This company is OK until you buy a defective part from them...that's when they show their true color.Nonsensical arguments, a $25.00 charge to prove the item defective, finally no time to even look at the item (a motherboard in my case), sending the item back to the distributor because they have no time to test it (2nd motherboard), and, worst of all, no refunds on items found to be defective.......this company is a scam, plain and simple.

I used to like Infonec.... I would choose them over Canada Computers any day for their friendly and helpful staff. I would even still purchase form them even though Canad Computers was $5-10 cheaper. But now...... I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NCIX.

I just bought a monitor from INFONEC 2 days ago... ($10 more then Canada Computers) and now the monitor is on sale for another $40 less. INFONEC wouldn't do a thing to help me out.

Called NCIX they said they would price match and give price protection! So If I bought the LED monitor from NCIX they would have price matched Canada Computers and then a few days later matched and price protected my purchase!
