Ice Comms 8211 Business Mobile landline internet utilities

Absolutely dire service in my hour of need, 15 phones on a three year contract plus insurance, main Iphone broken and unable to contact anyone accept on email, insurance are not contactable - supposed to be experts in Communications but no one willing to call me ! Stay away from this company at all costs

The switch over was seamless and they phone whenever any one of our phones hit 50% and 75% of their data usage. Regular calls to check we are happy and I have been reassured that my price won't hike up after 18 months. I'll have to wait and see. Took a while to get my buyout money back, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.

I've been using these guys for the past two years. Cannot fault their support or service. Always available on the end of the phone no matter what my request and great that they'll call me periodically to ensure everything is working correctly.

Have been disappointed with the service from Ice from day 1 really. Initially spoke to a sales man, Bryn, who promised everything until it came to delivering then all of a sudden it's not going to happen when he promised and can now get no contact from him at all. Various issues with the set up as I have fibre to the home, which it seems they didn't have a clue how to sort out. Once finally connected the promise that Bryn made of "super fast wifi throughout the house" proved to be wrong, poor wifi that was no better than my previous BT service. New router sent, same set up issues but eventually up and running, still poor wifi through the house so resorted to buying a second router to spread the signal further, that one works fine. The land-line at home was supposed to be included in the contract, that just didn't happen, so I'm still paying BT for that. Lost the internet over 4 weeks ago which was "resolved" really quickly when Michael logged in to the router and fixed it, only for us to lose one of the wifi bands completely and only get intermittent connection on the other one, really helpful considering the need for wifi / internet at the moment. Only response I've had from Ice so far is that they have checked and there is no problem! 5 months in and the accounts department have still to get the dd's set up correctly!

All in all a really poor service so far. I know that we are living and working in challenging times at present but that's no excuse for simply ignoring issues that customers are having.

Happy with the service to start with, We are key workers and have 18 phones with Ice and one went over the Data allowance by 20gb which incurred over £1000 charge even though on the plan we had over 100gb of data unused from the other phones.

After speaking to customer services and being told they couldn’t do anything about the charge I put a block on the account to stop any phone going over the allowance.

With in 3 hours all the phones have been blocked And can’t make any calls because I sent a picture message and they put a 0 spend on the account, Not sure why as all calls are free anyway.

Couldn’t get hold of anybody from Ice and the phones have been down for 16 hours. This is having a real impact on the business and supplies for the NHS.

I spoke to Saskia this morning, she answered my questions fully.

She was very polite and we even had a bit of a giggle. which is just what we need in this current crisis.

I was in a bit of a hole with the spend cap on my business contract and facing a weekend and the coming working week of not being able to use my phone. I couldn't contact my provider but contacted ICE, what a relief. Monique was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! Thank you!
