This is the go-to place if you have iphone repair issues. Need a new battery for your iPod, (we all know how long those last!) Dropped your iPad and now the screen is broke? These are the guys who can fix it. Not only do they do Apple repairs at a reasonable rate, but when something goes wrong, they stand behind their product. My husband had an issue with the LCD on his touch, and we sent it to them for a repair. When we got it back, the wifi wouldn't work. Being a bit of a geek, I assumed that the antenna got knocked off when they opened the case, so I sent it back (and they sent me a prepaid UPS label via email). But it turned out to be the logic board, which they promptly replaced and sent back at no charge. Most companies do well when things go right, but it's how they handle when things go wrong that really count. They took what could potentially be a bad situation, and turned it into a positive one. I highly recommend them!

I sent my iPhone 4 in on 09/25/2010 to be converted to white. I was very pleased with the follow-up of the people at iResQ. They provided e-mails every step of the way for my iPhone going through their service. I received my phone on 09/29/2009 as promised and it looks better than I imagined. I want to thank everyone at iResQ for an outstanding job.

I needed my phone back really quickly as I was going out of town- it was diagnosed, fixed and returned in 2 days- water damage, so I was expecting the worst- but it only cost $50.00 and works perfectly- they were responsive and friendly with my panicked emails- all-around great job- highly recommended!

IRESQ was Quick and informative throughout, we sent in our ipod with a shattered screen just before the weekend and had it back the beginning of the next week, much quicker than we had anticipated, opt for the box that they send you, it has foam enclosed slots to secure ipod and a UPS STICKER to put over the one on outside, and return to them, i knew where it was "EVERY STEP OF THE WAY" Me and My 11 yr old son are super happy.

I recently bought the iPad 2 on launch day, 3 days later I dropped it and cracked my screen. After calling Apple and them telling me I need to give them $600 for a new one I laughed and told them to shove it. I found iResQ and I love their work, I would highly recommend them to anyone. Only thing I did not like, is my SmartCover will not properly stay on my screen now, not sure why. It sure beats a broken screen though, and a fast turn around. I shipped it from Ohio on Friday and got it back on Weds. Super quick, love it.

I used iResq to convert my black iPhone 4 to white. The work was done extremely fast, as I received my iPhone back the day after I shipped it out. It looks amazing in white, and I haven't experienced any issues what so ever. The cameras, flash, and all external buttons work great. I've already recommended iResQ to some of my friends, both for a black to white switch and repairs to their black iPhones.

I sent my iphone 3GS to them because the place I had used before said that they were backed up. I thought my phone needed a new battery but I wasn't sure. For some reason it would not go past the apple screen. So they contacted me and told me that the battery is dead and it needs a new logic (mother) board. That would cost $209. Well I was not going to pay $209 to fix it because I could get a new ipod touch (my phone was off contract for some time) for less than that anount.

So I get my phone back and plug it into my PC and it works. The battery was down to something like 2% or so. I will not be doing business with them in the future.

I sent my computer to be fixed to iResQ on Monday for a cracked screen. It's Wednesday afternoon and my computer is back in my hands and looks brand new! Fast & flawless service - I will recommend to anyone who has anything Apple.

This is our third or fourth time using the services of Iresq, for laptops, iphones, ipods. I do not know where we would be without IResQ, they save us all the time. We are a family of 5, all clutzy at times, so thank god for IResQ!

I have a new Macbook Pro (6 months old). It had a hard plastic case on it and I kept it in a neoprene case. Last month, it feel off the top of my truck AND I ran it over. No joke!! The first amazing thing is that the only thing that broke was the glass on the screen. (The LCD part is fine!!) Amazing work Apple, absolutely amazing. Then the terror began of not being covered under Apple Care and the price of repair. Some shops wanted to fix the entire screen for $600. Instead.... I used iResQ. They are an (online) authorized Apple repair shop. They overnight shipped me a box and prepaid shipping to send my computer off for repair. I mailed my computer of on Monday before 3pm. They replaced the glass screen. I received me repaired computer on Wednesday before 10am. I paid in total less than $250. I highly recommend this company. The service is better than disney world!!

I had two repairs by iResQ. They do not mess around and keep in touch with you in a timely manner. No surprises and straight talk. One major problem and one cracked glass on two Macbook pro. I was very pleased.

I had an iPhone 4S with a damaged screen. I found iResQ pricing to be extremely competitive and decided to give them a try. I also had them put in a new battery. Service was great, very fast turn around time. The device was returned with well priced overnight shipping. I can't believe they were able to fix it. The screen is perfect and in my opinion looks better than the original OEM screen compared to other iPhone 4S's I own. I contacted customer service by both email and phone which I had prompt professional service. Very impressed and would do business again!

I ran over my 3gs with my Truck! IRESQ made it NEW Again ! Enuf Said? As good s new!

I'm so happy, The Apple store wanted $700 to fix my screen and iResQ did it for under $200 and it was fast even though I sent it over the holidays

I went to the Apple store for a replacement battery for my iPod, they don't provide that service but were willing to sell me a new iPod. The other option they mentioned was sending it to IResQ and have them do it. I wasn't so sure I wnated to send my iPod out for service but once I logged on to the site and saw how organized and efficient the system was I had no reservation. The process was smooth and slick. Thanks for saving me from having to purchase a new iPod!
