In Professional Development - Transforming Learning

I spent a great 5 days of interactive learning with the InProfessional Development team. The course was delivered by 3 great tutors which brock down the learning programme across 5 core themes. The Directors Development Programme has been great to share real/live issues with other fellow Directors and senior professionals on the course, whose backgrounds were across a wide spectrum of industry sectors. The opportunity to also network and share best practice through out the week was very useful and there was plenty of learning to take back to my company. This is pitched at the right level for those new to a Directors role or those stepping up soon into a more senior boardroom level appoint. This programme builds confidence to help operate effectively at Board C and D-level

A really good four days that allowed me to focus how my leadership style can shape my relationships with stakeholders and give me back time for strategic thinking. The focus on how to develop strategy was particularly relevant, as this has enabled me to focus how I will take on a new role next month and develop the strategy for the new function. The course was well facilitated and the shared experience from attendees from other service sectors enhanced the learning.

This was an amazing opportunity to take time out of the day to day and to consider how to be a great leader. There was plenty of theory to base the practical work on and lots to take back to the working environment.

I found the training I attended a real help especially in the run up to a new year to clear my head and take time away from work to plan 2020. The course was very through & professional (and fun).

Julie Hall led the virtual course I attended and she was brilliant - such a great teacher with lots of experience and knowledge she could input & she made everyone feel included throughout by giving examples for people. The content covered was very helpful and I learnt so much during the 4 days. I would definitely recommend using INPD for courses and I will be attending more myself!
