I bought an item on 2 April 2020 and never heard anything from them again. I have sent three emails and I have not had one
response. It is a scam!

I ordered from this website on 10/6 and as of 11/16 still haven’t received my order. They refuse to refund or even help communicate with the post office to find my item. DO NOT order from this site, they don’t care about their customers and should not be in business.

Product took over 3 weeks to arrive (from China, not California).
Followed sizing guidelines, product was way too big.
Attempted to contact for exchange, all my emails were ignored.

I've tried to return some items that were too small I don't even need my money back I just want a larger size and noticed that the address doesn't exist I've went to UPS fedex and the Post Office I also noticed that they do not answer the emails although I've only tried 5xs and finally the foam number that they have list it no one ever answers that he goes straight to busy you should be ashamed of yourself hiipps go out of business you absolutely ****

I have sent multiple emails I have gotten multiple fishy emails from the lady who her name is Doris she first told me that my item was sold out and that they could refund me my money or they could give me 10% off the website then she emailed me saying that they had shipped my item and the item cannot be returned any more I have not received my item and they will not return my emails or send me a contact information so I can contact a manager and a supervisor or somebody that I can speak to to get my money back I will be reporting this I will be suing this company. Do not order from this company they are not from California they are from China. A 7-10 day delivery takes 6-8weeks. They do not disclose this information. When you attempt to get a refund they have poor English skills and refuse to refund claiming they can't stop the shipment. I ordered a corset on Oct 13th and still haven't received it. Filing fraud claims with the BBB and my credit card company. Buyer beware!

Phone: 650-460-7026 . I also paid extra fast shipping with DHL but guess what they shipped it with EPacket it took 1 month for me to receive the item. I tried contacting them and asked for a refund for shipping they never answered. This website is a fake do not buy anything from this website.
