Honestly one can't ask for a better provider than Auxe!!!! I feel so happy and lucky to find them from my random Google search. Everyone from Auxe was super friendly and professional. Technicians will go above and beyond to make sure they met my needs, even to the extent that I didn't even realize I needed. Customer service was also very friendly and helped me book/reschedule my appointments like a warm breeze. I know that for all of my future installation needs, I will go with Auxe for sure :D ! Truly a five star provider.

I am in Australia and ordered from what pretended to be a local website. I was amazed when the goods took so long to arrive because they were a USA company and it was posted from Fiji! My wife uses this perfume a lot so we were able to test it against the original. 1. The perfume had almost no smell-it was so diluted she had to drown herself in it to even get the merest scent. 2. The bottle was different, it had mould marks where the original was smooth. 3. The lid was different it was sprayed not through coloured plastic. 4. The bottle was larger than the original by 2mm [impossible if you know moulding processes]. In other words it was a FAKE! To get a refund I now have to ship to the USA - at extreme cost, 1/3 the cost of the perfume. Stay clear they are a scam.

I bought a tester bottle (3.4oz) of Acqua Di Gio from PerfumeEmporium. Not only was the price reasonable ($45 after shipping and various discounts) but the bottle came completely shrunkwrap, in a box! Most tester bottles don't come in nice packaging as it is, after all, a tester, but this one looked brand spanking new like one I'd buy in the store. It did say "demonstration" (in French) on the bottom of the bottle's backside, but it's for my use so I don't care! :) Prompt shipping and fair prices make perfumeemporium.com worth shopping at.

I shopped at Boscov's for the first time this July and have had nothing but problems with them since, 2.5 weeks and no resolution yet. First they fished around in my bank account by placing a hold in the ammount of $600 for items that had already been charged to my account but not shipped. I called to have them remove the illegitimate charge & it was a nightmare. It took 2 hours, 6 discourteous, unhelpful and ill-natured customer "service" reps, 3 disconnects( i was told by Felix their phones are rigged to hang up on ppl after 10 minutes, rather evasive, imo) and a rude email telling me to contact my bank if i need further assistance understanding the holds procedure. A few days later my merchandise began to arrive in deplorable condition. Items were carelessly thrown in bags and dumped in boxes. They placed a pair of shoes-completely unwrapped on top of lingerie-also completely unwrapped-in a bag in a loosely packed box and shipped it across the country! The lingerie was pulled and snagged and certainly not in new condition. A pair of shoes arrived with debris on the upper and signs of wear & tear on the sole-they appear to have been worn & are also not in new condition. Many other items appeared to have been worn(showed signs of filth such as foul aromas and smears)and returned. In fact, the only merchandise from Boscov's that arrived in new and acceptable condition were 4 pairs of men's pajamas, still in their factory packaging I thought I was ordering merchandise and paying for it to be delivered to my home in perfect condition. That did not happen. As it turns out, I payed for: 1. the inconvenience and waste of time and money spending 2 hours on the phone babysitting rude & unhelpful staff while they fix Boscov's accounting mistakes 2. the inconvenience of photographing and documenting their shoddy, careless packaging and the damaged merchandise it produced 3. the inconvenience and waste of time sending 9(!)emails (including photos and explanations) in total so far without achieving resolution. Their best offer is "send it back, we will refund you when we get our merch back.Boscov's wants to blame UPS so they can avoid losing $. Macy's on the other hand offered an immediate replacement at no extra charge or further inconvenience to me.I received an email confirming this within moments & my replacement will be here in 3 days. All they required from me was to " please safely dispose of damaged items". <3 them for that! Simultaneously, I had placed orders w/ Macy's, Target, Vitacost, Vitaglo, and several others. No one else placed holds on my account for money they had already deducted/received ( even and especially the large orders) and everything but one item arrived in ship-shape condition. The one "problem" was very easily resolved in less than 5 minutes with one phone call-this was Macy's-their customer service is outstanding, i will continue to shop there, but NOT at Boscov's. I have 25 + years of retail employment experience, ( and even more shopping experience:D ), let me tell you, Boscov's is doing it all wrong. Don't waste those hard earned $$$ and precious time there. You will be ripped off and treated poorly.

Purchased a 200 amp manual breaker that I will be using on the 1500 watt inverter I am installing in to my beast of a 1977 Diamond 22' RV...so I can play DVDs and stuff during the offtime out in the desert playing in the sand. I ordered 4 "mystery boxes of stuff" on November 27th. My wife ordered 2 "mystery boxes of stuff" on November 28th. Boxes arrives and we got the EXACT SAME ITEMS. Why was I charged for 4 when I got the same items as an order of 2? I called their 800 number. Was told to email support. I emailed their support and got no reply. I called again a few days later. I was told to email support again. I told them I had. They said there was nothing they could do, other than "relay the message to their 'box of stuff' department". I emailed again. No answer. I called back again. They said they would once again relay the message. I am now forced to take this up with my credit card company. I will never shop HomeandBeyond.com or Polsteins again.

This order was placed online at www.homeandbeyond.com on 6/29 and was originally shipped on 7/2. I received an email with a tracking number. On 7/7 the package was returned to origin by UPS - reason on UPS web site "This package was damaged in transit. UPS will notify the sender with the details / all merchandise is being returned". When I didn't hear from Home and Beyond by 7/16, I called Customer Service and was told it was waiting for management approval and he will get it out ASAP. I didn't hear back and on 7/20 I sent an email to customer service - I received a reply with a ticket code stating someone will contact me. Didn't hear anything and on 7/24 I called Customer Service and asked to speak with a manager. I spoke with a Supervisor who apologized and told me he would ship it out express that day. After 4 days I called Customer Service and asked if my order got shipped yet. I was told it was scheduled to ship that day (the 28th) and I would receive an email as soon as it shipped with a tracking number. On 7/29 when I didn't receive an email, I called Customer Service again fully planning on cancelling the order, and I was told it shipped yesterday. When I got home from work it finally arrived. I would never, ever purchase anything from this reseller again. This company is the worst I've ever dealt with.

I found this site while looking for a deal on Eagles Nest Outfitters hammocks, which tend to be quite expensive(but definitely worth it). I love the outdoors and I work at a summer camp, which means my gear gets a lot of wear and tear, so I wanted to get a reliable brand of hammock. ENO is a great brand, and Backcountry Edge had a great deal on ENO stuff. I ordered a DoubleDeluxe ENO for about the same price as a SingleNest. SingleNest hammocks usually run about $60, and typically DoubleDeluxe hammocks are $20-$30 more, but I found it on sale here, so I went ahead and ordered it. I also ordered straps for the hammock, which brought my order total to close to $100. Along with my order, I got a free Backcountry Edge t-shirt, which is now one of my favorite shirts (it is one of the most comfortable shirts I own). The order arrived in the time that they said it would, and it was well packaged with original tags and such. I don't have anything bad to say about Backcountry Edge, and I'll likely be ordering from them again. I am a very satisfied customer. I've had my gear from them for around 7 months now, and it's still working great.

Ordered a hard to find Patagonia large navy blue down sweater jacket on a Wednesday morning before 9 am and it was at my door at noon on Thursday. And the price was lowest of any vendor on the Internet or in stores. Now, compare this with an experience with REI. Two weeks earlier saw same item on their website. Ordered it and received confirmation. Three days later received an email telling me the order was cancelled. No reason, just cancelled. It took a phone call to their customer service to determine the reason, which was out of stock. When asked why it was still on their site, received an apology but no good answer. Perhaps they need to tweak their computer system? Anyway, a fine experience with Backcountry, and thank you Brian, who handpacked the jacket with care.

The serenity prayer Zippo lighter I receieved has horrible engraving. The prayer is totally illegible and seams like it will be rubbed smooth in no time. I had 3 friends over the day it came and NONE OF US COULD READ IT. If I didn't know what it was supposed to say. I would have thought I got the wrong item. I have never been so dissatisfied & disappointed

I ordered item from keenzo a ny based company,paid nys sales tax,only ordered from them to save shipping time as price was considerably higher than other companys further from me.Over a week later no parts(ups inside nys is one buisness day!I look at bank statement they took payment same day ordered. I call keezo several times at 10:30 est.they finally answer phone and promptly tell me my item is in oregon and hasnt shipped,i said thats uneceptable and ask for refund they denied me a refund.I could have ordered same item from west coast with overnite shipping for a few bucks more and had a week ago.SO ITS BUYER BEWARE this company isnt a stocking dealer i believe they used my money to buy item then ship to me possibly because of cash flow shortage.

Ordered shelves in June, finally came six weeks later missing vertical posts and 2 damaged shelve boards. Contacted the company who take days at a time to respond and they said parts were back ordered and they would be another 6 weeks to replace. Replacement parts finally came and they sent the wrong pieces. This happened another 2 times! It’s now Dec, 6 months after paying for these shelves and I just got another delivery of the wrong pieces. I’m giving up at this point....

The only issue I had was damage to the 5 drawer cabinet. It was damaged on the corner from being dropped. The customer service department took immediate care of the issue and a new drawer was sent out. I am very satisfied with the cabinet set I ordered. After looking at other lines I am happy I selected the 18 gauge NewAge cabinets.

What should have been a great lunch at M&C Sevenoaks spoiled by very poor quality rib eye (twice!) and inability of manager to understand customer service. Starters great, sirloin as usual good but suggest they take the rib eye off the Sunday menu - not good enough for the manager to say (despite paying the £4 premium) it is only an 8oz, on main menu it is 12oz -does that mean its a second rate steak? Thin and with gristle instead of tasty fat. Very few people in restaurant is perhaps an indication the high priced Sunday menu and its quality is not hitting the button. But manager dismisses scoffingly that it wont close. Perhaps he is the problem and to excuse as not the chef's fault - any self respecting chef would have queried why serving poor quality - especially as manager admitted the third complaint about the rib eye today - perhaps he should already have said its off the menu or if the bigger one is so good, swallow the cost and provide it.

It was my birthday Monday 27th July 2020 we were going to laindon miller but it was cancelled due to problems in kitchen so booked Leigh -on -sea we haven’t been there for about 3 years cause service & food wasn’t too good when we went back then & then laindon opened & is nearer to us as we live in laindon so we started going there anyway we went at 4pm chicken wings were over cooked my steak was under cooked so sent it back but waitress didn’t take my chips & side of mushrooms so when steak came back chips & mushrooms were cold she took chips back & replaced them for fresh my steak was really well done parts tasted burned l had ordered it medium to well first time round but had blood running out of it & then it was overcooked I didn’t eat it all & complained she did take mushrooms & steak meal of the bill atmosphere of restaurant wasn’t as good as laindon we had a blond lady service us when we arrived & then a young girl took over never even said who she was so I assumed the older lady waitress had finished her shift & gone the manager wasn’t well presented his shirt & trousers needed ironing the toilets had 2 out of 3 cubicals open 1 had water all over the floor the hand dryer didn’t work we were very disappointed with trip to this restaurant as our nearest one laindon is so nice staff are lovey atmosphere is nice & food is always cooked as we ask so we won’t be visiting your Leigh-on -sea restaurant again

I have used Affordable and Tesco vouchers for the last 4 years and this is the first year I have found difficulty getting information on dates beyond a few weeks of the date you input data information. If there are restrictions which I know there are (no recognition of Tesco pricing) they should be highlighted to explain either no availability or prices unknown. It is very frustrating being presented standard pricing when you have been pushed towards Tesco voucher pricing and constantly get presented standard pricing..

I needed some extra large curtains which are unavailable to buy ready made. I found custom curtains online. I ordered some samples, which arrived quickly, which was pleasing. I chose the curtains and placed the order with some matching cushion covers. The curtains said they would arrive in 8-10 days. The cushion covers stated they would be 23 - 25 days. I chased my order after a few weeks to be told nothing would be sent until all was ready. Which was disappointing, but I excepted. After 5 weeks I the order had still not arrived I chased them again. Eventually I was told to expect them at the end of the week. This came and went and no order. I placed the order 7 weeks ago and it’s still not arrived. I cannot tell you about the quality. But know this company cannot be trusted. They have taken my £250 and not kept to their promised to me. Very unhappy

Ordered two sets of curtains after 3 weeks nothing delivered so I complained and they said they would look into it. Excuse was the courier could not find us and were returning it to senderWHY? Why not deliver it like hundreds of others do? 3 weeks later it was still being returned to sender. Two weeks after that PayPal gave me a refund . You deal with these people if you want major delays and no guarantee you will get what you paid for

Please steer clear of Wiggle Please steer clear of Wiggle! Extremely poor customer service. I have a fault with a bike I haven't even ridden yet due to a faulty pedal and they have washed their hands of all responsibility. The bike cost almost (£1500) which shouldn't matter as it should be fit for purpose. The point is Wiggle will take your money and if you have a problem they'll then 'wriggle'. I wish I'd spent my money elsewhere and will never buy another item from them.

I was able to book quickly for a rescheduled visit as the first one was cancelled due to covid 19 pandemic. Alton Towers honoured my original booking type even though I had booked a good deal in the new year. They issued a voucher and it covered the cost of a suite which would have cost a lot more given the new time of year I am going. The only gripe (if any) was that I was unsure of which type of room I was getting until the final confirmation note appeared. I was happy to find it was the suite as originally booked as I assumed it may have been a standard family room. Can't wait to go for a much needed family get away

I bought a car in February this year that came with a three month warranty. Unfortunately, one month later the car was parked on my drive for lockdown. A few days before the warranty expired I started the car (for the first time in 8 weeks) and found a fault light on. I contacted AutoProtect who told me that the company had decided not to extend any warranties. They agreed to my having the fault checked as I was within the 3 month warranty. However, they put me through to Halfords via the AutoProtect phone system (a partner company!) who were too busy to answer the phone, but the AutoProtect rep stated that Halfords would call me. This never happened and my warranty passed it 3 month date! I took the car to a local garage and a diagnostic showed a fault in the air conditioning but not the original one. AutoProtect has refused to reapair the part as the warranty had expired! Sounds like greed to me - two months unused warrant paid for, by me and thousands of others I suspect) and then a failure by their approved repaired and them to examine my car within the warranty period = money taken - no service provided. I have done 300 miles under this warranty. Do not use them, it is obvious that money comes before service and that 2 months free from people is a great deal for the company. DO NOT USE THEM, it is all about their profits.

Terrible experience. Arrived in southend and our cab wasnt there, we called the company and the guy working there (sebastian h) said the cab was going to arrive in 10 mins as they saw on the website that out flight was delayed. The flight wasnt delayed and the cab ended up arriving 60 minutes late (not 10) and what is worse is that instead of apologizing kabbee (and in particular, sebastian) was very aggressive on the phone and insisted that they were late because out flight was delayed (not true) and that we needed to be understanding because they were coming from central london to pick us up (like if it was a charity service and not something we paid for). One hour delayed is not acceptable and the lack of apologises Is even worse.

We are having to return our sofa we bought from sofa sofa. Sofa we bought came with a broken leg and a missing leg. Guys that delivered did not attempt to fix it. They just made a note and advised us call office the next day. We were happy to keep the sofa and therefore we accepted delivery. The next day I called office. I was given two options: 1 to exchange sofa but it would take 21 days or have it fixed which would take less time. I accepted to have it fixed, however when called back to arrange fix I was told that the earliest would be after 15 days. Anyway, I still accepted to it, but only if they send us at least the missing leg in the meantime so that sofa is safer. I was advised that I we will be provided with the missing leg. However, when I called again to check why missing leg is not delivered yet, I was told that I would be provided with a leg before fixing day. After this I realised that things did not add up here so I decided to request return. I am really disappointed because I really wanted to resolve the issue with minimum disruption on both sides. I even offered to get someone else to fix the broken leg, so that we don’t have to wait and they do not have to pay for a fixer to come 100s of miles to fix the sofa. This is my experience with sofasofa!

OMG I wish I'd read these reviews before choosing these crooks! Nearly everyone here has been charged additional insurance. In my case I was already fully covered through the broker Autoeurope with whom I'd booked the day before. Autoeurope advised me that the only thing I'd be charged for on my credit card would be £150 deposit (to be refunded upon return of the car). Like others, I was exasperated with the appalling customer service agent who kept me waiting over an hour - he couldn't remember his PC password. He handed me the keys and asked me to initial the 4-page contract and sign at the end but never mentioned he'd sneakily added additional insurance for £101. I just signed without reading it through and got the surprise at home when I saw my bank statement. As you can see, there are several pages of people who've had this done to them. Avoid, avoid, avoid Firefly!!

Alicante Airport FIREFLY who is owned by HERTZ Car Rental have taken £332.78 From my credit card after I arrived back home in the UK - 2 Days after I returned the car back to Alicante Airport. The Payment seems to be for additional car insurance with the car hire company FIRFLY. A cost that Ryanair have since told me was optional but we were not given the option at the time of collection. It was not explained to me that this was an option or that we would be charged additional money. We had already paid RYANAIR the rental car cost and insurance cover on the 21st August 2020 when pre-booking the car. Why would I agree to another additional insurance cost with firefly if I had already bought insurance cover? We questioned the person on the desk at the time of pick up of the car, we asked them to make it clear to us that there was definitely no other charges as we had already paid the hire car cost and insurance - he said no there was no other charges. We were concerned about some of the figures in the right hand corner that was titled estimated charges - as this didn't make sense to us - the man assured us that there was nothing else to pay and he made it out that this was a holding fee on my card NOT AN ADDITIONAL INSURANCE OPTION. He didn't ask us if we wanted additional insurance, he disguised it as a holding fee that would be put back onto the card. We were not made aware about any options for additional insurance or that we would be charged it or could opt out of this on the document. IT WAS A PRE-PRINTED FORM! We had already paid for hire car insurance with Ryanair (Which can be seen on my statement and firefly was aware of this) It should also be highlighted that this charge of £332.78 was also not made until after we returned the car and left the country - This equating to 20 days after we picked the car up from Firefly. How can insurance be charged after the event? This is obvious Fraud and deception ! We have since found whilst looking on trustpilot.com that this is a regular occurring scam and that Firefly have conned hundreds of their customers by charging credit cards after the event for insurance they didn't agree to This is clearly FRAUD and ROBBERY I was given a pre-printed document to sign that had no options for extra insurance cover. I was deliberately manipulated by the FIREFLY representative to sign that document. I was told that the figure of 358.66 euros was a holding fee on my card in the event that I didn't bring the car back - NOT an extra OPTIONAL insurance that would then be sneakily taken from my card days after the event! I questioned this figure multiple times and the firefly representative assured me there was nothing else to pay as I had already paid for the rental and had my insurance with Ryanair. Can you tell me why insurance would be taken days after the agreement has ended?! It's completely obvious to me and many innocent customers that this is pre-meditated fraud on behalf of Firefly Car rental. You deceive customers into thinking the figure on the sheet is a holding fee and will be released when really, it's a lump sum of money that has been taken days after they leave the country and arrive home. I did not agree to extra insurance with Firefly, I already had insurance with Ryanair, I questioned the document that I was given to sign and then I was lied to Do you understand that this is Fraud? dishonesty and robbery?

Failed to deliver my item. They blame it on the courier. Ordered a 110 EUR suitcase 40 days ago and still don't have it! I was travelling in a foreign country and needed a suitcase fast, but never got any sign of it. I kept contacting Carpisa asking when am I going to get it (and now since I left the country before getting the suitcase in a local shop I simply want my payment back). Because Carpisa kept ignoring my messages, I contacted my bank and am now awaiting their confirmation for a credit card chargeback. I do not recommend Carpisa! They looked okay (they have a lot of shops worldwide) but their e-delivery and customer service seriously has problems...

MadVapes was the first vendor that I ordered from when I started with e-cigs. In my experience, they have some of the best customer service, quickest ship times, and also very very easy to do business with. All around great people. The one issue that I've had was a tank that I had ordered was cracked. I honestly cannot blame MadVapes for this, as there isn't sufficient evidence that it didn't happen in transit. Either way, I sent them a message about it and they responded, quickly I might add, stating that they were sending a replacement. Only a handful of companies these days take customer service seriously, and MadVapes is one of them.

I bought 4 new tires Fem of 2103. and the TPMS system was O.K. I was T-boned in April and after the damage was repaired the Tpms light began flashing (the day after I got the car back from the body shop).It has been on since. I am a former dealership mechanic and asked a friend who teaches auto shop if the school had means of testing TPMS since the body shop wanted to start replacing sensors. He called me later to tell me the school had purchased a Snap-On TPMS tool. We tested : and all sensors showed good but we couldn't get the light out- no reset capabilities. Over a year later, I saw the YOUTUBE ad for the ATEQ MitsuReset Tool; just what I was looking for! I called Import Auto & Peter Awad was most helpful in my purchase of the VC30 and Reset tools. WORKED LIKE MAGIC! ! !The light at long last is out. Definitely 5 stars! Tom M.

All the staff are fantastic, in particular is Ross Coutts who goes above and beyond and Jay from the restaurant who looked after us all weekend. My only reason for parking here was that my vehicle would be safe & secure whilst I was on holiday with my family, this obviously was not the case as when my family & I arrived back to my car on level 8 in the multi storey car park at approx 9pm on 19th April 2015 We discovered damage to my rear bumper and passenger side door. I have attached photo’s of the damages for your information. I feel obligated to express how fair and wonderful this building experience has been for me especially as a first-time home builder. When reading product reviews on home builders, i found the reviews to be either really positive or very negative and therefore i had a lot of confusion and anxieties committing to a project builder. Switch Homes were relatively new to the scene for me, but i knew that they were backed by Pindan. At the time, there were no product reviews on them so i felt like i was taking a punt with them. I am so thankful i went with Switch Homes. Switch Homes were upfront and completely transparent from the start. I worked with Mark Stillman who was realistic with what could be achieved with my building budget and visited me onsite to troubleshoot areas that may affect the design of the home. I was able to access display homes during its build process to see the quality before they were neatly presented for home openings. Customer service was exceptional before making a deposit and that quality of service continued throughout. Mark helped me prioritise what i wanted out of the build to meet my budget and i was presented with professional drawings of my future home with several redrawings as we got closer to my dream home. Costs were clearly itemised and estimated accurately which meant i could lock in decisions without having nasty surprises down the track. The builders standard specs and inclusions in our package were of a fair quality and known brands that i could review prior to signing the contract. We seldom needed to upgrade unlike with other projects builders who's 'luxury' range were really standard entry level fittings for Switch Homes. I also gained confidence working with an interior designer (provided by Switch Homes) to locking in finishing touches for our tiling and kitchen. The build process ran smoothly. For the construction phase, my Client Liaison Officer was Stephanie Bonasera and site supervisor, Russell. They are excellent and informative. I received regular updates with the build process and any queries were answered within 2 days and resolved within the week. If there was an issue, Steph was excellent at communicating on my behalf and got results fast. I loved that i was approached first if there were any uncertainties ahead and i was given the drivers seat to change them (ie. cabinetry). She could foresee any problems ahead before i would and this saved me several hours from ever having to chase up them up myself during my own work time. Steph is brilliant. If there were any disagreements, we were able to come to an effective solution quickly. Russell is a very experienced builder and organised the trades well for the build to run with minimal delays. There was even a point where it was forecasted that our home would be completed two months ahead of schedule. Sadly we didnt receive our keys before christmas but i was impressed that trades continued to work right up to the very end before xmas break. There really isnt much left to go now, and compared to other friends first-home building experiences, ours is a dream run!!! I would give Switch Homes 5 stars but then i would run the risk of being another heavily biased review. Overall, they are fairly priced, had quality inclusions, good craftsmanship and a knowledgable builder with good communication to the clients in a timely manner. They are completely transparent so no surprises or upsets during the build. There were occasional hiccups with trades missing minor details to the build requirements, but this was picked up either by me or the builder, and acted upon quickly. The experience with Switch Homes has succeeded my expectations and calmed any fears i had with building. I would gladly do it again.

The day we went to do the colours they were rushed and made us chose the whole house fixture and fittings within 4 hours. The quality of the fixtures were extremely basic and ugly like something from the 80's, you would find better in Kmart. The trick was they give you cheap fixtures and then when you don't like them they refer you to their supplier to give you a bunch of over priced upgrades at your cost. There was no mid range options offered. We sat in a room that was extremely hot with no windows or natural daylight. It was hard to see what you were choosing. This was obviously deliberate just to get the job done as quickly and conveniently for them. I nearly passed out a few times as it was so hot and stressful. I had to go outside to get fresh air. I didn't even get offered a drink and had to go next door to purchase a bottle of water. They then back flipped on the concrete flooring. I had two of their seniors enter the room and was extremely rude and argumentative. I was in tears and traumatised when I left and knew that I could not go forward with them. I lost $3000 deposit but in hindsight it was probably the best money ever spent avoiding this company, especially reading reviews from others. Please avoid these builders. Go elsewhere you won't regret it. The only regret I have is I didn't write this sooner to warn others, I guess that's the good thing about lockdowns. I've engaged Simone Homes, work started after 2 months of contract signing and beware that tender acceptance fee does nothing not even start the CDC/construction certificate process. Their work usually doesn't have end to end commitment (turn key contract), soil removal, rubbish removal, concrete removal will be charged to you extra on top of your contract, SO many caveats. It seems this company do not walk the talk, whatever their marketing speaks, I experienced just opposite, also other customer of theirs got in touch with me and they felt the same. It wastes lot of my time to keep arguing with them, VERY VERY hard to deal with! Let's see how it turns out in the end, I will keep updating this review as I go with construction, fingers crossed! PM me if you want to hear my experience. Update 04-11-2016: Tender said $500 per load for soil removal, estimated soils loads by them - 6, I estimate - 3or4 Now builder is asking $5500 for soil removal on top of contract, they are asking excavator hire+builders margin for soils removal. Variations and more variations coming in to fix the obvious things which you usually think builder will incorporate. Update 23-03-2017 Famework Finished Building inspector found many defects and being asked to fix, he came second time to inspect and still not fixed, I had to pay for inspection twice. Kitchen drawings were sent to get it approved, without stone measurements when I said I want to know the standard overhang they did not had definite answer, then I asked that you should put 15 cms as overhang as that's standard to use island bench as kitchen bar, now they are asking variation! Updates: Paid more than 7k for nee driveway, now supervisor is asking more variation to do council crossover which is always part of driveway in industry, they saw there was always old driveway and still qouted driveway in tender but now they are asking more money to remove old concrete or otherwise leave old ugly concrete there!

The build took approx 30 weeks from start to finish. Weather held us up a little. My husband is a licensed builder and after looking and speaking to a number of other project home builders we chose to go with Simone Homes. Firstly as the quality of the standard inclusions was far more superior to any that we looked at, and secondly they construct a home that is "built to last". From the slab to the framework and roof these things are done using superior quality materials and no cutting corners. The quality of the work was outstanding and although we did have a few minor defects they were all rectified as soon as we had pointed them out. Nathan was our site supervisor and he was very easy to deal with and kept us informed of the progress the whole way through. Amy in the office was very extremely helpful and answered all our questions and concerns immediately. The whole process was easy and the end result was most satisfying. We chose to do our own driveways and landscaping and they worked in with us so they were completed in minimal time. We would recommend Simone Homes and would build again with them in the future.

I contacted Anthony asking for help. My roof was leaking and had been leaking since my home was built 7 years earlier. I had a huge file of evidence to say the tile design was flawed. The tile company would not listen to me. Anthony came to my home and showed the tile company what the problem was. Anthony was able to add weight to my argument with his expertise; he was able to speak the lingo of the industry. Anthony was able to quickly point out the issues and give his professional opinion. Anthony spent over 2 hours in discussions about my flawed roof tiles and in the end the company replaced my entire roof at no costs. I could not be more thankful and appreciative of Anthony’s time. I highly recommend this small business to anyone.

They were so good I had to leave this review whilst I'm still buzzing over the fact that my ugly rubbish has gone after all these years and it was so quick and easy. The webpage was easy to navigate with no hidden extras or small print. Prices are clearly displayed and explained in a fool proof way so you can choose what you need with confidence. The lady on the phone Clarissa, even booked me in on a shorter window wait, the following day so I didn't have to hang around all day.
