ive been using the program for about 8 months now. its such an excellent program!..its kept my real estate developing company's records , budgets, projects etc., all in line!...The software program is the best on the market bar none..ive tried others, and none can hold a candle...furthermore, i recently had a hiccup in the program. I emailed support on a Saturday night ( figuring id hear something monday at best) and Dave replied Saturday night !!!!..he had the issue fixed SUNDAY!!...i was astounded....can anyone tell me another company that wouldve done that ????....do i have to keep writing? i think you can see how i feel about this program....

I've been using it for a few weeks now and find it extremely helpful and efficient for doing a detailed analysis of my rehab projects. The support has been very responsive and helpful when I had questions.

We flip about 4 houses a month. We were going to build a spreadsheet for house flipping, then I looked for apps. The apps didn't have very much useful information that we needed and I came across this spreadsheet.

We bought the full enterprise bundle and found that the Google sheets using Google Drive works best for us. Any of us can update a house in real time and it all stays on Google drive where any of us can see the changes.
I have used it on my laptop, iPhone and iPad in the field.

I emailed a few questions and Dave answered them within a day.

It is changeable to adapt for each project, since it is a spreadsheet. There is a lot to learn and manipulate in the spreadsheet and it has really been a great tool. I didn't expect it to do half of what it is capable of.

We did use the reports from all our estimates and submitted them to a lender and they were impressed and we got the loan.

The information it provides and time savings, once you take the time to learn it is is invaluable.

I am just now looking into Fix and Flips in the Denver area and I haven't purchased any investment properties at the time of this writing. I am NOT an expert... just a normal guy doing his homework. I was referred to the "House Flipping Spreadsheet" by "Bigger Pockets" after reading a couple of their books and reading their blog. I started out using the "trial version" of the spreadsheet and after learning more about Fix and Flips and finding the "money" to finance deals it immediately became clear why I needed to buy the pro version. The trail version made me feel confident that this spreadsheet was worth the money I paid for it. Which, I feel the cost of the spreadsheet is vastly outweighed by the value of the spreadsheet. It is a very important tool for properly analyzing deals and it also outputs information about the deals in a perfect format for lenders to evaluate. If you are on the fence about purchasing the Pro version then I would seriously recommend that you at least try the trial version. I' am completely satisfied with the Pro spreadsheet. I've learned a lot just by playing with the numbers and running real market numbers through it. It's a real eye opener for me. Again, I haven't purchased any properties at the time of this writing but when I do, I know I will be much more confident in making offers.
