Well Ordered from them and they stated that it would ship the same day well it didn’t and it hasn’t shipped so 1 star if your going to say it’s going to ship the same day if you order it by 12:00pm then you should do it

I accidentally ordered a deluxe stretcher that proved too big, since Medium goes up to size 11- while Large begins there. Footfitter readily accepted my stretcher for exchange and I only had to pay shipping one way, very fast turnaround, good quality stretcher too.

I received my order days before I expected to receive it. The item was defective (manufacturer's error). I called customer service and at their request e-mailed a picture of the item. I received a new item today. Amazing! They even sent me a postage-paid mailing label to use. Formfitter is amazing.
