I placed an order with this company on the basis of 2/3 days delivery. Over a week on I have e mailed 4 times with no response.
I have contacted the radiator supplier Kudox direct and they have had no order from Heating Bargains. I have now tried to cancel and I will face a fight no doubt to get my money back. AVOID this company

I ordered a radiator on 14th March and it’s still not arrived. I’ve emailed the sales team multiple times and they haven’t responded to me. I tried the webchat but they can’t locate my item. So far I’m out of pocket £160 with nothing to show for it. And there is no phone number to speak to anyone. If you value customer service, based on my experience you are better shopping elsewhere.

the order was for 2 towel rails one of which had a leak, I have sometimes experienced problem with faulty goods when purchased online, however replacement unit sent out next day. excellent!

i have purchased 4 radiators and was told will be delivered 2 days later, were now 8 days later and still shows as in Parcelforce Depo - i dont know why but there's no number to contact them and they don't seem to respond and reply to emails!!
but not to be able to speak to someone and no one replying to my email is a terrible service!!

Placed my [Order #7006956103] (November 6, 2019) Money taken straight away with an email saying your order is being processed and that’s it. No contact since even though It was in stock and 2-3 day delivery I’ve sent multiple emails so I’ve instructed them twice now to cancel my order as I’ve ordered it off amazon and received it already.
I now wait for cancellation confirmation and refund

after 1 week my 2-3 working day order has still not arrived and no notification of when it will be delivered
