I was satisfied with the initial call and I did sign up for the $224 offer. I was planning on calling in based on the flyers and had it on my list to start using infofree in January 2014. So, the timing was pretty good.

However, I signed up early based on the promise that I could refer my clients and fellow coaches to Michael and get them the same $224 deal. When my first client called in he was told that the best price they could get was something like $324.

You not keeping your word made me look bad and I do not appreciate that.

Happy but tainted...

This used to be a good value a year ago when I started to use it, so I did not care about the low quality leads as much, but now it is an overpriced service with low quality product. Customer service is horrible as well very unknowleadgeble and rude staff.

I have been selling tools to contractors for quite a few years and haven't really had this hard of a time selling, I printed out a 1000 leads and not one sale yet.

I have been in B2B and Hospitality businesses for 25 years. Do yourself a favor and find a better quality operation to give your money to. They heavily rely on the fine print to circumvent ethics and good business practices.

I had asked a question on their Chat during my first day of the 1-week trial (CNBC). And never got a reply.

And yesterday, they charged me $74 for the first month. The price was supposed to be $49. But they promptly charged me an extra amount. I'm filing for a refund on Monday

I have been using a leads provider for years and recently subscribed to infofree to supplement it. When I realized that Infofree gives me everything the other service gives me (and more) for a cheaper price, I decided to cancel the other company.

We signed up in 2015 for a year's worth of contacts so we could save on the monthly cost. I was unaware that I was signing up for an auto-renewed service. We used it for a few weeks and found that it was a waste of time. A year later I saw that it was auto-renewed on our CC and I contacted the company asking them for a refund as we had literally not used their site in 11 months and I was unaware we were set up for auto-renewal. They told me that was impossible.

When I asked to speak to a manager they sent me to an unnamed voicemail box. I called again after I heard no response and they told me the president would get back to me. After a few days, I did not hear back so I contacted them and got a voicemail. Then I emailed. Then called again. It became clear to me that they had my number on the caller ID and there were several occasions where I believe they didn't answer my call because they knew who I was.

After several weeks of trying to reach them, I finally was able to get a hold of another manager who told me they NEVER give refunds and it was impossible.


The only way I can explain all the happy reviews on this site, is that they are done by employees of the company. The contact information they provide is not good and they have horrible customer service.

Having spent the last 20 years in marketing and sales, I know my customers and I know my lead sources. I did business with Sales Genie for years and it got to be so cumbersome that it was counterproductive. If you know your targets, Infofree is the best buy in the country for leads. The lists are quick, clean, and easy to assemble but more importantly, there is generally bonus information on the clients that is GOLD if you know what you are doing! If you are new to the biz, they are professional and will help you get started. I have a years worth of workable leads for less than $1 per day and that is unbeatable for the quality.

Bait and switch, offered $19/ month when year was up they jacked the rate to $49 and sales director blair didnt care. Buying my opinion for $100 gift card is a true indication of my opinion is exactly how I feel.

Their on-line system was malfunctioning and no one there seemed to know the fix (data selections were not able to be saved, only viewed) so I cancelled my membership same day.

I was purchasing individual mailing lists for several years for my consulting company. I was recommended by a friend to check out an infofree subscription. I started out with the free trial, and really liked the service. Their customer support team helped me create my first few mailing lists, and were very helpful. I really like the option of accessing the mailing lists I need at any time of the day. Thank you infofree.
