I decided to go freelance a year ago and using InTouch accounting was one of the best decisions I made. They helped me get set up as a limited company and talked me through everything that needed to be done. Their online portal is really easy to use and makes keeping track of everything so straightforward. My accountant (Charlotte) is always super helpful and swift to reply. It has taken away all my money anxieties related to the business - aside from where to get the work from! Would highly recommend to anyone.

I have been using Intouch Accounting for about 7 months for my consulting business, and they have far exceeded my expecations. My personal account is excellent; responsive, fast and knowedgable.

I have been using Intouch for about 4 years and i never had any issues with them. Always on track with the accounts and advance notice for any due. Also they have very good portal which covers everything for you and easy to use. I will definitely recommend Intouch.

I've been at Intouch accounting for a few months, but already impressed with the level of support both with online tools and with my personal accountant. Having had a terrible previous experience at SJD accountancy I have been so relieved and pleasantly surprised with this service. I am no longer nervous about returns or filing and feel confident about my year end submissions.

I have been a client of Intouch for just over three months now. I have found them helpful and they return calls promptly, which is a pleasant change from the norm these days. I would definitely recommend this company.

I have been with Intouch for just over a month now. Although I haven't been through many of the regular accounting activities yet, I feel safe & informed due their professionalism until now. I was researching a lot online to find the 'right' accounting service. After a lot of deliberation, I decided to go with Intouch as the reviews were very positive. I was very concerned with reviews of other accountants where the service degraded eventually. I read that that's not the case with Intouch - as per many reviews here. Its still very early for me to confirm that, but its been very positive until now. I spoke to Matthew initially who didn't push me at all. He explained me very patiently all the details about accounting & what Intouch can do for me in layman terms so that I can make an informed decision. Katherine took over from there & has been very proactive in setting up the company accounts & guiding me through the process. Hope the experience with them stays positive. Also, the Amazon voucher was an added benifit!!!

It took 5 iterations of my year end accounts to get the posting of a journal for £252 (ironically for Intouch services) into the accounts correctly.

I'm still waiting for my PAYE records for 2017/18 to be reinstated/filed, PAYE which should have been submitted by Intouch never showed up on my HMRC records & the previous records were deleted when Intouch tried to fix it.

The Customer Service manager doesn't bother to respond. Needless to say, I'm no longer a client.

I've been with Intouch for over a year now and love it. It's easy to get hold of my accountant and they answer my questions straight away. I've definitely saved money with their advice.

My personal accountant at Intouch is the reason my business is still going. I would've closed shop and given up entirely after being overwhelmed by returning to my work after a serious health scare. I needed involved help to get everything in order.

Ricky, my accountant, helped me get my affairs in order, gave me everything I needed to do, helped me organise months of accounting and HMRC correspondence. He and the team were professional, empathetic, highly knowledgeable and completely irreplaceable - and always around with answers to my innumerable questions. Moving forward, I know exactly what I need to do with my accounts (which as a sole director of a limited company I was truly terrified of), how to keep ahead of things, and how to manage my finances. More importantly, I know that I'm in a safe pair of hands. Seriously, thank you - I'd highly recommend choosing Intouch. Keep up the great work team.

Just want to say thank you to Frances Bridge, my accountant at Intouch. Frances is the most efficient, proactive, responsive and highly professional at all times. I can only praise Frances who goes beyond her daily job to explain and advice me on the many queries I ask. Thankyou for all your help to date and very happy to continue our working relationship. highly recommend!

I have been with InTouch for a year now, a full business cycle for my company and my first year as a director/employee. I am expertly guided and prompted by InTouch to pay VAT and other taxes on time.

The company has options for bookkeeping which I find very useful for receipts, an app on my phone is used to take a picture of the receipt and it is then read by OCR and uploaded to the portal, where it can be validated and edited. The online portal also displays dashboard which is a very useful summary of the business throughout the year, for example, displays the maximum dividends payable considering the tax due later in the business year or the year after.

InTouch also suggests a couple of banks for business accounts, these give you the benefit of automatic uploads to the online portal and InTouch accountants have access to that detail. I use Metro bank which has a great app, this allows me to perform all the transactions on my phone.

In summary, InTouch are thoroughly recommended.

Although it has been only 6 months with Intouch still I can say that I am really satisfied with the services provided. I was new to contracting world and didn't had any idea about it. My personal accountant took care of each bits and pieces and I didn't had to worry about anything at all. Whenever I have any doubts, I can always reach out to him. His replies are prompt. The suggestions that he provide are really great and I am happy with my decision to go with Intouch.

Only been with Intouch for 3 months. However for an individual who is new to setting up a business and needs a little helping hand in terms of advice. Intouch and my personal accountant Kathryn have aided my business to grow by providing bite size information and through the use of their online accountancy software. Would recommend to others.

Intouch Accounting came as a recommendation from a contractor friend who had been using them for a good few years. As i was new to contracting, Intouch (Neil K) were extremely helpful in all the explanations they gave which were simple and to the point. Neil took care of everything, all I had to do was supply the required details. The application is also very good and simple to use. Neil always returned my call if I wasn’t able to get through to him over the phone. I would strongly recommend Intouch for your small business needs.
