USA Outdoor Furniture

Ordered furniture in April 2021 and it is now October and no product. There has been no response to any of our e-mail inquires. We spent over $1000.00 and it seems this is a fraudulent company, noting several others in the same situation.

Ordered furniture 3 months ago. No word on expected delivery. Calls to customer service number do not go through and we are not receiving replies to e-mails.

Terrible costumer service, phones, emails ignored promises not kept

Very bad customer service. The customer service agents I talked to promised several times that a status on the order would be sent in an email or via a call. Many times they failed on this promise. I ended up calling them many times in order to get a status. The order was placed in April 2021 and now it is August and no concrete shipping info yet! I am very frustrated with this order. Will not use this website again.

The only problem I saw with the site is that the swatch colors are not representative of the actual colors. I ordered Spectrum denim but was hesitant because your sight showed it to be dark denim but in reality it is more grey blue.

I am more than satisfied with this purchase. It is unusually well made, strongly built, no shortcuts taken. It was VERY well packed and went together easily. My wife absolutely loves it. Usually I can complain about purchase price but while I consider this to be quite expensive the wonderful quality and great care taken in the finish and packing and the fact that I will never have to replace it make this hard to fault even on price.

Easy to use website, and the quick ship feature and information was what sold me on your company. 14 -16 weeks to wait for a piece of furniture is a "no deal" experience. You were the only site I found with a quick ship listing of inventory that would ship well.
