvement in our dog over the winter months. She is is still a bit stiff in the evenings but is managing her walks really well and has a wonderful appetite and is looking so good.
It was very easy to purchase the powder on line and it arrived within acouple of days. It was also(i thought) well priced. I have since recommended this product to friends who have older pets
