I have used Rorie several times in the last few years for house purchases, remortgages and insurance and have always found him to be very professional and knowledgeable. He’s been more than happy to answer any questions I’ve had and is always very quick at getting back to me. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my mortgage needs and have recommended him to family/friends who have also been very happy with the service they’ve received. Thank you Rorie ????

We were put in touch with Rorie Bradshaw after coming to dead ends with two other mortgage brokers. I can honestly say that Rorie went above and beyond for us to get a mortgage that suited our situation while making sure it was affordable for us.
Throughout the whole process his communication with us was second to none and he answered a million questions that we had having not applied for a mortgage before.
We’ll definitely be using Rorie again in the future and highly recommend.

Myself and my business partners have used independent mortgages 5 times over the last two years.
Jamie, Has been our direct point of contact the whole time and has been extremely helpful with all 5 mortagegs.
The last two application were a lot more complex, Jamie was really professional The whole time and managed to get both applications approved.
I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company to all family and friends for all future mortgage needs.

I bought my first flat last year, and Jamie couldn't have been any more efficient or helpful. Like most purchases there were holdups here and there, but nothing was to do with Jamie. He kept me informed at every step, and didn't tire of my numerous questions! Delighted with his service, and will be speaking to him again when my mortgage is up for renewal. Highly recommended.

Graham explained every step of the way in full detail and in a way in which we understood! Constant email reassure and the odd phone call to give us good news made all the difference! After previously speaking to a separate mortgage broker who was struggling to sort out an agreement in principle and was incredibly slow getting back to me, Jamie managed to sort me an AIP in 30 minutes which helped me secure my dream move! Thank you Jamie, you were amazing!
