I like all the different drills but sometimes it’s hard to get from one screen to the other, like it’s a lot of extra steps when you want to watch how a workout is done. Also some things like pull ups or chin ups do not have an alternative workout which is hard at home where there is no bar. I do really love the workouts, and how many resources are at your disposal when you get a workout plan.

It would be an amazing program if you already had all the necessary training equipment. If you don't have the necessary training equipment it's very difficult to complete and takes a lot of time to look for workout drills.

It is too earlier to give 5-stars, but the variety is great. My son was getting bored with his routine even though things changed every couple of weeks.

This program is well thought out, Dan has done a amazing job connecting all the dots, takes all the guesswork out of how to train a young Hockey player for the upcoming season, I cannot believe how detailed the program is and what it offers. It has taking a huge weight off my shoulders all I have to do now is follow the program and trust the process.

Excellent programs across the board. Enthusiastic videos and structure to allow any individual to improve overall health and conditioning. For athletes such as hockey players it’s a must! I wish I had found this site and instructional videos a long time ago! Thank you Dan & Kevin!

Very well put together product. I like that you're targeting the youth with fun easy to follow workouts. My only suggestion would be to consider providing alternate exercises that target the same muscle groups. My son is still developing his strength and some of the exercises are beyond his ability right now. Keep up the good work.

After racing mountain bikes for 10+ years I decided to get back into hockey. I spent all my youth and twenties playing hockey and felt like with what I learned about training from high level bike racing I could spin that into a comeback of sorts. Well covid kind of put a damper on that but gave me a great opportunity to get better instead of just playing to train. Win/win i guess. That’s where you guys come in. I’m very impressed with the quality of the workouts and even though I thought I was “in shape” I’m truly smoked after some of them. Obviously I have a ways to go for hockey conditioning but I’m excited for the challenge and am convinced the hockey training program is top notch. Not only for hockey but I’d recommend it to high level mtb racers as well. That says a lot. Thank you guys. -M

Theese guys absolutely know what their doing. I dont think there is a better hockey training program then hockeytraining.com. there nutrition advice is crazy good and if your on their workout programs they will tire you out but in a way you can go and crush the next workout tomorrow. The off season domination program was the best buy i have ever made.
