IGO Promo

We've chosen to work with IGO Promo for the giveaways items for the exhibition in Hamburg and then Amsterdam (one week between them) in Autumn 2018. We asked our partner in Germany to receive items on our behalf (we are based in Egypt). A part of the items (first aid kit boxes) did not arrive on time for us to pick it up before the first exhibition, so we asked to change the delivery address to Amsterdam to catch the second exhibition. Still, they sent it to the wrong address and we didn't get any use of these items. We asked to get the items back and refund us our money for these items since we do not need them anymore. Until now (January 2020), we didn't get back our money and they do not even know what happened to the items. Every time we call them they say that they are checking with their supplier of the status of a pickup and will get back to us - they never do. For more than one year! I believe that it's not the end customer problem that the company has issues with its suppliers. But with IGO Promo it is. We were offered some discount on further offers, but of course, after this struggle, we are not motivated to order anything else from them again and would not recommend other people to do it either.

Dreadful, missed the deadline despite being given over 4 weeks notice and then delivered the cancelled order two days after the conference deadline. I won't be using them for anything business critical.

We have used this company for 2 years now. Always very quick and helpful. I believe they have the quickest turnaround and shipping is speedy too. More importantly, they have no setup fee, unlike other companies.

very bad experience - I could not stress enough how important my order was and it needed to be with me by the 4th April due to an event. they are only concerned about taking orders then actually following it through with agreed delivery dates.

From our experience this can indicate that the business is either not actively engaged with online communication or is new and growing. We have discovered that this business has SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that this business handles your data, such as personal information or credit card details, with secure connection. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
