Been 8 days no tracking number and no product. I've also messaged several times and no response back.I would give a 0 if possible

I gave up and canceled my order after three weeks of them promising to ship it "shortly", even going as far as saying they had it in stock and it was reserved for me. Pick a different reseller if you can.

I must admit, I was so nervous to order from them after reading the past comments. However, they were older posts and one very new, in June. That is the one that I went on and I am soooo glad I did! The fastest service ever! I ordered it on Saturday, mailed it on Monday and I got it Tuesday! They also had a good price. So after searching and investigating many online companies for 3 weeks, I went with SavingLots.com and NO regrets!! Maybe a year or so ago there were glitches, but they must have worked them out. Thanks so much for getting my Danby dehumidifier to me so fast, Now I just hope it does its job ( which would not be the stores fault) Only time will tell!!!!

Gave me the run around for 3 weeks never had the product but repeatedly assured me it was coming. SavingsLots is a garbage company.

Online order for Pioneer receiver placed AM on 16 Feb (Presidents day)with regular shipping. PM visit to site showed "order shipped, tracking number to follow." Visa billed on 16th.
Next communication was an email providing the tracking number dated Friday 20 Feb. It arrived after I got the receiver! Good service - fast delivery of new product as ordered - don't know about communications. Will use again if price is right.

I triple checked the stock status only to get an email saying I would have to wait 5-10 days. when i emailed them about it and why it said in stock i got an email back saying supplier out of stock he has no idea when it will be back in stock and cancelled my order. I would avoid this website like the plague poor customer service and poor attitudes too customers. Never will i shop here again

Ordered the Cuisinart FP-14BK Elite Collection 14-Cup Food Processor as a gift and call few times to confirm the order, finally someone answer the call and told they have the item in stock. after a week waiting and email them again for the shipping info and someone reply with no name and title and tells I have to using Paypal to pay instead of credit card. then I try to reorder again, and they tell this item is all sold out. WT... customer service and selling company.

I ordered a set of car speakers yesterday and had them shipped UPS ground. By some fluke, they arrived the next day (today). They were brand new, as expected, and work great. Packing was excellent.

I did not get a shipping confirmation or any status updates other than "your order has been sent to savinglots". Though this may be because I used google checkout rather than their own checkout.

Overall a good experience. I would not hesitate to buy from these guys again.

I was skeptical ordering a super slim digital camera that no one else in the market had their hands on but these guys came through - shipping the website said would be 3 days but it came in 5 days, but I wasnt in a big hurry - had no problems with the transaction itself - I'd called their customer support and they were very helpful, and emailed them as well and recieved a prompt response. Good experience.

This site looks a complete scam to me.The price was surprisingly low so I ordered a sony cyber shot camera on Saturday morning and by Saturday evening my credit card was being used in NY(although I am in NC ). I got around 200$ spend but luckily I looked in time and got my credit card cancelled. Obviously I was never charged for sony cyber shot but purchases in NY.Do not fall in trap and greed.

Ordered product on 6/4/18.....this business charged my credit card same day even though product never shipped. I followed up after one week, then another week went by promising a tracking number for shipment. Product has never shipped after 10 business days passed. When I called the customer service number I learned the various departments were answered by the same person! His name is Mark... I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said there was none as he is the business owner. I cancelled my order immediately and am waiting on a refund... Terrible business..... this person should be reported for fraud!,,,

I don't know how good these guys are, but after two weeks my order is still nowhere to be found and their customer service doesn't answer my e-mails.It's not even something special, it's just a simple car remote starter.This online store is worse than eBay sellers.

Placed order on 13th, sent e-mail requesting eta and received answer on the 14th, received my Slik Tripod on the 17th.
Who could ask for more? I will shop again.

Take time over 2 weeks to ship from NY to CA. When I order stuff from India it only take one week. The product came in one piece, but due to the shipping I won't be ordering from them again unless I'm local. There are a few other reviews on other sites that state about shipping issue. I should of considered those reviews.

Savinglots.com did not deliver as promised. As instructed on the Savinglots.com website, prior to placing the order I phoned Savinglots.com to ensure the item was in stock and would be delivered before Christmas. I was assured by the Savinglots.com representative that this GF350 Turntable would be received before Christmas and based upon that assurance, I placed the online order. This GF350 was a present for my mother and the fact that this was not even shipped until 12/22/05 - 7 days after the order was placed on 12/15/05 - is unacceptable and contradictory to the verbal representations made by Savinglots.com. The package arrived on 12/27/05, 3 days after the assured delivery date. After repeated phone calls and emails, I finally was able to speak to someone who could "help" me. The only remedy Savinglots.com would provide was a refund of the $19.50 shipping. I ordered this same $300+ item for my father-in-law from Twister Group online and it arrived within days of placing the order. I wish I had used Twister for my mom's gift too.

Ordered refurbished tv; waited 12 days, no delivery, called Savinglots, they said the model I ordered was listed wrong, none were in stock. After 26 days, I had charges reversed. They didn't have the decency to call and tell me my order was on hold. Bottom line....horrible communication, epitome of customer no-service. Also, this was the only time I used my credit card with security code, and within two weeks my
card info was hijacked, goods charged, and I had to cancel it along with filing a fraud alert. Savinglots said their processing is secure, but I
can't prove it was them. Prices are good, but everything else stinks.

Ordered from them 2 years ago and had problem with the product.
I lost my receipt so I had to call to get it.
within one minute I had my receipt in my email from them
SUPER Customer service.

Ordered Danby dehumidifier on 29 July 2011 after the store closed at 4PM eastern. I did receive an automated order confirmation upon completing the order. I received a UPS tracking number on 1 August 2011 (before noon) and received the dehumidifier on Wednesday, 3 August 2011.

The dehumidifier came overpacked in a cardboard box with cushioning material surrounding the manufacturer's packaging. I did not request any special services, and am very pleased with the transaction.
