I was very happy with Justin who was very professional, personable, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He was so helpful and answered all my questions and concerns about the chair that I wanted to purchase. I will definitely recommend Husky furniture to everyone that I know and I will most definitely purchase furniture from Husky in the future. Firstly, I've loved my chair since day one and have used it everyday for a typical working desk job. The construction of the chair is SOLID. I've gone through many chairs in my time and this one has lasting strength! Recently I went through a support claim due to a failing hydraulic and some cosmetic problems with one of the arm cushions. Kim Hacker assisted me and made it easily the best interaction I've had with a company support service. Not only was the acknowledgment quick but the solution was lightning fast and I had my replacement parts in just over a weeks time since the ticket was opened. Absolutely stellar customer service and interaction!

The chair materials for the seat and back are top notch, but, I'm a little disappointed in the overall workings of the chair. There isn't any way, that we can see, to tilt the seat. The back will tilt, but the seat normally tilts down in the front and I find myself sitting on the front edge of the seat. If there is a way to tilt the seat up in the front, and down in the back, please let me know. Other than that, it is a great chair.

I ordered 2 chair mats (Husky Office® Big & Tall 400 lb Capacity Carpet Mat with Lip - 45" L x 53" W SKU: 53653). The quality is great! Chair wheels do not sink into the material. They are made of a thick material I think will last for a sometime. These ship flat, no need to wait on them to flatten out. They come with good warranty. The ordering process was pretty straight forward and easy. This company sends out emails letting you know every step of your order movement. You are in the loop from ordering to the delivery.

It was great. I had an issue with trying to order a floor mat online and used the chat option. The rep then called me to help with ordering the item which was no longer available but he found some left in the warehouse and had it shipped to me. Great service!

The chairs for dispatch we ordered are holding up great. We had the issue about the two broken parts, but the matter was cleared up immediately with no hassle. Husky's response time in this matter was excellent. They worked with us on a continuing basis and kept us up-to-date for replacement parts. Very professional customer service.

Love the chair. This is the second time I've gotten a chair from Husky office and I have very happy with both of them. It's nice to find a good, sturdy, comfortable chair for a reasonable price.

Great Chair! Gets better with use. I would buy it again. The only problem I had was the packaging. The box was a little beat up and one cosmetic piece of plastic was broke. glued back together. Everything else was brand new condition and works as it should.

I bought a 500lb rated office chair and it was easy to assemble, arrived within 7 days and is very solid. Most comfortable office chair I've sat in. Being 6'5' and 300lbs it's hard to find equipment that works for me. I can tell after daily use for a month that this chair is heavy duty.

So far, so good. My experience with weight rated chairs is the chairs go into a forward lean and you end ud scooting back. I wish this chair had a shaft connection with a larger diameter as it is the weak link. I hope I am wrong!

This chair is better than any government issued product and the cost it cost much less too. It so great, that I am purchasing one for my home office. It's much better than anything sold at COSTCO or SAM's club.

I spend a lot of time in my chair because of an auto accident 18 years ago. I usually tear chairs up in a year of so. This chair was what I was looking for. It is rated for 24/7, multiple shift use. So far, it has been good.

My chair arrived within 2 days of ordering it. The box was beat up from shipping and there was a small tear in the leather padded armrest. I contacted customer service, they took care of the issue and were very nice! awesome company to purchase and if there is an issue to resolve it quickly and to my full expectation! I would not purchase office furniture any where else 5 stars!!!!!

It would be very helpful if the bottom of the chair were labeled for the left and right armrests as well as the armrests themselves. Also several of the bolts for one armrest would not screw in all the way.

This chair is amazing! My son had to work from home due to the Pandemic. The chair that he had at home was one that only got use a few hours at a time and was fine, but when it came to having to sit at it all day....it hurt his back and caused terrible headaches as well as back pain. He is a tall heavy person and he needed to find an answer to this problem. This chair seemed to be the highest and widest chair he could find online that also had adjustable arms and lumbar support. It is built for people who are up to 400 pounds. He does not weigh near that much, but he needed the height, the adjustable arms, lumbar support and the width of the chair was also a plus. He wishes it was a little deeper, but the pluses to this chair outweigh that. He got the chair on time, but no instructions. We emailed the service department and they responded immediately, emailing a copy of the instructions! Fantastic. We put the chair together easily. He has been using it ever since and loves it. It has relieved his back pain, no headaches and has made his work experience so much easier! Please consider making this chair an inch or two deeper. Fantastic chair! Thanks!!! He plans to buy another one when he goes back to work at his office.

We needed a chair for our home and my husband found this site, as he was looking for something to be more suitable for himself, as he is a big n tall man! The chair arrived quickly and it was able to put it together in a few minutes, which was a bonus! It is like sitting on a thrown. It is roomy and comfortable for him and the whole family. So glad we took a chance, as this was our first order with Husky, and we will definitely recommend to others.

Very impressed with expedient shipping of product, I was not expecting delivery within a few days of order. Also, customer service contacted me the day of delivery to make sure everything was satisfactory. The chair itself was easy to assemble and so far has held up just fine. I am 6'6' and weigh 350 so I really need something heavy duty.

I was browsing the website and I found a chair I thought I would like. I read reviews and one mentioned that a slightly more expensive chair would provide me exponentially more satisfaction. I decided to pull the trigger on the more expensive chair and I am so glad I did. I am very satisfied.
