Needed insurance for my Porsche 964 in the middle of lockdown, most other insurers were not open, or took up to three days to return my call. Hertitage got back to me within an hour and got me a great price, less than half what other insurers had quoted. And such a nice guy, quick, simple, felt like I was dealing with an adult who understdood classic car ownership. Highly recommended.

Only awarded 4 stars due to agreed valuation not applied to policy last year and it took several phone calls to sort out . However this was sorted out and I am happy with the outcome . Have been a client for many years and will use again.

I spoke to Jamie who sorted me a policy to cover my multiple classics. Absolutely excellent service. Helped me to get something I didn’t think would be possible and explained everything in layman’s terms rather than robotic order taking compliance nonsense.

2 documents came with wrong details on.1 with the wrong registration number on and the second with the wrong vehicle on. { Details should have been checked before sending ].On reporting the discrepancies it then took 10 days and 3 phone calls before new documents with correct details were sent. I have insured with this company for many years and this was the worst transaction i have had with them

At an individual level, my dealings with Heritage staff are usually pleasant, helpful and courteous, but as I informed the person I dealt with most recently, I am far from happy with Heritage as a broker. Apart from standard mail shots, I only ever hear from you at renewal time, and then it is invariably with a demand for an increased premium when no claims have been registered. I have to take the initiative over possible adjustments to the policy (values, mileage limits etc) in an effort to ensure value for money, and I give you advance notice that in the absence of a more customer-facing approach, I will certainly be shopping around next year. For example, Admiral have already offered a concession due to the windfall to insurers as a result of the travelling restrictions due to the current lockdown. What is Heritage offering?

I have been with Heritage for many years and find them very good at helping us insure our group of vehicles. Whilst it still relatively easy to work with them, it used to be much better when you had a single point of contact to deal with instead of the call centre system that is now in use.
