Product quality is good. I appreciated the order was banded and ready to go when I arrived. However, the forklift driver damaged my brand new $7,000 trailer by lifting the load from one end and just rammed/pushed the load from the end as it gouged the floor. I had to stop him of the damage would have been much worse. He thought nothing of it and seemed iritated that I stopped him.

I asked for used and was surprised about the quality of items received (looked new and reasonably priced). We have been back to add more product to complete our 36,000sf warehouse. Our owner is very happy with the final results and strength of shelving.

Delivery said 2-3 days, it came the next day when i was not home. I was told the delivery could be left at the door or could be taken back and i would be charged even more (already paid $75 in shipping.) Delivery was left and when i arrived the next day it was gone. Essentially i threw away $150 dollars.
