Wish it were possible to give 0 stars. Placed an order that never shipped, got tired of waiting, so I cancelled and requested a refund. Well guest what, you get charged a 15% restocking fee for a cancellation even though the product never ships. Scammers. When I finally did reach someone in Customer Service, and that too took a long time, I was told a refund was issued. But here I am, 9 days later, and still waiting. I only wish I'd searched for reviews prior to placing an order so I'd know what an awfully company they are.

I inadvertently like many others somehow got duplicate orders. 10 minutes after I made the mistake I contacted them. I have tried calling and emailing the support line I get nothing. They will not answer their phone. The support line said they would be calling me but never responded. I ordered 2 cross/doves. Now they say they are shipping the 3 orders. I will dispute with PayPal. I feel I was duped considering the number of bad reviews on this website. Still getting ads from the CEO. E mailed him to but no response. What a scam! Buyer's beware!

I placed an order on 9/22/12 for part of my Halloween costume. I used them last year and they were absolutely wonderful, so I assumed I would have the same experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I knew my item would take 10-14 days before it shipped out. After 2 weeks, I did get an email saying it would arrive soon. One week later, I didn't have it. I emailed them Wed 10/10 no response, then on Thursday I emailed, no response. I called Thursday evening and left a voicemail. Friday-Sunday no response. And still no package. I emailed Sunday to state that I was disappointed and that if I didn't hear back from them on Monday, I would have to make other arrangements but I would expect a full refund. Finally Monday late afternoon, I received an email that my credit card would be refunded. So what happened????? They said 12 days ago it would arrive soon! Now I am left to scramble to make other arrangements for Halloween and pay extra for speedy delivery. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. I know it is their "busy" season, but that is no excuse for poor customer service. Yes, they sell great products, but don't count on getting it :(

What I ordered was Y3082134 - 2000-2006 GMC Yukon Lower Rear Section of Quarter Panel Passengers Side and Y3082133 - 2000-2006 GMC Yukon Lower Rear Section of Quarter Panel Drivers Side. What I got was 086-134 R 00-06 Suburban LWR RR Q/P SEC and 0860-133L 00-06 Suburban LWR RR Q/P SEC. I send an email explaining the error. I got a response that the parts will fit either a suburban or a yukon XL. I responded with a picture that I ordered a regular Yukon/Tahoe Rear quarter panels. To which "Jordan" responded that the page on the site clearly states the part is for a Yukon XL only. I Did not see the "Fits Yukon XL ONLY" in small print under The "Y3082133 - 2000-2006 GMC Yukon Lower Rear Section of Quarter Panel Drivers Side." He will not exchange or accept return of the panels unless I pay shipping for his mistake. ** WARNING this guy is sneaky.... If he gets the order wrong, you the customer will pay the price! It seems to be I'm not the only one....

Have placed 4 orders with this company prior to finding this site, first one was a trial and to check if downlights were ok, so only ordered two, they came direct from one electrical, the second was a large order it did come but not all order complete and no way of checking if the order I placed online as once you place the order there is no way of checking it so just though i'd ordered wrong amount of downlights, third order was for light switches and one turned out to be faulty and have had to file claim with paypal, fourth never arrived so again had to file claim with paypal to which speedy electrical have no replied once to my emails or the paypal claims, the mobile phone number that is listed on Paypal for this company is not recognized, something is defiantly not legit about this company

I come across the website for Speedy Electrical and placed a large order coming to around the £60 mark. Realising there was no contact number for this company I emailed them requesting when I would be receiving my goods. They did reply and said 5 days and gave me the day a Friday. Not receiving anything again after 5 days courier service, I emailed again, this time they said it will be Tuesday. How long was this going to go on for?. Not happy and my customer not being happy I pressed for a full refund. They did. Something not right with this company. Press for a refund. They are complete time wasters.In the end you will receive nothing. Speedy money withdrawal but No products. We suggest A5 Electrical Ltd. Lovely people, you can speak to someone over the phone.Excellent email contact with pictures off your items before delivery and how they are packaged. Better Courier via UK Mail. I usually don't click on ads but theres caught my eye when I happen to be looking for a wedding band. I am not a big jewelry person so a $1200 gold ring was not necessary. When I saw the one I had chosen, it seemed too good to be true. Style and durability? Then can the price, I double checked other sites for the same ring and at that time it was $165 cheaper. So I took a chance with a size (9) I didn't think would fit(out of 9.5), but everything went in my favor and fits perfect! So I saved over $1000 for something that has just as much meaning and symbolization as the over priced gold version. Thank you ***family

I placed my order on a Friday night and the new waiting room furniture was in our office the following Tuesday, with UPS Ground. Aside from the very fast shipping, the customer service was excellent. I had a piece broken and they sent us a replacement part with no problems. I have definitely bookmarked this company for future purchases. Thank you!

The boss came out and was rude and argumentative and told me he wanted nothing to do with the job anymore. Apologized at the end but damage was done. Sub contractor came to rectify the fence but fence still sub-standard. I think I will get somebody else to rectify now and take that out of what I owe them I have no problem paying good money for a good job. I didn't get a good job and would never use them again. Run.... run away from these people.

Requested a quote for boundary fences, didn't hear from them until 3 months later. When I told them the fence has been done by a different company, they literally replied:" why ask me to send quote then, a complete waste of time". However, looking at other reviews, I feel I'm not alone.

I had a fence done by the QPR boys a few weeks ago. They were brothers(?) I think. They were prompt in their quote and very reasonably priced. For such a short time in the industry the quality of the job was exceptional, considering how low the price of the quote was. Well presented, incredibly polite and respectful young men, can tell they have been raised to have a strong work ethic and take great pride in their work. Would recommend to others, very very happy with the job I received, and the next time I need a fence done I will be calling you boys again!

We rang both numbers on the webpage, left messages, but have never heard from anyone in 3 weeks - Matt and Andrew we believe were the names from the 2 different phone numbers. Also sent a contact form on their website but surprise surprise no response in inbox or spam over the last 3 weeks. Thanks guys for wasting our time when we needed an urgent quote for fencing, if you were too busy the least you could do is call us back/email to let us know. Recommend people go elsewhere as customer service is obviously lacking and that's generally a fair indicator of the type of work you'll get!

I was very impressed wit Sheds-n-Homes staff from the first contact until completion of the job. Their professional approach made me feel comfortable and nothing was a bother in their service. The kit was delivered on schedule and the instructions we adequate for someone with some knowledge of the building trade. Te tradesmen used were excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending this company. I selected Sheds-Homes initially because they use Australian steel and I wanted to support Australian industry.

[name removed] was our New Home Sales Consultant, and he was amazing, as he was very understanding and even got us a discount! He won us over due to his loving and caring personality, and his great knowledge on what JG King Homes had to offer! After signing some paperwork, we then got handed over to [name removed], who was our Customer Service Administrator, and she was quite slow with emails and made a couple mistakes on our documents, but those were fixed soon after. Then mid-way through the Pre-Construction process, [name removed] came in and took [name removed] position, and did a fantastic job! Very kind, friendly, and understanding! Easy to contact, quick and efficient, as she replied to our emails within minutes, and kept us up to date on where we were up to, and what we needed to do next! The final cost was the same as the estimated cost, which was awesome as everything was as expected and there were no hidden fees! We are very excited to start our construction phase, and feel confident that we can always contact [name removed] or [name removed], as they both reassured us that we can email or call them whenever we have any issues or concerns. Overall, great customer service provided to us so far! P.S. JG King Homes is offering a $100 Coles e-voucher if we leave feedback on this site to help improve their business, as long as we leave our building permit number on here, which is BS-U 1441 5704787364392/0. My Vergola was installed 20 odd years ago and although the installation did not go smoothly I was happy with the finished product. Until it rained! It wasn't weather proof and any thing under the canopy would get a drenching, after many phone calls and conversations the aluminium louvres were eventually replaced as they were bowed, next the motor failed and had to be replaced under warranty when the second motor failed, after two years of grief I gave up thinking cheap overseas product. Fast forward 20 years and I decided to complete some light reno's around the house including the Vergola, so I contacted Vergola Australia to enquire about a manual mechanism to operate the canopy, they directed me to their recommended external fitter to carry out an inspection, the fitter found the motor had been incorrectly fitted to the low side of the gutter resulting in the motor being continually wet causing premature deterioration, in addition to this the linkages (arms) that move the louvres require relocating and the wiring has been left exposed to the elements and deteriorated to the point where it also needs replacing. The rectification cost for the poor workmanship is $2500, I am aware many years have passed since the roof was fitted but I would have thought due to the poor workmanship Vergola Australia would at best pay 50%. I was told it was a franchisee business back then, the business has since stop operating and all fitting is now done by employees of Vergola Australia, and any faulty workmanship from this period would not be covered by Vergola Australia.

We had a Vergola constructed in our latest house situated in the Northern Suburbs of Brisbane in December 2016 & despite the comments in other reviews this one lets in as much if not more rain that the one we had installed in a previous house in 1996 & that one didn't even have blade edge seals. We have had remote control problems, blades not synchronised in a two bank system where half the one bank would not close/seal, rusting support post where feature timber was not primed & painted prior to fitting & the latest problem where the actuator arm nylon bushings have crumbled & jambed & stopped the banks working. This first happened with one of the banks mid 2018 & the technician replace one bushing but did not have a second replacement bushing to replace the one in the other bank. We offered to fit the second bushing to save another service call as it was not a difficult operation but the part never arrived as promised despite two calls to the local Vergola dealer. The second bank failed three weeks ago & another phone call was made & despite being told again a busing would be put in the mail it still did not arrive. After more than a week of waiting for the part we fabricated a suitable teflon replacement & repaired the bank & then emailed the Vergola representative expressing our discontent with the situation but have still not heard back. There are more issues we could add but the above are the ones we have had most communication on and others are more primary construction quality issues. We would not chose to use Vergola again, very disappointed this time & do not expect the current installation to last as well as our previous Vergola that to our knowledge is still functional.

Called them up, and literally the same day they came out to our place at Yass. The bloke told me all about how his father owns the business, and they went into business because there are too many shonky operators out there who don't give good service. All a pretty good experience at the quote stage, he promised to send it over to me the following Monday or Tuesday. I gave them a week's grace and followed up. "Oh yes, I'll let him know to get back to you." Another fortnight went by. "Oh he must have been busy, I'll get him to call you." A month. "I'm sorry, I can't give you his direct number but I'll get him to call you." Literally two months have gone, and no return phone calls, no return emails, no contact whatsoever. And I was ready to give them my cash. Bloody lucky I didn't go with them, I would have had buckley's chance of getting them to come back and fix something if it went wrong. Total joke.

We booked Party Up for Steve’s 60th Birthday Party they were amazing. The music was fabulous they played all the songs we love. Everyone at the party over 140 guests said they thought the band were fantastic. We would definitely book Party Up again & have also seen them at a Wedding last June. The Wedding was a younger group of people in there early 30’s & the music was again brilliant.

Before I knew of lathams I used various other company’s and never did I receive the customer care and attention I received from lathams once I started to divert my business to this company which has been for the last 4 years and I’m still using this company because they look after their customers and this is something I believe a lot of company’s now are not providing especially to the smaller customers they have. Every customer is a customer and Latham’s does well to make this evident hence why as a small company we are still using them.

Excellent Service The first Door to be delivered was faulty, but because it was part of a building project we did not realize this until 3 months after purchase. Latham's replaced it immediately with no quibble. :) 18 months later, having lost the keys! Latham's supplied me a new barrel lock, however i had to drill a couple of screws out to put the new lock in. They have put new screws FOC in the post for me today, you can ask for no more that that!

I received the knife and it was warped, I contact their customer service by email as they suggest, and sent photos as they requested and they said they'd be sending a replacement, it has been 5 weeks and they keep giving me the run-around. Curiously it took them less than a week to ship the knife out but now "Naid" keeps writing that he'll "forward my issue to their fulfillment center" to get a "resolution", even after I told him I am not interested anymore and since they wont ship out a replacement I wanted a refund. I mean, what's there to "resolve"? just refund my order and call it a day, and speaking of calling, good luck with that, their entire customer service call-in center is made up of an answering machine stating they cannot take any calls because they're too busy with the holiday season (it has been a month and a half since the holiday season ended). Feels like their whole operation is a scam so I'm contacting the credit card company to hopefully get my money back. Update: I contacted my credit card company last week and got my money back- Apparently Chase agrees! And has flagged them

I would give this company 0 stars if possible. I purchased products from a bundle sale and was excited to use the masks. After using the Indian Clay mask ONCE, my skin suffered a severe reaction. It burnt my skin and made it peel. I got so bad that I had seek external help. When I emailed Baselift about this, I received absolutely no help. They proceeded to tell me that they are not responsible for any side-effects and simply offered empty condolences, implying that I had done something wrong or that I was to blame. I would NOT recommend ordering ANYTHING from this company. You can find 10x cheaper alternatives in the drugstore/ amazon. It caused my skin to react and again, the customer service was TERRIBLE. PS- do not be fooled by the high ratings on trustpilot. Baselift offer customers £10 pounds off if you leave a 5 star rating (which is highly unethical if you ask me). Just to reiterate- STAY AWAY!!!!

The device is more comfortable than the CB-x series and of course than the generic type steel devices (although I wore one of those for a month before deciding to go with steel instead of polycarbonate long term). The two stabilization pins could be a little longer to help with the ease of putting the device on and I had to get assistance from my wife the first time, but after a few times it is easy. Absolutely love the design, especially the A ring and the screw lock central pin. I almost forgot the device was there after 48 hours. The key holder (my wife) and I definitely recommend Bon4 brand.

Absolutely disgusting service and company. Before I placed an order on 19th of May , I contacted them to ask if they have product in stock and if they can deliver it within 10 days, answers was positive, after 10 days I contacted them and asked when they will deliver them, they said that they are very busy, covid and stuff, but that was bullshite.One week later I tried to contact them, they said that they still have time to deliver it, because delivery policy saying they will deliver in 15 working days... So on fifteenth working day I contacted them, they said that THEY DON'T HAVE TH BOARDS IN STOCK. AND ONLY CAN DELIVER THEM AFTER 2 MONTHS. So subframe is ready now, I don't think so I will find the same length boards to fit foe my project, otherwise I will need to rebuild the aubframe or buy much more decking boarss than I need to fit the project, what is another 500-600£ wasted. They even wasn't bothered to contact me, maybe they hoped that I died and they could get my money without delivering them boards. Worst experience ever. I really hope you will lose your business.

really pleased with camp/garden machete, been looking for one for a while to replace original/vintage one I used to have, They let me know I messed up bank details so I could sort it out very attentive(thanks!) Well packaged,surprise packet of sweets included(perhaps trying capture youth market?) Will be using machete to clear rough ground for work/metal detecting. We made a deposit February 23,2021 of $4200 for a building their salesman stated typically took up to 16 weeks to install. Now we have passed 31 weeks and can barely reach anyone on the phone and when we do they are full of excuses to the point of aggrevating me. No answer when or if we will ever get a building install. We have been told that they are still trying to coordinate building installations elsewhere (not in our state) from last October 2020! We are fearing after reading other reviews that this company is having serious trouble and that they may suddenly go out of business and keep our money?! Sorry to have chosen this company as they are seriously lacking in customer service and relations to the point i had to start writing reviews in hope of getting our job done or refund us, which they state they never return deposits. What a rip off and a shame to be an American company.

One of the worst experiences that my wife and I have ever had. We got a 12 x 35 x 12 cover for our RV. And I don't dare to park my RV under it, this thing sways like crazy with very little wind. The install crew never came when they said they were going to come install the cover in the dark left big mess screws everywhere and metal shavings. Tried many times to call manager I told him I need to speak with him they keep giving me run around. I have screws in the cover sticking halfway out, trim is Not secure flopping all over the place in the wind. We are very very unhappy with this whole thing and we even bought an extra panel and more anchors so it's certified for 105 mph wind. There is no way it will hold up in that kind of wind without damaging my RV. This thing has become a very big headache for both me and my wife, and we never got a phone call or email. Daniel Pike was my sales person, Who was very nice, but now the last email I got from him he told me he is out of it. Quality carports who installed my carport said that carport central should've gave me more cross beams and should've let me know more information. Basically quality carports are blooming carport Central, and daniel told me that they didn't do anything wrong on their side. It just goes back-and-forth the blaming game and I'm stuck with a carport that I cannot park my RV under, more than $3700 I am getting ready to write a very big review with all the pictures of the mess they left and the quality service that I received. Also when I spoke with quality car parts they said that the guys cleaned up and finish the job when it was still light outside they did not finish the job until 9:30 PM and I have Surveillance footage of the job being done In the dark The job was promised to be at 1 PM Sunday on Mother's Day, they did not arrive at my house until 5:30 PM with no phone call or anything. All our plans was ruined and I even went to work late and missed some hours because I wanted to make sure they put the carport in the right place. This was a very upsetting experience And we are Looking in on getting this resolved it another way since nobody replies to us.

I worked with Bob. He was accommodating, he was available but not pushy. He understood the extra time I needed to process exactly what I wanted in my very busy world. He tried to give me any breaks in cost he could. I had just so much money to work with. I was so glad I took my time and asked questions. I asked other buyers, contractors, and owners of steel buildings about structure, skylights, paint, garage door sizes and insulation. In the process I felt like I made good decisions as to the perfect size for me. It was bigger than I started, but I'm happy I went the extra size. I had lot of questions. He explained the difference of a 4/12 and 5/12 in cost. He reassured me it would meet all the specifications we needed to meet with our county's building codes. I did a lot of research and found a company who had bad mouth your company. Bob addressed every concern. He told me not to go with them, they didn't deliver and had complaints with their customers. I found that they weren't even listed on the 10 ten best companies. They gave me a wonderful sales pitch and their website is impeccable. I'm so thankful I missed that bullet. There was actually another company that had better ratings A+ and 97% rating than General Steel. But the agent appeared lazy. He sent me an e-mail. He didn't follow up on the phone. If there was any communications, it was done on my part. Bob (Robert) was the face to your company. I only knew about your company what I saw on the website, except all the really good e-mails and phone calls Bob followed through with. I am married to a salesman, and I can see the sales job coming. I didn't feel that he was ever selling me. He might be your best salesman, but I didn't feel like he was giving me a hard sell.

We picked up a dart board Wednesday and also ordered one online for our daughter and boyfriend in MN on Thursday. Our board came with only 1 member card. Called Alan at A-Z and he was able to make sure our daughters board had 2 cards before being shipped and was able to ship us another card for us and an extra for our son in MN so he can play as well. We purchase a lot from A-Z and are very happy with the products and the staff. A-Z is our go-to for anything darts.

I purchased some new 22.5" Alcoa wheels and tires for my RV..they arrived, but they forgot to balance them..so they offered to cover the cost to balance them at a local shop..and even an extra $100 for the inconvenience. That was excellent customer service. Then then asked me to send a pic of my rig with the wheels installed, and in return they would send me a "gift card". I sent in the pic, which they began using in their advertising...but did not send the gift card. I messaged them after a month and they said it "must have gotten lost in the mail".. they assured me they send them out monthly, and I would get it then. So I waited another 2 months, and still no gift card.. I emailed them again and they replied "You'll get it when we send them out again. Sorry we only do it every so often." ...total brush off and total disrespect for their customer.

I just wanted to say my experience with Budget Home Kits was overall very pleasant. There was a learning curve never having built a home before but they were patient and helpful all along the way. Friends and family thought we were crazy at first but were soon won over. There was a small issue with a missing part but it was identified and quickly shipped to us. We love the straight walls and confidence in the steel structure. Fun to put together sort of like a big steel Lego set. All parts fit and amazingly well-engineered. A lot of compliments. Go for it!

I don't normally write reviews but with a purchase as important as this I thought it would be the right thing to do. I have to be honest and say the main reason I originally purchased from Budget Home Kits was to save money. We were on a very tight budget and this seemed to be exactly what we had hoped for as long as their claims proved out. I'm happy to say that it did work out and we are very satisfied. Our new home is more than we could ever afford with any other option and believe me we did our homework. It does involve work but conceptually their building methods are easy to follow if you pay attention to what your doing and go step by step. Our guy there helped us with consultations all the way through and we actually became friends. At least it felt like we were friends. Either way the people are friendly and helpful all the way even after the sale. When you talk to them what they say is what you get. Very unusual these days. We heartily recommend them. Thanks.

A little about myself, I have been in and around construction for the past 35 years so I understand a little of what should go on and happen in the purchase and erection of most structures. I teach at the high school level and try to provide students with proper information in the construction field and also information as a consumer. CanAm Steel Buildings over all their building is a good product but when it comes to the over all service and support not so much. In the building of my building the fact was pointed out that I had braces missing on the building and so my first response was to call and ask if they would supply the braces that were missing on my building per request of inspection. They said that they would not send these braces because they are not required and so begins the battle of requesting and being denied products belonging to the building. After a period of time in order to get inspected I purchased steel braces and placed them in the building. If I have any recommendation it would be that somewhere along the way the buyer should be able to hold a retainer of some sort in order to protect themselves from this type of dealings. The customer service they tell you is good, not so much and yes I had requested the braces in the proper time frame which they allow you to let them know some thing is missing from the order.

They do not pay their subcontractors in a timely fashion . They refuse to communicate with us. The work is done, the invoice filed. The repeated statements are that they will pay us when they receive payment from the bank - which is illegal. It's not just us, they are doing this to many subcontractors and even their suppliers. If you care about "the little guy" with the small businesses to run that support this business, do not hire them. We have spoken with the business owner where the work was done and they said that they have gotten many calls from lawyers about liens that will be placed on them (in Pennsylvania, a subcontractor has to place a lien on the place where the work was done & the owner of that company has to work it out with the Contractor to get the subcontractors paid.). I will not put my name on this review, because I am sure they will do something in retaliation.

We have been doing business with Kore Essentials for two years or more. They ship immediately, and are always available for questions. Items are packaged very well, better than any other company we've done business with. They also include instructions and a drawstring storage pouch made out of awesome material. The belts usually last a year for my husband as he is a mechanic and gives it a lot of use. Only belt that has ever held up his holster adequately and is easily adjustable. He won't use any other. First, let me say that I love the fit and function of these Kore belts. They are amazing. But I had an issue with my original order and I wasn't sure if I had done something wrong, or what had happened. So I contacted Kore and explained my issue and without so much as blinking an eye they shipped me a replacement and sent a short note saying so. It was fantastic customer service AND it's a great product. I will buy again.

Gary turned up when promised and setup discretely. He worked with us to incorporate little touches into our day that made it special for us, including family involvement. He was very flexible and responsive to our guests, even adapting to the spontaneous conga line that developed and sending us a video of it afterwards which was awesome. He read the room well and stayed beyond our original end time since our guests were enjoying his music so much. We've had multiple mentions since then from guests who loved his playing. In the meantime I found replacement items on EBay… Finally, the next week, they actually sent my order, without responding to ANY of my emails and doing whatever they wanted with my order?? They sent most of my back ordered items, As I specifically requested them Not to, And on top of that, they cancelled my Dartboard (main item) which left me scrambling and I had to track one of those down and get it replaced. Don’t order from these guys if you want any sort of clear communication or understanding…. They could care less. Never again!

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever ordered from! I placed an order back on October 25th… Several of my items were back ordered so I decided to wait… after almost a month I finally decided to let them know to Cancel Only whatever was back ordered and send what they had, as found replacement items on EBay and already had them coming. They never responded and finally the following week, they shipped most of the cancelled items and everything else and cancelled my main item, the Dartboard, which Clearly I still wanted and it showed they had all along? They never responded to any of my emails and have now cost me over a 100$ as I have already replaced the items they sent at the last minute which were back ordered forever and suddenly showed up?? Added to that, I now had to scramble to track down and find a dart board somewhere else and get that ordered too, as they cancelled that for some unknown reason? Do Not order from these people if you desire any sort of clear communication or understanding… never again.

Sent back for exchange, of course they didn't have a replacement in that style so paid little more and got next style up. they came and the width is right but they are small. Now they want me to pay for shipping to get the problem corrected. I have worn the same size work boot for 17+ years and have never had issues with fit until I dealt with this company. My guess these are factory 2nds! buy from someone more reputable.
