When I initially phoned to make a subscription for a birthday gift ,I found the person I was talking to very hard to understand and I new she was having trouble understanding me,
I informed her of the address in which I wanted the subscription sent to three times,and she still got it wrong ,I even asked her to repeat it back to me and again she still got it wrong,
What was supposed to be a gift given in February was sent to me .

I have not been happy with Hearst magazines on several occasions as having ordered 3 magazines over the past years I have had problems with supplies....on two of these..i.e. not receiving them.more than once....yes could be down to the supplier and distribution centre...but not too happy with that and will think again about ordering from hearst if possible

I placed the order and I now get regular delivery without leaving home!!
The magazine has fantastic ideas and profiles of people’s changes . I’m in the process of changing half of my bathroom and looking for ideas not to change all the tiles within this space. I found a solution in the last magazine . Happy days

Hearst magazines are an appalling company with zero customer service
I haven't received any issues of my paid subscription but when I email to find out the situation I am ignored

I had a look through the magazine as we are currently starting to build a house.
I left it out for recycling as I didn't find anything very helpful for my interests.
Maybe that is more my fault than the publisher though.

I ordered this magazine for my mother in the UK. It was a straightforward process and the magazine had been received within the timescales provided.

I like to see Good Housekeeping magazine and especially at the reduced price of £1 per issue. However in renewing my subscription I have been sent the April issue twice!

With any new subscription i make with hearst magazines, they find it very difficult to get the 1st issue sent to me, Red i missed on 2 months... i never recieved my countryliving for 1 of those months even though ive been a subscriber fo over 8 years... and im still waiting for my April edition of harpers ! so whilst writing this i down graded my original rate from 3 to 2 stars !!

I love Runner's World magazine and look forward to my copy each month. It is full of great articles and features that appeal to a broad range of types of runner, from plodders to pros! Keep up the good work!

I had read Men's Health since I was about 25. Now further down the line, its still jam-packed full of innovative training ideas, nutrition advice, and scientific health articles that are written for the modern guy.

I would like to receive the issues of the magazines on time, not 3 weeks after it has been in the shops. When contacted to ask when I can expect my subscription I was Just told it can take several weeks!
