I want to say thank you to Dimitri for all his help securing refund for us from delta. We had an upcoming trip to Germany but with current Corona virus situation trip got cancelled. We will be in touch next year for more travel

I had a flight reservation to Asia but because of COVID-19 had to cancel my plans. The representative I spoke with was very helpful. He was able to help me cancel my flight with no hassle. He was able to explain my options as far as getting a flight credit or get a refund. Ended up getting a refund.

I tried to change a flight because there were change of plans and Iflyfirstclass representatives are very accommodating. They were also pretty transparent as far as charges go and they explain them thoroughly.

I am not very savvy with computer stuff but it was very easy to establish my airline reservation despite the pandemic situation. To be sure that everything was accomplished correctly I phoned IFlyFirstClass and the customer service rep reviewed my reservation input line by line and confirmed my reservation. Asked the customer rep several questions concerning what I should do once I received my E ticket and he was very helpful. While we were still on the phone he said to check my email to see if I had any further questions. My customer service experience was amazing and I am so impressed. They literally saved my flight. I highly recommend them.

We were so grateful to Iflyfirstclass. Because of coronavirus, our flight going back to the US was cancelled. We know that there is going to be a lockdown soon and we were worried to be stuck in Europe. Dmitry really did what he can to look for an alternative flight for us. We are really thankful.

We missed our connection flight in Frankfurt. All we had to do was send them and email and they took care of everything for us. They were able to get a flight for us and hour later. Keep up the good work.

I was hesitant with buying a ticket because of the virus but they were able to help me with my planned vacation for the holidays and they were able to help me find the cheapest flight and most flexible flight. Thank you.

We purchased 2 business class tickets from iflyfirstclass to go to France . We worked with counsultant Dmitry. It was easy- he offered 2 good options via email, we picked Air France , gave him our information and received our tickets in 1 hour. He was nice and even helped us with seat assignment and wheel chair request.

My flight was cancelled because of covid. Their customer service representative was very helpful and took care of everything for me. She even sent me all the information I need via email on how I can use my flight in the future along with her direct line. Will definitely book with them again. Thank you.

Dimitri is the best person you can find for getting prices on business class and first class, I had him book 2 tickets form Berlin to JFK for my wife and son and got a price about half of what everyone else was offering. My advise to anyone who comes by this agency is use them you'll be very happy.

I planned a trip to Asia on October 25th and Dmitry made it happen. He made sure I got a direct flight with the best first class seats.
Dmitry is very patient and understanding.

I recommend calling him because he is very organized and you get great deals on flights!

In over 25 years of international travel I have never experienced the level of service that I receive from Iflyfirstclass. In my last two trips which were multi-country in Asia I ran into last minute issues that required changes in my itinerary. They were handled professionally and economically. From the beginning of the relationship I was treated as if I were a long term client. I cannot recommend this Company more strongly. Try them and you will see for yourselves.

I came across the website last summer and contacted Iflyfirstclass.com for an urgent flight from the US to Asia. Dmitry recognized the distress I was in, was thoughtful and considerate, found the best possible fare, made all the arrangements perfectly. He was approachable, thorough and did a wonderful job with all my travel arrangements.
I have used this firm on more than 1 occasion and would be happy to refer and friend or relative to them. A big thank you to them.

I ordered a ticket for a friend from Hong Kong to New York with about 48 hours, Dmitry was so good to us. He got the the ticket and had to arrange a domestic flight in US with a savings for over $3000. My friend's mom did not speak any english, Dmitry went out to contact the airline personnel and had them take her from the customs and took her to change planes. We were all so impressed with Dmitry's abilities to have all this arranged for us. I would definitely tell all my friends about Iflyfirstclass.com, Dmitry's help definitely surpassed all of our expectations!!!

Several days ago, I was trying to purchase a ticket to Seoul. Left a message several times during the day, because I had to leave in two days, yet got no respond. By the end of the day, Bianca returned my call with apologies saying they were very busy.

The flight I got was very convenient( short layover, no red eye). And the price was very reasonable and affordable.

I've dealt with IFFC for four years, always long haul flights. Dmitry has solid recommendations, and tells it like it is, even when I think I know better -- turns out I don't. For example, last years I wanted direct flights between NY-Shanghai, and he told me "China Eastern", but I'd flown them on business class and found them to be sub-standard at best. He showed me photos of the craft and swore I would be satisfied. I was. I often go first class on Korean because their service is tops and Dmitry gets me prices that are pretty astonishing. Never disappointing in their service, IFFC is definitely worth trying once. Prove it to yourself.

This review is for Jacob who planned our 22 day trip to Seoul, Thailand, and Japan which included 7 flights to 5 different cities. It was one of the best experiences we've ever had. The trip was an exciting experience with amazing food, service and views. We got to see a lot of beautiful places and sightseeings , and last but not least the trip was much cheaper then anyone had to offer. Jacob planned all of this on a very professional level! He simply made everything so easy. We did not have to worry about a thing! I highly recommend iffc.

Me and my friend were trying to book a last minute ticket , and decided to give a call I fly first class. I just want to start out by saying Dennis has been so awesome and helpful through everything! Our flight from nyc to oslo was schedule the way we needed , so we would be on time with our cruise. I highly suggest calling Dennis and or I fly first class for any of your international travel needs - the trip was great!
