Service over all 4.5 out of 5 *

now what they have to do that they need to improve there order confirming & shipping service, because they wrote on the product page that they will deliver or ship same day but they are not doing this, they are taking 1 week almost to deliver the product in your hand,
so whom expecting the delivery on the same day please do not expect that, they will deliver to you within 10 days.

but overall they are very good.

I ordered Samsung jabra elite 65t on the 9th January and still havent received anything despite numerous commitments. This is just a middleman site . It does not hold any stocks . They have the shitiest vendors and they make money wheather the product is delivered or not . If the product is not delivered they get to keep your advance money in the bank for a month and get interest on that . The worst experience of my life .

I was promised a delivery in 2-3 days but that wasn't fulfilled, then I was informed that the item was out of stock and was given 2-3 days of more waiting time and my item has still not arrived. I am very displeased!

I ordered Samsung A30s on 15th of November and paid in advance and as per their commitment the phone should be delivered within 5 to 10 days, but its been 14 days since I ordered and whenever I call them I get this response
"Sir your order will be shipped in 5 to 6 working days"
Plus they do not cooperate with me by giving any sort of contact number of any superior authority of that #FRAUD company....

I gave advanced payment 12 days ago and still haven't received the product. No sign of receiving it, no response from their customer service. It was a terrible mistake and experience. Daraz is a much better shopping website.

Placed an order for Edifier XM6BT Speaker System With Wireless Remote on the 19th of August. The next morning I got a call from their sales agent Areesha, who said I had to make an advance payment of 2000 PKR due to "seller requirement," which I didn't object much to and said I would do that later that day. Around 4 PM she called me again, with a rude tone asking me why I hadn't made the transfer yet, as if I owed these people. I politely said I would make the payment right away, and I did. I asked her how long it would take after the transfer, and she told me 3-4 business days. I agreed and she hung up.

For the next month, I constantly reached out to them about my order, and they kept giving me weird excuses from "it's out of stock" to "the seller doesn't have it" to "we're trying to contact a different seller." I asked them why they were selling, and taking advance payment for, something that they didn't even have? And if they seller did not have the item that I had ordered, why did they need advance payment from me? None of my questions were answered to satisfaction, only more time was asked.

After a frustratingly long time, they finally told me that they had the product, but they wouldn't be able to ship it due to Moharram holidays, I was so frustrated by this time that I didn't care when, as long as they delivered. Because by this time I was starting to doubt if I would ever get what I'd ordered for. Original order placed August 19th... dispatch confirmation email received September 11th. No compensation for my time, failure to deliver on committed schedule. But I was relieved that at least I would get what I'd ordered.

Come delivery, the product box was loosely wrapped within a cardboard box heavily taped. Once removed, the Edifier box looked in pretty bad shape, and the tape used to package it looked like it had been unprofessionally packed by NOT Edifier. It looked taped at odd angles, indicating that the speakers were repackaged. Honestly, I didn't mind as long as I got what I wanted. But there was no remote. I immediately panicked and whipped my phone out, made a video of it, and sent it to their WhatsApp support number.

Long story short, their crappy customer service agents have indirectly called me a liar repeatedly, refused to refund my money, and given irrelevant justifications on how it's virtually impossible that I did not receive the remote since they buy directly from company and it's company packaging therefore I'm a liar (a part they leave up to you to figure out). Only thing, I know I'm not lying, and they haven't entirely been honest about their business model. No refunds, the most incompetent and unprofessional customer support, and I have a very strong feeling that they're selling used/copies/refurbished products as new. This is a criminal company parading around as a reliable professional business. They need to be taken down.

I purchased via credit card for quick processing but instead after 15 days and frequent follow-ups, it turned out the product is unavailable. However, it is still showing availability with delivery time of just 3-4 working days. The customer service is pretty pathetic with no sense of acknowledgement for loss of time. Moreover, on reversal request, the payment charges have to be born by me. Overall, a horrible experience with loss of transaction charges and a stuck payment for over 45 days.

I ordered a gaming laptop from Ishopping and the time written on the website was 10-12 working days when they called me they said 40 working days and also they need payment in advance! They said to try to deliver as soon as possible. But about 12 working days have passed and still no updates from Ishopping! If you can't provide product's on time then don't list them on your website. And also mention the exact date that you will take 40 days for shipping. Very poor experience I had and still i don't know when the laptop will come!

It was Worst ever experience in online shopping, I placed order on 13th Oct 2018 and I was asked to pay advance payment of 40000 which was paid on 16th October and I was told that i will get the Laptop in 12 working days but after 2 months they were asking for extra 20000 otherwise they will cancel the order i refused to pay extra then these rubbish guys took one month to refund my advance. I will rate iShopping as below.

I ordered two items on ishopping.pk almost 10 days ago, for 1 item i recieved a confirmation call after 5 days days and the 2nd items confirmation call still didnt came.. Both the items are not sent till now.. they didnt even bother to call me or mail me either my products are not available or whatever the issue is behind not sending my products....i waited alot, now i am gonna order it somewhere else....please please please dont waste your time.

I have seen these reviews, I am also the victim of Ishopping.pk ordered LED TV on special promotion price on 14 Aug 2019, with complete advance payment. After 20 days upon my query they replied that your order is cancelled due to non-availability. From that date till today getting response from their customer services upon my continuous queries that your refund will be process soon. Every time a new date.

I am working on it hopefully I will make this ishopping.pk banned and give lesson to whole team of ishopping.pk. Please don't order anything from them there are several other reliable online shopping options available like telemart and daraz.

It is by far the best shopping website in Pakistan goods r cheap quality is good but it's delivery time that made me rate it 4 star it took 4 days to deliver a mouse frm Karachi to KOHAT

Experince was amazing, i ordered two electronic device which came very nicely and safely packed it was my first experience with ishopping.pk and im highly satisfed as i shop online alot .

just like daraz ishopping is a seller to buyer shopping medium they have different sellers for many different or same items
so if an item is defective it shouldnt be the medium's fault rather it should be considered seller fault
my experience with ishopping has been better except one time when seller asked ishopping to send some money in advance for confirmation and then one week later he said item was not in stock that was the only bad situation that i faced with the site and they cooperated fully and refunded so its not their that fault that the seller is a cheat , buyer should also beware and try to find the item from a seller who better ratings or better word of mouth on reviews
overall ishopping delivers what is shown , the problem lies in the seller not the medium and ishopping is a trusted medium

I placed an order on 13th but the order is still not delivered. They supposed to deliver order within 24-48 hours as mentioned on product page. How could they deliver the order if the order status is still pending??? This is my last time on iShopping. i had a worst experience with you. First time i placed an order in 2014, i bought a 3tb external hard drive and that took around 28 days to deliver in islamabad from karachi. In 2017 i thought that hopefully they would have upgraded their services and quality and i place my 2nd order and unfortunately paid the amount in advance using my credit card but all gone in vain. Same poor third class customer support, no order confirmation no email no sms no call nothing. They are biggest liar in online shopping. This is the biggggessttt mistake of my life. i will regret it lifetime. I will never ever purchase anything from them again and also suggest everyone please don't buy anything from them. They are liar. Before buying anything just go to their facebook page and check reviews.

Very shameful behaviour of ishopping about Order# 100152604 as I transferred payment of Rs 10000 ,also giving proof of payment , refusing that no payment received

On 28th may i ordered a product from ishopping.pk worth 15k after 16 days on june 14 they said transfer 5k in our account so we can proceed your request i sent them 5k via bank online they said you will receive your product in 15 to 20 days on 6th august after 2 months they said we cant deliver your product with lame excuse. we will refund your amount . After August 06 they said it will take 7 to 9 days in refund today its 16 of sept now they not replying my mail nor attending my calls .. only there WhatsApp representative come with new excuse every day . What should i do now ?
