ordered a watch for a Christmas present paid for expedited shipping. The item never shipped. Tried to call champions on display they never answered their phone went to voice mail all day. Left message they never returned my call. Emailed them through their website they did answer me through email. They told me they contacted the manufacturer and it would be a few days before they would have an answer for me. Well beings It was a Christmas present and it was already late that was not a good enough answer. Still can get a hold of them, they will not call me back. Poor customer service.

Yes, they did arrive on February 23, 2012. Upon receiving my earrings, I was quite amazed how in VERY FINE print on the back of the earrings, it said "MADE IN CHINA." Yet, on January 25, 2012, Champions On Display Customer Support emailed me stating this: "This is a reminder that your order included item(s) (see below) that are custom made in the U.S. and require additional production time. The estimated delivery time of these items is four (4) weeks from the date of purchase." Uhm, I don't know if you think I couldn't read this very fine print, but I feel as if I was lied to about the whole custom made in the U.S. type thing.

Other than that, I love my earrings and thank you from ordering them from China... I am still confused on the "custom made in the U.S." part. What was custom made in the U.S.?

The supervisor, Darrin, yelled at me during out phone converstation today. He would not let me ask questions and kept interrupting me.
I first called the company to question why part of my product was shipped and not the other portion of the product on 5/10/13 at 4:26pm CST. I was then told that 2 items would not be available to ship for 2 to 3 weeks. I told the rep that I wanted more details and would call until I got them. She told me I was ridiculous. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and got Darrin. During that call he was polite and explained in depth what happened to my products. I was told he expected the items to arrive sometime during the week of May 20th and that he would call me. I then called on May 21, 2013 at 3:16pm CST. I was told Darrin was on the phone and that he would call back in a few minutes. He didn't. I called numerous times during the 9am CST hour on 5/23/13 and didn't get anyone. I then sent a complaint email and facebook post. Darrin called me back and yelled at me. He kept yelling at me, to the point that I was reduced to tears. Every time I would try to get a word in, Darrin would just interrupt me and continue with his rant. He never once looked into my order or anything. Darrin was more concerned about bashing me then taking care of my complaint. I just wanted to know information about my order.

I received the order a few days after it was shipped but was a little disappointed that it took a month to get it.. It arrived in time for Christmas but for future reference it may be good to know that it takes over 3 weeks to fill the order.

I have not get received my 11/18/11 order , which is quite frustrating. Particularly since one of the items was to be sent to my son overseas,
serving in the US Air Force. Needless to say, that will be late.

I did receive an email on Friday that the order has been set. As of Monday PM, it is still in Norman, Ok. I am anxious to receive it so that I can send it on. The products appeared to be quality from on line information.

After ordering the stickers and expecting a 4-6 week delivery... I was pleasantly surprised with a 2 week delivery! The stickers were just as described and work great!

I still have not recieved my pennant,if they ever want my business again they need to send me an extra Washington Capitals item along with what I have ordered and payed for.

I ordered an NFL team Santa hat with expedited (2-day) shipping. The package arrived on time, but it had the WRONG TEAM! I called them, and they agreed to send the right one out expedited shipping. It is 8 days later and I still have no hat, no tracking number, and no further communication.

I purchased a Portland Timbers lanyard with credential holder. Very high quality, and exactly the item I wanted.

I paid for two day shipping but when I called the to check on the order the person I spoke with kept telling me I could expect the order in 5-7 business day
