My wife wanted a striking bedding set and matching curtains that didn't break the bank. Imperial homeware were able to provide just what she wanted very quickly and she was delighted with the result.

I bought a bedspread for my niece she loved it! It looked so expensive and was only £31, I was so impressed I bought one for myself and matching curtains. Their service is also 5 star, I truly recommend them. I normally don’t write reviews this is well worth!

Im still waiting for an order i made on the 7th of April and was told it was delivered 11th of april and since then nobody is replying back to me having already checked with neighbours and surrounding areas and still no order and now today i wish for a refund as I already have bedding that has successfully been delivered to me .

Bought matching bedding and curtains 110 quid total.good quality but made mistake of only ordering 3 peice bedding instead of 7 which my wife was only too happy to point out.ah well.????????????????

Ordered rug Thursday for next day delivery.
Expected monday as ordered late thirssay night. Still not arrived. Tuesday.
Had and email back saying they were looking into tuesday am. Tracking g says they are STILL waiting for dispatch! NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Please can someone send me my rug???!!

The settee covers was just the right size for my new settees because the there setter covered so well I Ordered one for my new two setter settee some days later ????

So I purchased a bath mat, I had a conformation email pretty quickly which was good then no dispatch email no email to say when I’d receive my items which was a concern at the time it took 6 days to arrive considering I didn’t pay for postage it was pretty decent, when they arrived they were bigger than expected which isn’t a bad thing but they were glittery which was unexpected, they seem good quality but I haven’t yet used them as I’m waiting until I move. Overall pretty good just the lack of communication takes the star down to 4.

Very polite email communication however item was not received when royal mail said it had been (royal mail's fault) but did not contact me for 2 days. They did email after I send one to confirm I had finally received from postman with duck tape across open packaging and approx an hour spent on the phone to royal mail and 2 emails complaining and was impressed with how imperial room initially responded. Product very, very good. Would recommend. 4 star is only for the lack of contact for 2 days after initial correspondence. Hopefully if I order again, it can be a 5. The product is a 5 star product.

I brought this 4 piece Cotton bedding set for my Son and Daughter-in-laws 2nd wedding anniversary (which is cotton)
It was delivered very quickly and they love it.
Will definitely be using this website in the future.

I purchased bedsheets during the pandemic, I was not expecting to get these for a month at least but I had my sheets within a week! Great service

I paid extra for next working day delivery but that didn't happen. Took 3 days. So feel cheated. I realise I did not pay very much for the curtains but would expect a half decent finish, instead they are pretty rubbish very badly made dont hang well and the hem and side seams have got a lot of puckerimg where sewn. Have kept them because I couldn't be bothered with the faff of returning the. Wont order from this company again.

Ive given 5 stars as im very impressed with the service and delivery which were both good my daughter loves penguins so she was very happy the quality of the bedding is great an it arrived before Christmas
