I wish I could edit the notes for the dress I stead of going back and reordering it. But this is my very first time ordering from you and I am more nervous about ordering this dress online then about editing the comments for the order :) Also clearer pictures that had at least front and back images that show how the dress hangs would be very beneficial to get a good feel as to what I am looking at.

Very special doing our wedding dress shopping online. She is pregnant and we will have the wedding as soon as the dress comes in - and I was comforted to read that we can return the dress within 5 days if it doesn't fit. We have a tailor lined up to help open up the back if needed.

overall not too hard to shop. I would've really liked if the person in the chat would answer more of my questions in one chat instead of having to start all over to ask my questions. If I am really interested in this dress and want to make sure that everything will go smoothly I would like more help

Great up until checkout! A few hick ups. Wouldn't accept fiancee's debit card (although I think that was his bank's issue). So he wired the $ to my bank account where I paid with my PayPal. Upon confirmation/submit order, maximized screen asking me to confirm my addresses wouldn't let me scroll all the way down to bottom of page where the submit button was. I guessed to minimize the page, and then it let me scroll down and submit.

They don't believe in refunds and returns. They clearly sent me the wrong color (dark green as I chose) I asked to return, they gave me the run around. They will not give you any money back. I paid $200 for a dress that's nowhere near worth the pricing. I'm pretty positive they're going out of business soon, due to fraudulently activity without allowing returns on items. Also, they lie. They don't do reviews at all and reposted with saying so in the photos below.

SCAM! Be VERY careful when purchasing from this website. The dress in your picture varies dramatically from what they send you from China. There was only one photo on the website when I ordered, which is the woman in the beautiful flowy dress. What I received was a low quality knock off and they won't refund you because even though there are 2 pics that are obviously very different. They claim they are the same. Do not fall for the false advertising and bait and switch.

I have been eyeing the mermaid wedding dress for a while but was very skeptical because of the price, but after trying on other dresses, I am going to buy this one and hope and pray it comes the way I asked for. I had a very easy order process--I hope they read the notes I put in! Please don't let me down--I want to look beautiful on my first ever wedding day!

I was surprised the shipping was almost as much as the dress. My adult women's bridesmaids dresses were custom made for only $10.00 shipping. Not sure why you are charging so much for shipping for a little girls dress?? I would love your feedback. Otherwise, Jason was excellent to work with.

You have beautiful dresses, it took me a very long time to decide on the perfect one for my daughter wedding. Your site i very easy to navigate. I am very excited and anticipating its arrival. The only draw back is a few dresses that caught my eye I couldn't see it in different colors or view the back of the dress.

People please be careful this company has ruled my Jamaican wedding.the dress does not fit well it's irritate my skin I reach out to them and all they keep getting his ignoring ignoring me. Jason customer support is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I sent an email to Jason the customer support a picture of the dress he said that nothing does not wrong with the dress I'm a customer you supposed to help me I sent him one next second email he ignore me and does not reply to me. all I'm asking for please send me an address where I can ship the dress to so that they get to the right address so that I can get my refund and reschedule my wedding. Once they get your money they send you crap in the mail and you have to stick with it. please be careful my wedding was canceled because of this company and I'm taking them to court for this.and I'm still trying to get me a dress but without a funds back in my account from this company I cannot get address as yet. It is causing me emotional distress and suicidal thought.

Hey yall, what ever you do, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE...I ordered 2 dresses 2 sizes bigger for my girls and they came in too small. They are refusing to accept the dresses back so I can get a refund. Their return policy is fraud. Be ware folks. I do plan on taking them to small claims court. Please share.....

ordered a dress for my daughter's valentines dance that was feb 17 2018 on jan 11 2018 told the dress would b here on jan 31 2018 . the dress did not show up contacted them via email because they have no phone number to reach them was told dress was still being tailored was told that so many times and the dress would b sent out asap. got a email this weekend that the dress was sent out express mail but the dress is still not here now we have to run out and try to buy a dress off the rack and hopes it works. will b trying to contact them about getting a refund . but some how have a feeling i wont b getting to far. please please do not order from this company you will never get satisfaction. pamela center

I don't even want to give this company 1 star they are horrible, My daughter and her friend both order a dress from here. My daughters dress was 10 sizes to big and we paid for custom size, the color was not "burgundy". The others girls dress was even worse nothing like the picture and completely see through. I have been sending emails back and forth with this company for months trying to get my money back.

as of right now it is one star. My daughter and myself have been working on getting a return done for two weeks. We have sent them photos to show that the color of the dress is absolutely incorrect versus the one that they show on their website. Their return policy states if the color is incorrect you can get a full refund yet they will not help at all. Emails say sorry cannot help you hope you understand but how am I supposed understand when we don’t get the product We ordered. Good luck getting the product you actually order. Proceed at your own risk of wasting your money
