On 09/15/2021 was schedule the ring doorbell installation through Target. The technician show up almost 1 hour late. After 1 bell ring he call me to let me know he is leaving, my wife was home front of the garage but he do not take any effort to look around.
He install very badly the unit the wire was taped cover with black tape front of the door, shortly the ring start ringing nonstop with no reason smoking overheating, I call the office and the customer service rep was very rude and not help at all online scheduled for next day 09/16/2021 the service to come out and fixed 11:00 am I get the e-mail " the technician who scheduled not available any more" re scheduled without discuss with me t 09/19/2021 9:00AM I ask who will responsible when my house burn down because the wrongful installation? the answer : you can claim the damages from your home insurance

Initiating help from a warm, human tech took time. There was an insistence to try to have me, an 86 year old woman with asthmatic health issues to follow phone instruction for installing the device myself. Watching the tech work, having to lift & tote the mattress to do it convinced me a tech was was certainly required in this instance.

I have now used HelloTech for several installation services needed for my home. After several great experiences and one bad experience (my one less-than-stellar experience was quickly remedied and refunded, which is why I'm still awarding the company 5 stars) I can now say that I will be calling HelloTech for all my future technological needs! In fact, I have had such delightful experiences with them in the past that I purchased a SmartHome+ membership! If I were to recommend a specific service, I would say their T.V. mounting and dismounting services are wonderful, and when I recently purchased a SimpliSafe security system, HelloTech made sure the outdoor security camera was set up correctly. Love this company!!!

I had Hellotech come to my house to work on my computer-- they came,stayed 3 hours said it was fixed and left. Next day I try to use my computer and it is doing the same thing they were to have fixed, I called Hellotech told them my problem, they put a guy online to fix. I told them not to charge me when they did not fix the first time. Three times they charged me, 2 online and 1 in home visit. The third time seems to be working. So they have charged me $300.00 to repair what should have been done on the first visit. I will be contesting 2 of the 3 changes.

Dealing with David was the best experience I have had in years . He listened to our problems ,asked questions and came up with solutions that would work for us. He also made sure we knew how to access our new equipment and also that it worked. I can't thank David or Hello Tech enough. I'm ready to go forward into the IT future.

Jereme was such a professional. He was prompt and solved the problem right away and we had already paid a tech from Home Advisor who didn't solve it. He also took time to explain some things that these old folks didn't understand. Excellent, prompt and professional service. Could not have been better!

This the 2nd time I have used Hello Tech. Both times I have been extremely satisfied. Josh was on time and did an amazing job. He made sure we were satisfied with his work and that everything was working before he left. Outstanding customer service.

My experience with Michael D the Hello Tech rep was great. My continued experience with the vendor whose faulty product precipitated needing a Hello Tech warranty repair continues to be problematic. I would have appreciated the initial contact from hello tech to have I identified their relationship with the warrantied product company. I didn't expect to hear from 'hello tech' so initially that confused me. But otherwise Hello Tech was great.

Ken (our tech) was fantastic! He was right on time, made a difficult install work perfectly, and was just a really great guy. A+ for Ken! Call center was a disaster, they were not helpful at all, but Ken saved the day for HelloTech.

The customer service associate and the technician who came to my home or both professional and courteous at all times. The technician was great with explaining how is work the electronics that I have. This is my first experience with this group however, based on this experience I would gladly recommend this company to others.

I have to commend Hello Tech for the outstanding service I received from the initial contact with the female scheduler to the frequent communication about my appointment and location of my assigned technician. This was my first experience with Hello Tech. I needed assistance with establishing a Streaming system at my home. Technician Roger B. arrived at my home on time with a neat appearance. He was very mannerly and had on a mask and gloves to comply with Coronavirus guidelines. I explained my issue to him as he listened attentively. He began his service and within a matter of minutes he had Streaming programs on my TV. KUDOS!!!

The guy was suppose to come at 2pm. He showed up at 2:45. He did call and tell me was going to be late after I called HelloTech to see where he was..............He finally gets to my place and has no identification. So I ask if he knew about installing a roku box. He says NO.........So he found out where to plug it in. But I'm mostly doing all the other parts of it. He could not figure out the book that came with it! No I'm being charged $88.00. They should be paying me for doing the job! Stay with Geeksquad. They are so much worth the money.

With all of my coronavirus work having to be completed online and by computer, when my computer froze last night just before 8pm, I was in a panic. I called HelloTech, my go-to technical support people and explained my problem. They sent a technician, Isaac, to my house before 11am the next day. In less than an hour he repaired the problem and made sure my computer was in excellent working order. I know that when I call, they will fix the problem quickly, efficiently, economically, and totally.

This is a general comment - many tech folk are brilliant at tech, but not so much at customer service. June was both. I use tech services because I don't understand tech, June made it simple and explained everything.
