I ordered a Point 65N sit in modular kayak, and paddle from iMariine. Ordered on 6/28/11, and received 2 (yes TWO) days later. Not only was I astounded by the fast receipt of the merchandise, but the fact that a real person answered the phone when I placed my order! Suzanne was personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. iMarine provided color choices for the kayak that are unavailable from other companies, which, by the way, were out of stock on their singular red choice. iMarine also beat their prices, and provided FREE shipping. The Con-Way truck driver backed his semi up to my driveway. Not a small task, since I live in a culdesac. He also cheerfully unloaded, and assisted me in getting it into the garage. I am so pleased with the whole experience, I would readily order from them again.

The product was shipped in a prompt manner and was received within two days and was just as promoted.

I was inquiring about an ice machine, the ad was confusing as one place it said free free shipping and another it said no free shipping. I emailed Imarine and was informed by "Suzanne" the shipping was $150. I ordered the machine and the order confirmation said free ground shipping and $0.00 on the shipping charges but still says no free shipping in the product description. I emailed Imarine and asked again and was told by "Suzanne" that the freight was to be added ($150) and to give her the 3 digit code on my credit card if I wanted to procede with the order. This seemed a little strange so I decided to call and confirm and give the code over the phone. Suzanne answered, he didn't sound like a Suzanne, so that added to the experience, he became vey insulting that I had the nerve to call and confirm what he had told me in the emails. I said I had been ripped off on the internet before and just wanted to be sure. He was clearly having a bad day and took it out on me. Shame on me for being a cautious internet buyer. Omigosh, these folks are destined to be the Zappos of the marine products world. I placed an order for an Airmar transducer after the close of business on New Year's eve. Early on January 2nd I got a phone call from an incredibly helpful and smart young woman to verify the type of connection I wanted, and on January 4th it was waiting for me when I go home! Meanwhile, the chartplotter that I had ordered from another internet vendor is "on backorder", and who knows what that really means. Fortunately I'm in the northeast and won't be back out on the water for another three or four months. iMarine is #1 in my book.

iMarine had the best deal I could find on the Garmin I was buying as a Christmas present. Unfortunately Garmin had to delay the products release. iMarine stayed in communication to provide updates as the status was changed and were prompt on their shipment when the product did come in stock. I appreciate the level of communication and the quality deal I got from this company.

Had what I wanted in stock at a great price (Newmar Galvanic Isolator), and shipped it the same day.

Very good contact,unfortunately,in a first time,I didn't receive in San Francisco one of the 2 parts I ordered,but I know that it is arrived now in NY and I will pick it up next week.
