Chased the goods to get confirmation of delivery the following morning to be informed the goods would not be with them until next week and delivered to me there after. So do not have the goods and I have paid for a fitter to sit around for no reason. Customer services say they attempted to call and left a message, but I have no missed calls and no message
I hate to support bad business and would advise others to avoid also.
TLC have a good selection and advise if stock is in or not

The cord attached to the with is fixed to a plastic component which
snapped in two. Not mendable by me

The first time, I contacted them with a price match enquiry for the radiator I wanted to buy. I received a response from Liam within 15 minutes confirming the price match. I made my purchase over the phone and this process was very quick and efficient.
The second time, I called the technical team to ask for guidance on the best type of radiator for my living room. Carl was very knowledgable. He listened to my requirements and made useful recommendations based on what I shared with him. After our conversation, I was well equipped to decide on which radiator to buy.
I'm very happy with both radiators - they arrived quickly, were easy to install and met my requirements perfectly.
I thoroughly recommend the Heater Shop and would happily buy from them again.

We decided on the Dimplex heater and have been pleased with it so far: simple to set up (just screw the feet on, plug it in and turn the dial to set the temperature), can be easily moved and produces a good amount of heat.

Cannot be sure to the minute but we were perhaps lucky to get free delivery within 24 hours.
Packaging was brilliant with no chance of damage and installation was only a few hours later.
Be sure of what you order and it will appear asap!
Cannot imagine how any lower ratings would be possible if purchaser does not make a MISTAKE!
