I worked in the company for 10 years, the last ones as a freelancer. Before they told me they would no longer have my services they asked to me to teach to other employees about my work, although they owed me 10 months of work at the time.

I waited for the payment before doing my part of explaining to my co-workers about my tasks in the company. They paid me less than the half belatedly and the other part was never paid.

Since then, I request the payment daily without answers.

I purchased two sets of ink for my HP Office Jet Pro 6968. the product arrived in a good time. I then tried to install the cartridges and the printer would not read the chip. The printer thought there was no ink in the cartridges. When I opened the cover to remove the ink, there was plenty of ink all over the place. the cartridges either sprayed or leaked ink everywhere. I thought I could rely on the stated guarantee so I called the company. I did not hear or understand that they wanted me to return the defective products because the agent stated that these cartridges did not have the proper HP chip in them. They were working on this problem but it was not finished. When I finally got straight what they wanted from me, it was to late, I had already thrown the ink away. The customer relations person stated that because I did not have anything to send back, there was nothing they would do. My suggestion is to be very careful when you order from this company. I noticed the other ratings and see that they are not well thought of.

I placed an order almost 2-weeks ago for 2 sets of five re manufactured ink cartridges for a Canon Pixma MP530. I kept on getting e-mails from them saying that they were in the process of completing my order. Finally, the last e-mail canceled the entire order claiming that they didn't have the products after all. This company delayed me from getting ink until my printer finally ran out. When I called to complain they just said it was the way they did business. They won't get my business any longer.

Ordered 4 cartridges for my HP printer. One of the cartridges was half as large as it should have been. They said to use it anyway, that it was a new design. Yet they charged more for this "large" size cartridge. They had a difficult time even determining what I had. I had to send them a photo of the cartridge. Someone else is full filling the orders and they did not know what I received even by the item numbers.
Poor quality control. Will not go back after that run around.

Ordered some cartridges; one would not print at all, another would print 3/4 of a line, and 1/4 of the line would be blank.

Very poor customer service when I called in. Chris sounded like he was either on drugs or asleep.

Ordered printer cart and on the 9.12.2014 I received an email that it was shipped. On 9.22.2014 I sent in an incident report that I have not recieved my cart... no response. I called on 9.24.2014 and waited on hold for a total of 15 minutes to speak to sales. I was told it was delivered on 9.11.2014. I was then told to go ask all of my neighbors if they had it. I then asked for a manager and was transferred to "Chris" would not give me his last name. I was told they would file a claim with the distribution dept. I asked when I would hear back from them and "I do not know"....
Buyer beware!!!!!!! Never from them again.
"Chris" called and sent another cart which di arrive but I could never get a shipping number from them to check on. I sent several emails and as of now they have responded to anything.

I purchased about a dozen ink cartridges for my HP Photosmart 7520 printer. I do a high volume of business and personal printing so the price of the OEM HP ink cartridges was getting to be too much. I decided to try the Inkjet Superstore because not only were their advertised prices low, but they claimed to have cartridges with a "New Chip" installed indicating that my HP printer would operate as if the original OEM cartridge was installed. WRONG!

I initially installed the black XL cartridge and the minute that I closed the lid the printer displayed the message "Non-HP cartridge Installed" and locked the printer up. I tried many times to manually reset this and even removed the cartridge and put the original HP OEM cartridge back in. Nothing worked. The printer was a brick and nothing made it respond.

After several phone calls back to the HP tech department and about a dozen emails back and forth, I was finally given the secret code to forcing a reset onto the printer. This worked just fine. The problem is that HP printers send out usage information and my installation of the Inkjet Superstore cartridge immediately voided out my factory warranty.

I have an advanced degree in computer science from MIT. I called the customer service department of the Inkjet Superstore and spoke with Chris. He treated me like I was a complete idiot that didn't even know how to turn on a printer. I calmly explained that I had an advanced degree in computer science and to simply tell me what I could do to make the cartridges that I had bought work with my printer -- after all, the warranty was voided now anyway so I had nothing to lose. He gave me a list of generic YouTube video links that showed me how to install an ink cartridge in my printer. Duh. Again, I called back and got Chris.

After several phone calls with Chris, he finally gave me an RMA to return my ink cartridges. I packed them all up in a large bubble wrap envelope and he received them on the 7th of June. It is now the 23rd of June and I have still not received one red cent.

I have called and emailed the Inkjet Superstore a number of times the past couple days. Of course I get Chris each time -- he must be their only customer support person. He tells me -- now get this -- that they only received 3 ink cartridges back from me and they were all empty!!! However, as an accommodation, they were going to refund me for 2 of the cartridges. How sweet of them huh?

Incredibly, after I tell them that I am going to spread the word far and wide across the internet about their crappy ink cartridges and lousy customer service, they send me a photo that they took TODAY with two ink cartridges in it that had been opened telling me that this was somehow what I sent them almost a month ago. Duh.

Oh yeah, the emails purported to come from someone named "Kyung S. Chung" but the email address was "[email protected]."

Folks, spread the word far and wide that this outfit will sell you junk cartridges that virtually destroy your printer, give you lousy customer service and then screw you out of giving your money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THE INKJET SUPERSTORE!!!

First time buyer from this company. Purchased some expensive OEM Brother printer cartridges. We did not install the last one until it failed yesterday. Within one day had low toner error. Weighed cartridge and it is basically empty. Contacted vendor who said to contact Brother, who of course would not help, as they did not sell the item. AVOID INKJETSUPERSTORE.COM at all cost!!!

Ordered five cartridges for my Canon Pixma 9000 on 6/15/12 product arrived via FEDEX on 6/19/12. Cartridges were date stamped and shrink wrapped. My order was well packaged and arrived promptly. I'm very pleased with this transaction

I have been a customer since 2012 and never had a problem with customer service until now. I was upset with not getting my order after making a change in profile to correct it. I was upset more by the attitude. I asked if the order did not arrive if I was still being charged and I was told absolutely. When staff gets defensive instead of problem solving, it's good to know they aren't the only game in town. I am sure this will go down quickly but customers beware.

I ordered 1 Brother DR350 Compatible Laser Toner Drum Unit and received a unit that left an impression on every page it printed, unusable. They sent me a return label and acknowledged receiving the unit back June 21, 2007. They didn't credit my CC with the return, then denied receiving it. I had to file a dispute with the bank and send a copy of the receipt slip with their signature on it. Finally got credit in October? Was going to let it go, then on my January 2008 CC statement I got another charge from Inkjetsuperstore. I have not made another purchase with this business and do not intend to and have filed another dispute with my CC company.
They have told me that they have a problem with their bookkeeping, or is it criminal?
