This is a very much needed product especially for reenactors folks looking for the "authentic" look.I'm with the Wyatt Earp look now This is a business that has tremendous potential! Hats for the American revolution Civil War the old west middle ages Napoleonic Military Cos play 1930s Gangster hats You got a gold mine !

Historical Emporium goes above and beyond to help out with all my needs . I had to return a coat and on the phone they found the next size up and had it waiting on me to return the one that was too small and i had the correct size in a few days. AWESOME job

Due to the COVID situation and slow postal service my order took a little longer than it should have. The exceptional service of HE is when I called with my concern I spoke with a real person, that person tracked down my order and called me back with its location and called again to give me an update and then again to confirm that I had received it. This level of customer service is rare these days.

I was looking for a left handed holster for my husband for father's day. They had exactly what I wanted. However, I ordered the wrong size. Returning was easy and we received the correct size very quickly. My husband LOVES his holster!

I am exceptionally pleased with the customer service at the Historical Emporium. The day after I placed my initial order, I found one more item I needed straightaway. Everything arrived together, safely, in record time. We love the merchandise that we've received. I will be ordering again soon; my husband and I both have birthdays in August.

Very satisfied with my purchase. I'm skeptical when purchasing products online. I'm one that likes to see something tangible that I can touch and check for craftsmanship. The cane I bought from Historical Emporium was every bit of what they explained it would be and more. I was extremely satisfied with my purchase and the customer service I received. The shipment was at my door faster than purchases I've made from other online vendors before. Overall I'm very impressed with my Historical Emporium experience.

Found this website on a whim looking for historical clothing for a future trip to Virginia City. I ordered the wrong size and even though we are still in covid-19, staff called me the next business day and was super professional. They helped me figure out the correct size I needed over the phone. I am very pleased with the shirt I purchased and as soon as I lose some weight, I plan to buy more clothing from here. Historical Emporium provides the style and quality I have always looked for. This clothing does not get old, it becomes treasured vintage apparel. I have yet to wear out a pair of Classic trousers and I wear them every day for their fit and durability. They also look good.

I loved the blouse I purchased! It was not too big in the shoulders (a worry since I'm 5-4"). The fabric is top quality, the cut perfect for warm weather (slightly below elbow length sleeves don't show my chubby arms) and the collar stands up a bit and doesn't button (nice when it's hot)! More fabrics and I'll buy more. Could use a 3X though!

These 19th century trousers fit well and look great! But the standard 36" inseam is about 8" too long for me. But, other than that, they'll fit my reenacting alter-ego just fine. The vest, shirt, tie and all fit quite good when I get the measurements right. Your 19th century preproduction cloths and all look and feel great! And your customer service has been spot on! So y'all keep on goin' like you are!

The reason I gave a awesome review is I bought a safari jacket for my son's Birthday and it's a perfect replica of Hannibal Smith's jacket from the a-team, not only is the price super affordable the quality and the time it took to get hear is amazing, I'll definitely be buying one for myself, and over time I'll be buying western clothes as well, thank you all for your excellent service,

I don't usually give 4 stars. I keep one back for improvements. However, the service and most of all the quality of the garment was excellent. I am a pro Santa Claus and only buy custom suits. I bought the Newsboy Cap as a Xmas present for a friend who likes historic hats. It fits perfectly and he loves it. You can tell that it is very well made and durable. Plus it is made in the U.S.A. You have truly recreated a classic cap from the 1920's and 1930's which is historicaly accurate in every way. And it was shipped and received very quickly and on time. I will not hesitate to order products from you in the future.

Very happy with the quality of the shirts. While not cheap, they are made with a nice heavy cotton and are well stitched. I was also impressed with the tooling and leather work in the holster I ordered, and thanks to your instructions for measuring it fits well. I am looking forward to doing business with you again....

Men's Tourist style walking cane really is classy. But, it's 36", not 37". However, I chose to make a simple modification rather than accept the offer to return for a full refund. I really like the cane. Outstanding customer service is also reminiscent of a more genteel past. A refreshing experience.

First time buyer, usually hesitant with web orders. The sizing chart, price, ease of use of the site and reviews allowed me to give it a try. When the product did arrive it was in very good condition. I did make an inquiry for historical clarification of certain hats and received an almost instant response.
