I renew 5 or 6 insurances with Heath Crawford every year because they rebroke the cover at each renewal and I can be sure that I am getting a good deal. Their service is prompt and excellent.

I was initially extremely impressed with my preliminary discussions regarding a Private Medical Insurance Plan & I felt confident that a decision to arrange a policy through them was in my best interests.

They were extremely knowledgeable, very helpful in guiding me through the minefield of this insurance sector & I was looking forward to a smooth transition from my original provider to that recommended by Heath Crawford.

Unfortunately there were unforeseen difficulties along the way where I was asked to get involved in providing information which I felt was not my responsibility & could / should have been handled by them.

It is too early in my relationship with them to know whether my judgement can be questioned but the latter dealings with them were very frustrating & annoyed me intensely.

I thought the service was first class. One of the few brokers I can trust. I love the personal service that I seem to be provided with even though they must have hundreds of clients. They continually strive to save me money on policies and have saved me thousands of pounds. I also really appreciate that on renewals they actually go out and do a market comparison. This is both for Corporate policies with my company Cameron Kennedy but also now my personal policies. I now realise I was being overcharged by my previous brokers. Very good firm and great team of people. Very professional and high quality and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Chris Sinclair was outstanding in helping me terminate one health insurance provider for a better and more reasonable arrangement with another. His professional and intelligent approach impressed me greatly.

Sam, who handled my case, identified a much better package with an alternative provider and, when relevant documentation did not arrive, he pursued the matter.

Having been recommended to Oliver and his team through a mutual colleague, I can't recommend him and his team highly enough. Their commitment to help me find the right insurance policy for my business was second to none! I will be in touch with Oliver in the future for him to help with my other insurance policies!

I was offered this policy by Heath Crawford FOC for the first year as they miscalculated the excess on my Private Medical Insurance & this would pay the difference in the event of me invoking the policy.

It was agreed they would pay the amount of the Premium into my account at the beginning of March & once received I would pay the provider Medex.

I received a bill from Heath Crawford by email for the Medex bill but no money.

I spoke with Mr. Leyens the MD of Heath Crawford who admitted that someone had forgotten to request my bank details so the payment could have been made & although these had been given previously they apparently are not retained.

Whilst he was extremely apologetic about my experience & admitted it should not have happened it is sadly another disappointing experience in my short time of dealing with Heath Crawford

I have been using Heath Crawford for a few years now and just don't think I could bear the stress of anywhere else again.
The staff are efficient and always save me money, time and stress, can't recommend enough!

Heath Crawford came up with a better premium for the same cover with the same company (Aviva) who quoted me approx £35 per month higher.

Definitely recommend this broker.

Excellent customer service and distinguished professionalism

I have been advised to contact this independent broker by my assistant while I was looking for professional indemnity cover. I was impressed with their personalised approach to the customer’s needs, which has been remarkable in their meticulous efforts to provide me with a helpful, clear and bespoke policy which suits my individual professional portfolio.

I had the chance to communicate with several members of the company administration and staff, and everybody proved to be very careful in looking after my interests. I should thank Sammy and Oliver namely. I believe that they deserve to be recommended highly for professionals who are looking for professional indemnity cover.
