I am a teacher, and this the third time I have used the ink spot for ordering pencils to give away to students as prizes. The orders are always accurate, and I receive them quickly. I would recommend The Ink Spot to anyone.

Needed a "rush" order for my church....and the Ink Spot representative was professional, courteous, answered my questions with confidence and reassured me that I would receive a quality product and within my deadline! To my surprise, I actually received my shipment a day earlier and the pens looked great! They were a hit and a bonus to the service.

The contacted us right away about a shortage of the color of barrels we wanted and offered to replace with another barrel, or to ship half the order right away and the other half in 2 weeks, as we were not in a hurry to have the order filled we choose to have it shipped all at once later and not waste the shipping. This is our second order of pens from Ink Spot and out of 2000 pens we have not had one that did not work. The are good quality, and affordable, what more could you ask for from any product. We will be ordering them again when our supply runs low.

I ordered 200 neon pens to give out as advertisement of our business. I am very happy with the style and quality of the pens. The Ink Spot did an excellent job of printing our business information on the pens. I particularly like the yellow pens as the printing really stands out on this color. The blue color is a little too dark for good stand out printing but the color is nice. I had some delivery problems with FedEx. After a phone call to The Ink Spot they tracked my package and resent it to me (USPS) with no additional charge. I am very pleased with everything about this purchase and would highly recommend them. Their prices are very good and I will be reordering.

I ordered pens from your website for a friend's son's Bar Mitzvah. We put them in hospitality bags for out-of-town guests, and we gave them to the boy's family. We got so many compliments, and the family absolutely loved them! Your website is one of few that could do produce a small quantity (we only needed 50). That along with the amazing customer service I received from Tom on the phone, no shipping or set up fee, and quick delivery made for an amazing shopping experience! Ordered 200 personalized pens on October 13th, a Sunday and the day before Columbus day. I received my order in the mail in Colorado today the 16th. Incredibly fast! Product prices are comparable to others I found online but the Ink-Spot didn't charge extra for set-up or rush orders! I'll definitely be ordering again!

I ordered 100 monogrammed pencils for the guests to use at a bridal shower. The pencils arrived earlier than I expected and they were perfect in color and inscription. They were a hit and the guests took them home as favors. The bride to be and her family were amazed. I will definitely order from Ink Spot again.

My brother recently passed away.... he was a carpenter. I was looking for something to have as a give away at his celebration of life. I wanted something carpenter related and engravable. when I found these pencils I sent ink spot my copy specifications. when they realized what was going on then added a couple of graphics to make it extra special. we were very pleased. they look beautiful!
