Would never order from InkedShop again! Ordered a few items for Christmas. I received one tshirt with a hole in the armpit. Also never received a tank top I ordered. Contacted InkedShop and was told they would send a new tshirt to replace the one with the hole. 20 days later I'm still waiting. Also was told to track down the tank top that I never received since they shipped it and it was now with the post office. So basically paid $50 plus shipping for a tshirt with a hole and a tank top that's MIA!

Ordered 4 items in early November. 3 arrived. Sent numerous emails asking about the order & only 1 time got a reply saying it was shipped on December 4. It's now December 31st & still no item!!!! No replies & no one has ever answered the phone! Worst part is I'm in Australia!! What more can I do?!!! Also, tracking info gave me a response that it "couldn't be tracked". When I went back in to my emails the attachments were unavailable! NEVER SHOPPING INKED AGAIN!!!

I ordered a shirt aug 28th 2018. I received an email sept 11th with the tracking number. It is now september 26th and still no shirt. Tracking info still says pre-shipment label created which means the postal service has not even received the package. Calling my bank and filing fraud and getting my money back... not worth the wait....

Ok almost 5 years ago I had the worst experience from Revel Service and said I would never buy from them again and then I found Inked Shop and thought about how much selection they had and I was super excited! THEN... I placed a $150 order and when each item was getting sent from different locations and all had different tracking numbers I knew I had been duped and it took me back to my Rebel Circus and yep they just changed the name! Here it is June 25th and my order from May 20th has still not completed.

Ordered 2 shirts in May received one about a week and a half later still waiting for the second. Emailed them and they said they would have a 2nd sent out and if I get two to contact them and they will send me a shipping label. Ok week goes by and still nothing and not even tracking info. 1st tracking info still has a date of may 31st. Emailed again and now they sent in a claim for me but I was denied somehow even tho it's not 30days yet. Now he's telling me that the warehouse cant ship out another, after he already told me they would. Wish I would've read these reviews first I wouldn't have waisted my time. Lesson learned I guess.

I placed and received my order just fine, unfortunately I needed the next size up. So I emailed the Customer Service email, and got a reply that I had to pay for my own return but that if I put my order number and what I needed to be done, they would take care of it. So ok, not horrible, I can print up my own label. I shipped the return/exchange and it arrived to their Returns Center on 2/13/17. I waited until 2/20/17 to make contact because I had not received a new tracking number or even confirmation that the product had shipped out, I left 3 voice messages, once on the 21st, 22nd, and 23rd and I had sent 2 emails out on the 20th and the 21st. Not a single response. Finally, I reached out to their facebook page, seeing it said they 'typically reply instantly' I thought 'awesome, we can get this taken care of'. I did get in contact with someone through facebook who issued me a refund of my first order in the form of a gift card so I could replace my order, however, going to the next size up, the price went up, and would leave me paying for shipping, yet again. So I explained the situation to them, and kindly asked if I could get shipping reimbursed as well for this second transaction, from then on, they had read the messages, but not responded to anything. As sad as it makes me to say this, I most likely will never order from them again.

Order went on begining of october... se are at the end of décembre and i'm still receiving my order by parts... Wrote emails to their c s, Nevers received a pooh! Any one knows a good alternative?

This was shocking service. I never received my item despite waiting 3 months and counting; customer service was lacklustre, took several emails to get a response, which was standard copy/paste & I kept getting handed to different people throughout the correspondence. My tracking number stalled a day into transit and had then been reported as untraceable both by USPS and Australia Post. Shipping insurance was a joke and I had to fight for my refund voa PayPal dispute and explaining the situation to customer support for a third time. I will never buy from them again; I wish I had found these reviews first.

I placed an order this shirt that displayed a V-neck on the site. But when I got the shirt it wasn't even close to what was pictured. I've emailed and called and still no reply backs. I refuse to pay for return shipping if it's their fault for false advertisment. Horrible customer service and false advertisement! Never buying from them again! Oh, and they took forever to ship it out to me and I live in California. (pictures the shirt I ordered was the woman v-neck tee and I just realized they sent me the man tee)

I'm not a happy camper about this site. It's not HORRIBLE but I definitely don't like it. I bought a hoodie from them as a gift someone HAD to have and it was like $45 and I found a 20% off coupon as well, which I thought was going to save me some money. WELLLL, the only option for shipping was two day shipping and it was $12.50. Ended up paying $50 for the hoodie, but at least it would arrive super early...I was wrong. They took the money out of my account immediately, sent me a confirmation number and told me that my package will be sent out shortly. I ordered on a Monday night so I'm thinking with two day shipping it'll get here by Friday at the latest. NOPE. A week and a half later and I still don't have my hoodie. I sent an email stating that I don't see why it should still say "processing" when the money was taken out and the item wasn't out of stock. I used an exclamation point...just one to express my frustration. The next morning I received an email from them saying my package was shipped out and a few hours later I got another email from Eric at customer care saying that my package has been shipped and is in transit...he used an exclamation point as well. I didn't like that. I'm not happy with them. I felt that his email was sarcastic when I was really upset because I felt that if it was going to take almost two weeks to get an item then I should have another shipping option. Don't think I would order from them again.

I see these $#*!es been having $#*!ed up customer service for over 7yrs and still haven't gotten their $#*! together. It's been a month and I still haven't received my shipping info. No one answers the phone or my emails. I've been trying to reach someone for 2wks now, never again! Now I have to dispute charges through my bank to get my money, I don't even want the product that I've spent $130 on anymore

This business is not to be trusted. We ordered a shirt that didn't fit right, so we contacted them about doing an exchange. We received a generated email explaining return/exchange policy. We emailed them again, and finally got a real person to speak with us, who said there wouldn't be a problem. Weeks after sending our return, we got our same package back that had a note saying it was refused. We emailed AGAIN asking why they sent the package back when they said they'd take it, and they had no explanation for this. They literally said "Weird, we don't know who would do this. Sorry about that." No further help was offered to us! Don't buy from them.

I spent over $100 on this website only to be very disappointed. I placed an order with them and waited weeks for my order. When trying to get in touch with customer service, the phone number was either out of order, or the mailbox was full. No one would return my messages or emails. Going on over a month of no response and still no clothes, I finally reported them to the BBB. I guess that did the trick because I finally received my package, weeks later.

The other day I ordered a shirt from the Inked shop (website) and everything went smooth. I was so excited because I had been searching everywhere for this shirt and I finally found it!! My order was confirmed on aug 11 2018 at 6:53 pm and today at 10:15 am I got the notification that my shipment was on its way with a tracking number included. Then at 1:36 pm I received a email about a refund and probably some automated response that didn't make sense but said it the shirt was out of stock. I now feel like my credit card information could possibly be at risk because I've never had any company just refund my purchase after I've received my tracking number. I don't trust it, and I would be careful if you order from here!! And good luck on getting what you purchase.

ITEMS ARE FROM SEVERAL DIFFERENT MAKERS. Please keep in mind when choosing what you want from the different brands. That being said, I Have ordered from the site a few times . My 1st dress was too tight and I was given credit to reorder after returning it. All items I've ordered were Good quality. It does take awhile to receive with standard mail so order way ahead if it's for a certain occasion. And I just order a size or two up as a rule when ordering from here now

I order some baby products (two onesies). I got one in the mail. I was confused and thought they forgot the other one. So I sent them a message. They replied a few hours later and told me the other package should be in. I was put off because I assumed they'd mail both at the same time. They were the same thing. That was my only concern. But I am pleased with everything else! It was exactly as pictured.

I purchased a shirt back in the beginning of april. I always love what i see from these people but i guess thats the TRAP. i contacted and got a reply quickly but never a tracking number. The reply says the processed and packaged (and charged me) but it wasnt shipped . this place could make decent money if they had their sh!# together!!

Their size measurements don't match the product. Large is about an Australian 8 . I measured up for leggings to make sure I got the right size but it was not even close. They refuse to refund, won't answer emails, guys just DONT buy from them

I refuse to buy from this two bit website ever again. I ordered 8 pairs of underwear in a size medium. They sent 7 mediums & one small. They would not exchange it because of the no intimates return policy. WTF do I do with a a smaller size that I didn't order. Sham company.

Bought a jumper but: 1. It took a long time to arrive (Semi-forgivable as it was being shipped to Australia) 2. The fabric was so thin that it was actually a long sleeve shirt, not a jumper. My partner actually burst out laughing when I opened it and held up my 'new jumper'. 3. The item did not have hems, it was just rough cut - this was unable to be seen in the photo due to the way the model posed and the fact it was black. 4. It ended up costing me a grand total of $70AU (for a scrappy long sleeve shirt!) after currency exchange and shipping, even though the item itself was on sale. The buying process was easy and the item did actually arrive, but I was disappointed with the quality and sly marketing of the product. I suspect it was made in China or somewhere similar. I won't be shopping there again.
