I will never use this company again! I placed an order on 1st December and the original delivery date was 16th December, this then changed to the 21st December and now it is just saying scheduling in process! THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH, WE HAVE RUN OUT OF OIL AND IT IS 2 DAYS UNTIL CHRISTMAS !!!! I tried ringing and all I get is a recorded message, I have used the online form and have not had a reply. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! Vulnerable household with an 85 year old and I have major health issues!! My order number is H17K0165551

Awful, do not use.

I placed an order on 21st October, money taken from bank immediately.
Latest delivery date was 10th November, numerous phone calls later was then advised latest would be 18th November for delivery. Now the 17th trying to call for an update and confirmation for delivery tomorrow. Now been on phone for 30 minutes and after being in a holding queue phone started to ring and now no one is answering. I advised them we will run out and husband has heart failure so now had to turn off heating so we can try to keep hot water only. Will never use again. Asked who I can escalate to and “Mark” told me there was no one just him.

3rd Nov 2021. West Sussex area. Well, what a shower. Ordered in September, 6 weeks later and 4 promised delivery dates later still no show. I think this company must be going broke and now I have to start the process of recovering the funds from the advance payment made. Use this lot at your own risk.

Missed delivery by more than 1 week (still not delivered yet), with no explanation, no communications, etc. Cannot get hold of anyone (no response to online chat, email, phone) to tell me what's going on with my order. I have been scammed a few hundred pounds by this company. Avoid!!!

Pretty poor service. Delivery 5 days late and a Head of Customer Service who freely admitted they would do nothing about it.
Better options - would not recommend at all.

Ordered on the 21st May received text on the 27th saying they are delivering on the 28th between 8am and 12pm waited in all day as i asked for date as I needed to unlock gate for entry. No delivery. I emailed customer support today 29th at 9am its now 4pm and no delivery or contact
It might be cheap oil (although not by much) will be sticking to my regular supplier for a good service.

Meyer was not set to zero and finished at 915 Lt drive said it was what was in the pipe. Will not use again roughly 100lts short. But as I was a police officer about to retire I couldn’t be bothered with the argument for £30 of fuel. I will not use again.

Fuel was in the end delivered two days past the HomeFuels Drect's deadline of "within 5 days". On the sixth day when the delivery was meant to have been made, after having spoken to the depot in the morning and having waited in all day, there was a message left on our answerphone near the end of the day from the depot stating that the driver would be on the road to us tomorrow! HomeFuels apologised, but the experience has still left us with a bitter taste.

Two things, the first both side gates were left wide open and it turns out that I have paid £23 more than elsewhere for 500litres - not happy about that at all - will now not go through a third person to buy oil but buy directly from supplier whoever gives me the best deal at the time.

Received oil fine on 07 Nov 2018 (ordered 02 Nov). We left a note on gate for the driver to say the gate was open. I just got out of the shower after just getting back from being out. While he was filling our tank, I witnessed the driver (reg number: DA61 NTM) spit in our garden as I looked through the blinds. Not bad I suppose - at least we got the oil. I just wonder if the driver would like it if I spat in his garden?

It looks like the tanker driver parked with two wheels on the grass verge and the weight of the vehicle has caused the BT manhole cover to sink quite badly and it is now a hazard.

I also received an email advising me to expect a container of fuel additive as a new customer welcome. This did not arrive !!!

I do not live at the property and asked for a call one hour before to open locked gate. Driver called from gate at 7:20am. Managed to organise access but do need notice in future. Everything elso OK.

Got phone calls to my landline from automated text service at 1 am, 5 am and 6.55 am on the day after my delivery, informing me that my fuel delivery was on its way. Really annoying and nobody took responsibility.

On the plus side delivery arrived on correct day with friendly delivery driver.
