Absolutely the best in hosting. I can call day or night and issues are resolved. I don't even know how they can be this good to their clients and offer competitive pricing. I'm very happy to choose this provider over the alligators.

Over the course of several days I have been quite needy with various tech support requests. Every one of my requests was met with a quick response, professionalism and success. Their support had my issue fixed and accepted an additional request quickly.

The technical support has improved so quickly which is great feeling because I don't have to spend half my time waiting when I have a problem. And even better, it seems like their support staff have done their homework and can help any customer with any sitatution that comes up. Keep it up.

Their customer service is really helpful, they solved all my problems - even the ones I created on the way! They are polite, friendly and most of all very PATIENT! They got back to me always in a few minutes, already suggesting a solution for the problem! I can only recommend them!
