Winter, my boiler dont work, havent been using hot water for 3 months, my hoover is dyson which is battery charged, and energy saving, so ive barely used energy! To only be told that im high usuage. And have to pay £235 per month, i feel like my agency and homeshift teamed up when i first moved here to scam tenants, who jus moved in new property, to make money and they also make the time, on the meter reading tick quicker to make it look like u have used this amount of ballshit! Fuming and im not paying £853 they charging me for 3 months pack of lies !

Further to my email earlier today , below:
1. I called the debt collection agency CRS that has been harassing me since January 2020 with daily calls, messages and emails threatening legal action today and spoke to an operative whom I told to never contact me again as I have no relationship with them. I also informed them that I am being harassed by them due to their client Homeshift Energy attempting to extort money from me without due cause, as I have no bill or statement that informs me of how much my energy usage balance is at the date of the closing of the bill on 4th November 2019.
2. I was then put through to the Homeshift call centre in Phillipines where I spoke with Rhezy who is the sole employee of Homeshift in the Callcentre who is the same person that has been ignoring my requests for a bill for nearly 6 months.
3. I understand there may be a balance to pay to Homeshift but I DO NOT KNOW what that balance is as I do not have a final bill that says CLOSING or FINAL bill from Homeshift, and I have no bank details so I do not know how much or where to pay it.
4. The distress this is causing me and the harassment has had an adverse effect on my health, and I wish to raise this with the deceitful and anonymous company called Homeshift.
5. I also raised a complaint many months ago and have not heard from them except when I try and chase up a FINAL BILL by emailing the incompetent Rhezy or as I have done today by calling CRS.
6. I REQUEST YOU SEND ME A DEADLOCK LETTER.
7. I raised a COMPLAINT AGAIN TODAY 13th May 2020.

For nearly 6 months I have been asking for a copy of my final closing bill to my correspondence address below of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
You have not done so, and by reading the the message of Feb 18th below you can see what is required. Your incompetent operative Rhezy has been unable to organise this after many many hundreds of requests.
Instead she has instructed legal proceedings against me through a debt collection firm called CRS who are harassing me each day with multiple emails, text messages and phone calls.
RESOLVE this matter immediately and send me a final bill so I can pay for my closed account or I will raise a complaint with the energy ombudsman.
The request of Feb 18th is copied here again:

Why are you sending me threatening letters from a debt collection agency when you have not even sent me a final closing bill for my account based on the correct reading.

Absolute scam, say they will give you a £10 Amazon Giftcard if you leave them a 5 star review so look carefully.
No way to actually speak to a person, everything has to be done on their 'live-chat' which is a farce use of the word live as it takes hours to get a response and its therefore email.
I wrote another review on here a few months ago (also 1 star) about how long it took them to get our internet set up, and can only say its been a nightmare since too.
Every month our energy bills seemed to increase, until we were paying £140 a month for a new build flat we were only in from 9pm onwards.
Then when addressing the fact that they had overcharrged us since December, it takes 10-14 business days to get any money back.
I informed their live chat assistant Anna, and Lai (just to be sure I did it twice) that I was moving out, and have many confirmations of leaving homeshift, however check my inbox today and apparently 'I' have created a direct debit with them starting at the end of June. For a flat I no longer live in. And have not been able to speak to anyone since receiving said email.
Considering they advertise as being easy, they are just a headache and I advise avoiding at all costs, especially if your agent or landlord advises you to use them. They have a fantastic commission scheme for agents.

They lured me in with a promise of £29 per month on a fixed monthly rate, then after 12 months immediately upped it to £92.
I disputed this, as its a small modern one-bedroom electric-only maisonette with solar panels, and they lowered it to £70pm, which I was still not happy with, So I said I was going to switch.... AND THEN I GOT A BILL FOR £279 FOR THE FINAL MONTH!!!!
They took forever to reply to any emails and the customer service is horrendous and just leads you around in circles. I repeatedly asked them to send someone round to check that everything was OK as I have solar panels and don't use much electric and they just ignore the question...
All the good reviews are worded in the same language and are obviously bots and fake reviews.
These guys are absolute scam artists and you would do best to stay well away from them.
