covers most of my business needs and also their 0% interest on direct debit spread over 12 months is an excellent idea. It's worthwhile if you can get the £80 cashback on quidco.

Quick easy and most importantly simple, process sourcing insurance online :-) Only issue is that they said my documents would be emailed - have had nothing through as yet and that was 2 weeks ago - so need to chase this.

I wanted to purchase professional indemnity insurance for less than a year. Hiscox made it as difficult as possible, and concealed a £30 penalty, failing to give any information as to when this applies

I have recommended Hiscox in the past and would do so again. The explanations of cover are clear and easy to follow, the online buying process was quick and easy. What I would expect from a 21st century web service.

Excellent service and website but would have preferred lower multiples in choosing cover e.g. £2m, £3m, £4million etc.

I am rating three stars as so far I have only had to buy the insurance which in itself was a very straightforward situation. I hope I never have to use your services. If I did , I would have to rate the service I then received.

When you buy your first Hiscox Insurance it is like your first time experience at the Tailor Suite!
Don’t listen to much the follow your projects and don’t think about Insurance Hiscox protect you.

Based on my current and past experience with Hiscox, its an excellent service. Other services including SimplyBuiness charge even for changing address whereas Hiscox does not charge for such alternations.

I bought a business insurance with Hixcox a few months ago.The website was very easy to use, making the whole process simple. I enjoy exellent cover at a price that's affordable also for small businesses like mine. Highly recommended.

I needed PI insurance quickly for a new company formation and was frustrated at brokers who couldn't provide a simple quote without giving a hard sell over the phone first.

Hiscox sorted my policy quickly online without any drama. Very happy indeed.

Well, this is my first time buying business insurance from Hiscox. It has only less than a month since I made the payment in Jan. 2019, however, I found it’s extremely difficult to get a simple problem solved from Hiscox.
My first email was never being replied from both ******************** and ********************
And after I called up the service line, my query was solved on the phone, but I have never received the updated email so far.
A bit disappointed really.

so far so good

it was very easy to fill in the forms and apply
also quite flexible in terms of changing details

support reaction time is few hours what is surprisingly quick

I thought their buying process with online screens was excellent and their customer service rep was very good too, he knew his stuff. The only point I want to note is that the true test of an insurer really comes at claim stage so whilst the underwriting/sales process was slick I can’t comment on their service at claims stage.

It was all very easy, although the first time I logged in I ended up filling in and printing out an online proposal form, which wasn't necessary when I tried the second time.
