We have been a customer of Helcim for around 3 years now and original processed all transactions through PayPal. We started out with an in-store terminal and have not had any issues at all. The pricing is very transparent and pretty much better then anything else I could get from another company. I even had a good friend at a competitor try to pull me over to their company and they could barely match the rates I was getting. We ended up moving our e-commerce business to them as well and that was smooth and painless for the most part and the fees are drastically less then the $3000+ we were paying with PayPal. I would highly recommend them as a payment processor. The industry is filled with crooked sales people and it is hard to trust any company but I have not had any issues with billing from this company and would not hesitate to recommend them to another business.

Great Canadian Payment Processor who is committed to finding solutions for their customers. I’d recommend them to any of the local businesses I partner with who need payment processing.

I don't know if this is standard for all businesses, but they charged my in-home personal training business about $125/month just for having the service without even using it. Then, when I tried to cancel my service with them, it took almost 2 months for them to finally close it. They charged me for those 2 months I was trying to cancel my membership, and would not reimburse me the $250.

Would not recommend a business that is so disorganized and charges for a service you don't want.

Going on 5 years with Helcim. They had the best rates when we started using them. We have occasionally been offered slightly better rates by competitors. None of these competitors were completely transparent though and on further investigation we've found most were likely to charge more or the same as Helcim. Service and support has always been great.

My company, All About Taxes, Inc. has been doing business with Helcim for over 8 years. Besides the great customer service they have exhibited for all these years, my rates are so low that ALL companies that ask me to compare their services with Helcim, tell me to stay with Helcim because the rates can not be matched or beaten!

We searched online and found that this business has an active Facebook page with 440 followers. From our experience this can indicate that the business is either not actively engaged with online communication or is new and growing. We have discovered that this business has SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that this business handles your data, such as personal information or credit card details, with secure connection. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
