I ordered the wrong item for my iCandy Peach, I reached out to their customer service team, got excellent service, they gave me the return authorization and she emailed me the link directly to the item I needed to order.

Difficult to navigate the website, had to call them directly but was told I would have to place any order through the site but as there were colour changes due to model year it was hard to say the least. Very happy with the product though.

The speed of getting the part I required, The Irish supplier should have his contract to supply ICandy products taken from them, there level of service is appalling

I sent a email asking about the lower carrycot size difference for the upper carrycot & got a email back saying the lower 1 is narrower then the upper 1 thank you for a quick reply

We were looking for replacement parts for a 5 year old apple to pear, very little was available, we were lucky that we purchased the inflatable tyres as an extra originally, as we have managed to refresh them with new inner tubes, it is a shame that what was quite an expensive purchase is not supported a few years down the line, is 5 years too much life to expect from quite an expensive travel system?

That said, the one thing we were able to order the inner tubes for the tyres arrived promptly.

from first phone call to icandy, Julie Chapman was helpful and aided my problem without hesitation. Item was couriered back to them at their expense to be fixed and couriered back to me within 3 days. Perfect service.

Very highly recommended icandy I got the icandy cerium push chair for my baby the quality is the best and I've order parasol in the last 2 weeks very reasonably price can't wait to try them out

Excellent service ordered the duo pod and it arrived within two days. It’s excellent quality and is easy to add and remove from the pushchair.

AWFUL Experience
I purchase the icandy peach, when delivered the chassis was missing I contacted them they said they would send a replacement the next day it didn’t come the next day as the warehouse forgot to pick the items! I then received it the following day & the wheel was missing I was so annoyed I sent the whole product back ! It’s been nearly 2 weeks and no refund wouldn’t recommend!!!!!!!!!!!

The site advertised next day delivery for orders placed before 3pm on a Friday. It did say next working day but there was no mention of them not delivering/working on a Saturday. I was expecting for £10 extra to have the adapters on Saturday ready for the school run on Monday. They arrived after the school run on Monday.
I did email iCandy about this as I would t have paid £10 for next day delivery if I knew it wouldn’t come until Monday. They have not come back to me. Very disappointed.

This is my second icandy, my first one for my son who is now 13 was incredible and lasted till this day. Handed to many new mums. this new one the only thing I can say is that to make the pram is very difficult especially at nine months pregnant. I just hope its correctly done. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered the double adapter set which consists of 2 pairs of adapters. I only received 1 pair of adapters. I call customer service and requested a call back (there service) but heard nothing. I then emailed customer service and went in to detail explaining exactly what I’d ordered including stating the markings on the parts I had received. The customer service operative tried to tell me I only ordered 1 set. This was true but I’d only received half a set, she obviously didn’t even know their own product range! After confirming what I was missing by sending a picture in an email, I heard nothing further back from customer service but about a week later, got the parts. No apology or acknowledgement They had made a mistake. Not very good customer service or communication. I would definitely go elsewhere even for genuine parts next time!

I wanted to order the raisers for my peach all terrain, I ordered what I thought were the right ones and paid £4 delivery. When they arrived they didn’t fit, I’d ordered the Icandy peach 3 when I should’ve ordered the icandy-2018. The website did not make this clear. I’ve now had to pay and extra £5 to return them, I have to wait until they have been refunded and then order more costing another £4 in postage.

We still haven’t received it 3 weeks after ordering as it was delivered via fedex and when we got the email to say we were due a delivery it didn’t state it was from icandy so we had no idea what the delivery was we were expecting. They tried to deliver we were not in as we both work full time, there was a slip to rearrange deliver before midnight for the next day. The fedex website kept saying there was an error so we were unable to arrange for it to be delivered to a neighbour. Eventually after a week of trying we have arranged delvirty at a drop off point. Better communication for delivery is needed.
