Have placed 4 orders with this company prior to finding this site, first one was a trial and to check if downlights were ok, so only ordered two, they came direct from one electrical, the second was a large order it did come but not all order complete and no way of checking if the order I placed online as once you place the order there is no way of checking it so just though i'd ordered wrong amount of downlights, third order was for light switches and one turned out to be faulty and have had to file claim with paypal, fourth never arrived so again had to file claim with paypal to which speedy electrical have no replied once to my emails or the paypal claims, the mobile phone number that is listed on Paypal for this company is not recognized, something is defiantly not legit about this company

I come across the website for Speedy Electrical and placed a large order coming to around the £60 mark. Realising there was no contact number for this company I emailed them requesting when I would be receiving my goods. They did reply and said 5 days and gave me the day a Friday. Not receiving anything again after 5 days courier service, I emailed again, this time they said it will be Tuesday. How long was this going to go on for?. Not happy and my customer not being happy I pressed for a full refund. They did. Something not right with this company. Press for a refund. They are complete time wasters.In the end you will receive nothing. Speedy money withdrawal but No products.
We suggest A5 Electrical Ltd. Lovely people, you can speak to someone over the phone.Excellent email contact with pictures off your items before delivery and how they are packaged. Better Courier via UK Mail. Well packaged and great products. Anyone wanting email and address please respond to this email.

I ordered various switches and sockets from them and at the end of the 'five working day' dispatch period had to threaten them with a chargeback to get the goods dispatched (which then arrived the following working day). Their excuse was a 'busy Christmas delay' (like someone would be giving electrical fittings as Christmas presents.......) They were very badly packed and the box outers damaged but by that stage I couldn't be bothered anymore. The irony is that the products themselves were of good quality (Scolmore clickdeco). With hindsight I should also have been warned off by a site that has no telephone number (let alone a freephone number). Don't use them - with this level of service they won't be around much longer.

Took payment on 18th December 2013, no confirmation of order, no contact details, no way of chasing up.

I had to write to them via 'Enquiry' and recieved a message asking me to confirm what I had ordered. They then told me it was out of stock, but would have delivery in three days.

It took another two weeks of no contact, before I got my money back through PayPal.

Oh dear - I am another who ordered from this company and have received no order number, no order confirmation and at present (two weeks after placing the order) no product. They did, however, find the time to take the money from my account. Have sent two enquiries with no response. No telephone number on the site. Shockingly bad company - someone please shut these idiots down.

I was looking for a phone number for this company as I had not received about 30 plugs and sockets after 5 days. I came across this site and started to get me very concerned. I wrote them an e-mail which was responded to within 20 minutes advising me that the delivery would be coming the next day. It arrived promptly at 10am the next morning and all items were present and correct. I am not suggesting that other people have not had problems, but my experience was absolutely fine, made slightly worse only due to reading this web-site. All the products were clean, packaged correctly and I am very happy with my experience.

Nothing has ever arrived. Cowboys and liars, broken promises, Do not buy from this crowd. Luckily I paid through Paypal and received a full refund but 4 weeks wasted.

11 days and counting. Still no sign of the sockets and switches ordered or any response from "Speedy" Electrical to the messages I have sent. No phone number - I wonder why? They have taken my money but customer service is non-existant. Not a company I will deal with in the future. Other items from other sites ordered at the same time were delivered the next day!

Goods just arrived 10 minutes after writing this review! However still not impressed by delivery time or lack of customer service.
