The serviceman, Daniel arrived on time, assessed and fixed the problem promptly as he has amazing knowledge of his craft. He explained precisely the problem and how he fixed it. Daniel has a great personality and has the ability to put you at rest. We will certainly be using Efficient Plumbing in the future.

Daniel came and service our ducted heater. He was on time and really took the extra effort in getting the job done properly. Gave honest feedback on my heater as well as good suggestion for the future. Would recommend and have them service our system again.

Many thanks for fast installation service; everything went well, just a little problem with the old spaghetti wiring in the wall for the controller but Joel and Sam made short work of that. Please convey my thanks to Joel for collaborating on return air grill install and retaining the builtin wardrobe drawers and audio cabinet and Sam for the re-engineered old heater lid for the brick wall flashing.

I installed a split system in September 2018. When at the quoting stage they were very eager and responsive. After the job was completed they could not be contacted. They didn’t return phone calls or emails. The job was terrible. My floor was damaged and the overflow pipe had no ‘fall’ in it. Zero stars for this company.

Big thanks to Brenton, Kayne, and Nicholas for the great job they did. They were on time and efficient. The split system installed is working perfectly. Now just waiting for the hot Summer to test the cooling part of it!

We had an Evaporative Cooler installed in March 2019 by Brenton, Sam and Kayne they were on time as requested by us, did a great job in installing the unit, did an even better job in cleaning up after them selves, all in all a wonderful job done. They are very good with communication asking how everything is going, answering my questions. Great company, would highly recommend. Thanks Debbie.
