First time ordering no problems at all goods arrived as specified

I submitted an order at the their website and i didn’t receive my shipment yet although i already paid the whole amount!! When i contacted them to check what happened they told me i should wait another month since the package wasnt tracked or somethin like this!! Im sending them now another CS request and i know for sure they will not reply... not to mention the shipping cost (In email wrote its free world wide) and in the website youll fine its far away from free. Plus, it rose In the middle east In a night!!! Very Bad experience Overall.

I have been struggling to get through via email and had received 3 automated response to my query about an order that never arrived, it was very frustrating and I nearly gave up resolving the matter but today I tried customer services and chatted to Ellie who was so helpful and efficient and dealt with my issue immediately. Totally awful experience! If there is a rating of awfully bad, I will choose that! I placed an order with HQ and supposed to received it on 17Apr, and I still haven’t received it today 11May! I tried to track my parcel, last update was on 28Apr and stated it is damaged. I messaged HQ and hope that they can find out what happened and hope that they could send a replacement cos it is damaged anyway. HQ replied they need to receive the damaged parcel before placing any replacement or refund, but the thing is when it is gonna be received?! I never be able to receive the parcel, I seriously don’t think I should hold any responsibility for these! And I am not the one who stated that it is damaged, HQ’s delivery partner did! So, it totally sounds outrageous to me! More importantly, I need the shampoo and conditioner to wash my hair! I am not buying them for collection, I am buying them because I need to use it! And I just got the newest reply from HQ today, they told me to contact custom because it is held by custom due to exceeding personal limit , well, 1st of all nothing like this ever happened before in the place where I live regarding my shampoo orders from other company or department stores in UK! 2nd, neither of the custom nor HQ delivery partner have ever contacted me regarding this and how am I supposed to know where and who to contact! 3rd the items were damaged! Do I really have to contact them to get a damaged parcel? Why can’t they just have it send back!!! I asked them so nicely and beg them to solve the problem for me, but they replies and ignorance are really driving me crazy and totally unacceptable! Seriously, really regret to order from them!!! And it is still not yet settled nor being handled!

Please do NOT order from this website. I have been waiting for my order for over a week. Tried to contact them severally to no avail. The tracking number provided is a waste of time, doesn’t show any information. Please save yourself and your loved ones the stress.

Love hqhair for their excellent range of products, speedy delivery and helpful customer service. Just had an online chat with Kayleigh regarding returning an item that wasn’t suitable. pleased to say it’s as quick and straight forward as ordering.

Avoid at all cost. I placed an order on the HQHair website on 2nd April. More than 5 weeks later, I still have not received my order. I have attempted to contact HQHair multiple times to ask about when my order will be dispatched and have received a variety of different responses each time. They always take 24 hours to respond to each message and you can’t contact them any other way; their live chat is always offline (reg flags!!), none of their responses to a simple question asked have been helpful. I placed the order without creating an account and the email address provided had a typo in it (.dom instead of .com). Despite explaining this innumerable times in every message I sent them, they kept asking me to create an account with the incorrect email address to look up my order status- which of course the site won’t let you do. I have not received my order and they have taken my money. Will be disputing this transaction with my bank. Dodgy business and should be reported.

Further to me posting the above review on Trustpilot, the following reply was posted by HQHair staff. It is now 9 days from that reply and I still have not received my purchase! They appear to provide misleading responses to reviews on this website to make it look like the problem is resolved when it is not! I want my money back.

It's been over a month and I still haven't received my order. The first message I have sent they replied that I needed to send them my address and some other details which I already have in the message. I have sent another message and still no reply. Their live chat is always off also! I have a few products to buy in my basket some but after not receiving my order for over a month I definitely won't be buying from them again.

I ordered this product in March and according to your email, "Delivery is estimated between Tue 07 Apr - Tue 14 Apr". However, it has been over a month, and i have not received it yet.

So I contacted with service team of HQhair and they asked me to confirm information including "
- Your delivery address.
- Another member of your household has not signed for the delivery on your behalf.
- A neighbour has not signed for the delivery on your behalf."
I confirmed those questions in my first email and asked for an investigation.

Then the second email sent by someone called "Jess" from their service team just gave me the exactly same email as the first on--check other possibilities so that they can begin an investigation.

How about stopping copying meaning answers, saving time for both of us and starting an investigation?
