I've been using Irazoo off and on for several years. The site has always been fairly average to me but it was trustworthy and has always paid. However, recent prizes have been delayed for well past the 30 day maximum wait time. Yet they keep sending out codes and carrying on as though nothing is wrong. They want us to go to their site and earn them money by completing offers but don't seem very concerned about paying out these days. When I contacted them about the delayed prizes they used stalling tactics. They did respond but I have yet to receive my overdue prizes. I am not alone in this. I have contacted some of my referrals and they also have the same issues with pending redemption's and no real help from support. I currently would not recommend this site and have stopped using it until issues are resolved. I will suggest to my referrals they may wish to do the same. I do want to mention that they sent a recent email about new management a week or two ago. Even if something happened within the company keeping users happy and paying them their earnings should be a priority. The support I have received tells me they feel differently.

iRazoo is a waste of time if you ask me, especially if you live outside US. They have only one promo code daily for 10 points, no offers, no videos, no games.. I'd suggest you try GrabPoints.com - it's the same concept but they have 2-3 promo codes daily, many videos, offers for people outsied US, you can use their app on your phone as well. Use code XXVPFR to get 500 points when you register

They owe me $30 in Amazon gift cards then tell me my points were declined! So I inquired why and was told it was a mistake and they will give my points back as "pending" until I verify my account with the post card they will send to me. Well, 6 weeks later and the post card hasn't come nor will they respond to ANY email or facebook message and I inquire every day! They haven't even given me my points back as "pending" like promised 6 WEEKS ago! All I get from them is SILENCE! I just want my $30 in rewards that I earned!! Awful company!!!

I used to love Irazoo but as of Dec. 30 2019 I am still waiting for a Barnes & Noble gift card. I was sent a post card to verify my address/account on Feb. 21 which I did immediately and I am still waiting it actually says it declined. so I wasted my time and electricity to do this sit e and no more.

I have been a member of iRazoo for over 7 years and had been paid in the past. I recommended the company to many people, but things have changed and they are no longer paying out.

I exchanged points for a payout in November and again in January. In February I received a notification that both rewards had been declined, followed by an apology email saying "Our fraud system automatically denied some of our trustworthy user's rewards. Your rewards will be added back into the system as pending while you verify your account." I verified my account by email, then was asked to verify by postcard. I was advised that verification was successful and my rewards were being processed. It's been over a month since this verification and the rewards still say declined. I exchanged more points two days ago and today it was also declined.

The company has not responded to my emails or messages.

I am aware that many other users are experiencing the same thing. The way they are treating users is unacceptable. I really don't trust iRazoo anymore and highly recommend others stay away.

I became a member of Irazoo in 2012, I earned many gift cards which I received but on December 4th 2019 I redeemed 3000 points for a Walmart $5 gift card and to this day, May 23, 2020, I have not received either the card or a refund.

I have sent them numerous complaints both by their so called Customer Support button and on Facebook but to no avail.

I still had 77 points in my cache at the end of April and now I have received 2 emails from them threatening to remove those points if I do not try to earn points.

It took hours to earn the 3000 points for that gift card and until I receive my redemption I refuse to waste my time on that site.

Be warned, they are not trustworthy.

UPDATE: AS of about 1 week ago they sent an email saying 1 of my rewards would be declined as fraud by their new system and that I would have to verify my address and the reward would go back to pending once done. So out of the 2 rewards that didn't go through from my past review, I got 1 GC a few days later and now after verifing my address my declined reward is now back to pending like stated. So I now have updated my review and the score is now a 4 instead of 2. This site isn't great but works okay for high point surveys and HAS paid before and now PAYS again after the new system update. I heard they were having fraud issues so if anyone questions the address proofing, it's for fraud purposes, no reason to be offended.

I want to share my usage of this site for what I went through. It seems as of around October 2019 (based on reviews on this site and my experience) is going through "a rewards delivery overhaul" according to them and that's when rewards started to become a problem.
They say it can take up to 60 days at most but the November one and the fact of my quick rewards before makes no sense. They also say they wont even respond to a ticket unless it's past 30 days, the whole system makes no sense really. So lets get to my emails and see where they went from there.
I emailed on Dec. 11th before I knew about the 30 day thing and got a response on Dec. 19th:
(Shortening to fit my new update)
"Hello,
Thanks from iRazoo support. Please be aware that currently all rewards are subject to a 30 - 60 day processing period. Our development staff will be rolling out a UI update in the coming weeks so members can see when their reward has been approved for processing so they can keep tabs on any reward that hasn't been deposited.
Having said that, I show that your reward has already been approved for processing and should be released within the next week or two. I apologize for the delay, and appreciate your understanding. Thank you for your patience and for being a valued member of iRazoo.com."

Now with that they said my reward should be here within a week or 2. So at the end of the 2 weeks I emailed them on a Friday asking about the reward again and stating that it's the end of the 2 weeks and nothing yet unless you guys send out rewards over the weekends on Jan 3rd 2020. I then got the automated response of it should take 1-2 days to respond bla bla with extension time being 3-5 days bla bla again. So I waited and waited and sent an email again on Jan 16th with now sending in a 2nd reward as I stated above wondering what's going on. I still have no response and not sure what is happening. So that's how I ended up here looking for people having the same issues or if it was just me, looks like based off these reviews I'm not the only one. Now let me explain how the point system works a little and why I only do surveys:
So this part is based on the point system and comparing it to SwagBucks as I just started that not too long ago. So lets start with Apps as in games on your phone that are free and need quite a while and a lot of leveling up to do to get points. So lets say the GAME is worth 2000 points on SB, well 2k points = $20 on SB, but on Irazoo the same game is also worth 2k pts which sounds like a lot but Irazoo is 3k pts for $5. See how that doesn't make it worth it at all? Then we get to surveys, well SB has about the same time amount for surveys as Iraz does but Iraz has longer ones as well. But SB you only get 150 max usually where as Iraz you can get up to 3k + which is kinda rare but you can usually find 1k + point surveys very often. So all you really need to work at is about 1k points or the 800 for the full bonus a day and you can get $50 a month (when it was working). So surveys work out much easier on here and Tap research is good because they give you points 95% of the time even if you aren't accepted. If I can edit this later and they fix their "few weeks overhaul" then I will, but until then it's 2*.

great survey site i like answering surveys paying games for points i wish they would offer rewards sooner not 2 months later

UPDATE AGAIN: Cashed out for a gift card on March 5th and received a valid reward on March 11th. I am no longer concerned about not getting paid in a timely manner from iRazoo.
UPDATE: After my review on here and my going through their address verification, iRazoo contacted me and paid my outstanding rewards in 24 hours! Still not happy with the delay in payments though. While I will still use this site, it is no longer among my favorites.
PREVIOUS REVIEW: declining rewards because they say we are using VPNs and multiple accounts. None of that is true. Seems like this company is now a scam.

after over 2 months of waiting for my first reward, they finally get in touch and asked me to verify my account. I did this, then they tell me my reward is declined. What a rip off. Don't waste your time with this site. You can play all of these games on other websites that DO reward you. TRUST PILOT please do something about these con artists

I've been a part of iRazoo for many years now. It's been a very pleasant site. I have cashed in my points for rewards a few times without any problems. It's a fun site where you can accumulate points for various activities. Periodically there are promo codes which helps raise your point balance. My favorite pastime is playing the games.

would give 2.5 been a member for several years BUT NO MORE. Before would always get $10-20 Walmart gift cards for my mom but decided to get with $20 paypal payout for Final payment to TREAT MYSELF since I did not get 1200 government payout because am self employed

But they require a text verification code from a cell phone WHICH I DO NOT HAVE BOO!!!!!!!!!!!! many other survey sites either A. don't require or B. can give you a code through a normal home phone like ONE OPINION for instance :)

sent a complaint saying "is UNFAIR to someone like me" but don't expect a reply . They used to be SO GOOD too :) but have changed recently....
1. don't give out daily promo codes like used to
2. can't watch partner videos anymore

if considering don't waste your time with them. One good site would recommend is swagbucks easy to earn & payout is PROMPT :)

Update: Today I received the $5 Paypal from Irazoo. :)

I would of given 5 stars a few months ago. I use to really like Irazoo. Spent a lot of time playing a favorite game. Now they are playing a game with me. Redeemed for $5 Amazon gift card, yeah $5. We aren't talking a site I was making hundreds of dollars from each month. It took a LOT of time to earn a measly $5 and yet suddenly, after being a member a long time, I had to prove I exist. They sent the post card, I entered the code. Message they are going to process the payment & now it shows declined. Find another site that won't scam you.

my experience with irazoo,has been more enjoyable each day that i go on it.the customer service has been one of the best,they are very helpful.the different ways of earning things,and having fun at the same time.the rewards that they have are different and alot to choose from.the amount could be lowered to get the rewards,somtimes it feels like forever to get up to that amount to get a reward to redeem.

If you think of joing Irazoo.com think again because highly unlikely they will pay you for playing games, surveys, anything, I have been waiting since last yr. to get paid, very unreliable company I have seen in awhile
