Don’t trust them. They can complete the sale but when the seller takes back the account they pretend there is nothing they can do. They just say there is nothing they can do and even wish you a good day!

DO NOT USE!

I have purchased off them multiple times but found out the hard way they allow third party sellers onto their platform without any proper qualification. I purchased Fifa 22 ultimate team coins and had 24hr warranty. On the 25th hour my account was hacked by the seller and my coins were gone!! Speaking to customer service is like speaking to a brick wall. Disgusting how they treat customers I had 1.5m coins stolen from my account and they had the audacity to offer me a 5% gift card! Stay far clear from these guys they let just about anyone sell their services on their platform and do not punish the sellers who scam you!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THEY HAVE A LOUSY SYSTEM DO NOT BUY TRUST ME. I WEEK AFTER COINS WERE DELIVERED THEIR THIRD PARTY SELLER LOGGED INTO MY AACCOUNT AND TOOK ALL OF THE COINS BACK PLUS SOLD OFF ALL OF MY PLAYERS . DO NOT BUY BUYERS BEWARE

Do not refund when seller wrongly advertised an account and sold it to multiple people beside me.

They are scammers.

The seller was contacted, the order was froze and they unfroze it and paid the seller even though i gave all the evidences the account was not what it was supposed to be.

Do not buy anything unless you want to waste your money by getting scammed.

How are you guys giving out 5 stars like that? Ive been waiting over 12 Hours, with minimal support for an item that allegedly has INSTANT DELIVERY and IN STOCK
Theyre also not refunding me whatsoever, telling me to "have patience your code will come first"

I Dont know if im the only one, but giving out 5 stars here and there seems suspicious.

Especially for an item that is in stock with alleged instant delivery too.

Be AWARE! Never buy from this site. They don't help you if a problem with a seller occure. They helped the seller steal the money from me. Use different sites. There are better ones.

NEVER BUY ON THIS SITE! My 12 years old sun was frauded of his all savings 82 Euro. He bought an account, but got fake logins from the seller. When he complained, he got „replacement account“ from the seller, logins did not work again but most importantly he wanted the account he selected not just another account. The [email protected] administrator was notified immediately and was just pushing us to accept the nonsense replacement account. They charged my card immediately, it is in no way safe platform, that they would block the funds on the card and charge them only after the seller meets its obligations take the money and pay the seller. Igvault admin was informed by us of the fraudulent situation, communicate but did nothing, just pushed us to accept nonsense offers for things my son did not order. I have no other way but to suspect, that they are part of the scam. They are fully aware we have been frauded but they just send transaction completed email and that’s it for them. I shall approach their payment methods providers to block iGvault, as iGvault breaches their terms of use. Till then DO NOT TRADE WITH THEM PLEASE, IT’S A FRAUD!!!!

WoW Classic Gold never arrived, no feedback from support:

I ordered WoW Classic Gold here several days ago and paid directly via credit card. I never received the gold. I don't get any statement from the seller and IGVault support apparently refuses to answer me at all...and this although I exhausted all possibilities: (contacted seller several times, requested dispute resolution, tried all IGVault support channels I found). Never ever IGVault!

i never signed up with this site but got charged $78.00 & than BOA Charged me a INT"L Fee afterwards & they don't have a customers service number to directly get in contact with if that doesnt scream scam idk what does they showed up on my card history but "they can't find me in their records" as i was looking at the history on my laptop and they wanted to know my card info and wanted a screenshot of my bill history im currently trying to get a hold of my bank to dispute the charge and block them and report the sites activity

Stay far far far far far far away from this site. I have purchased 3 accounts from them for Overwach and within a year all three accounts have been hacked and whoever the original owner was took it back over. IGVault provides no help or resolution for this whatsoever. They only have a 7 day guarantee. People are literally selling their accounts on here and then getting them back after a certain amount of time. This is a SCAM. Stay away! Wasted $50 on this.

The account was super good and all the skins everything I was so happy but I then left the computer alone cause my older brother wanted to play csgo on it. My brother then said my name and told me. "the account just logged out" So then I wasl ike "wtf" So I typed in the password I had changed for hacking issues and it was incorrect. PLEASE GIVE ME MY ACCOUNT BACK. WHOEVER SOLD THE ACCOUNT TO ME CLEARLY CHANGED THE EMAIL AND PASSWORD SO THAT I COULDN'T GET IN. FUN FACT THE PERSON WAS ONLINE THE DAY BEFORE TOO. I WAS CRYING ON THE FLOOR CAUSE I ALWAYS WANTED THIS ACCOUNT BUT NOW IT DOESN'T WORK. PLEASE GIVE ME MY ACCOUNT BACK. THIS IS A WASTE OF MONEY I WAS SO HAPPY PLEASE. I TRIED THE PREVIOUS PASSWORD. Don't ever use this site, they promise you a refund that gets sent to you within 3 days of what you bought doesn't get delivered to you, and I never got my refund. They actually sent me an email saying the refund went through but it was a flat out lie, and they stole my money. Stay away from this site unless you want to lose money.

This website is a scam nobody should buy from it I bought fifa coins from them and got banned not once but twice from two different accounts so I emailed EA and they told me that a third party app was being used to access my account there method of transferring coins is not safe it's quick and effective for them but inconvenient for the customer stay away at all costs unless you want to risk your account getting banned and losing all your money

they scammed me for hundreds of dollars and support staff are absolutely terrible. also assumed that i was lying when they had 0 proof that i was lying and i had all the proof to prove i was not lying. showed them the proof and they completely ignored it and when on to still say i was lying with still.. 0 proof. DO NOT buy of these scammers. I will be charging back through my bank as they refuse to refund my money.

The chances of actual delivery of purchased item in the promised time frame is quite variable. Twice it was within the time promised, four times it was not. The order status page has a link to "Apply for partial refund" which simply sends you to the generic help page. The Online Chat option allows you to be told by iGVault that the (for example) 8 hour time frame promised means you have to wait 2 to 3 days before requesting a refund. As the customer you are required to contact iGVault's delivery person yourself and wait for any reply they may choose to provide. iGVault is happy to take your money, but delivering the goods still requires you to do a lot of follow up.

I was selling an account. The buyer kept the account and I didn't receive any money. iGVault did not help me or offer anything else in exchange. They are putting all responsibility on you. Also, as a buyer I bought an account and after warranty the seller recovered the account and iGVault started ignoring me and didn't do anything. I lost around $400 on this website. I don't recommend this website.

The account information that was provided was a scam. I took all the necessary steps to either get the correct info or refund me the money. The seller ignored my email. I then emailed iGVault and did not help me or offer anything else in exchange. They told me I was past my guarentee. I stated where it stated I had a deadline. I got a stupid response back. Again emailed where did it stated the deadline. Nothing back. Please dont waste your time or money.
