I recieved an Elton John photograph with a FAKE AUTOGRAPH! (I know how he signs his auto graphs & it was even pictured differently in the ad). THEY PROMISED TO reimburse me 100%, that was a week ago!

Buyer beware. Do not purchase from this company. I was sold a fake Ritchie Valens autograph. I was the wrong item from the get go. Then the photo sent with the auto was so pixelated and the cert was absolutely bogus. I contacted them for a refund and here is their response. I used Beckett to authenticate my purchase.

The internet is filled with misinformation about businesses much of the time is. listed there by other competitors who sell items trying to damage the reputation of other competing businesses .. our return policy is clearly stated as well... It is not reasonable for a customer to make a purchase and then decided at a much later date after the return policy that they want their money refunded for the purchase because of an opinion from another party.. sorry that you feel that way...regards
